The device for preventing the door lock from being unlocked by the abnormal method is arranged on one side of the door body close to the interior of the room and comprises a sensor, a controller and a driving assembly. When the sensor detects a human body signal, the controller controls the driving assembly to enable the lock body to be linked with the door handle, and the door lock can be opened by rotating the door handle. When the sensor does not detect the human body signal, the controller controls the driving assembly lock body to be not linked with the door handle, and the door lock cannot be opened by rotating the door handle.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the door handle 1 comprises a handle 2 and a turning shaft 5. The rotating shaft 5 extends into the door body, and can be coupled with the lock body 14. Preferably, the device also comprises a transfer block 9, the transfer block 9 is used for connecting the rotating shaft 5 and the lock body 14, and after the connection, the rotating handle 2 can drive the transfer block 9 to be linked together with the lock body 14 to unlock the door lock.
Meanwhile, the lock body 14 is provided with an elastic reset device (not shown in the figure) inside, which can restore the door handle 1, the lock body 14 and the adapter block 9 to the initial positions after the door handle 1 is turned to unlock the door lock. The specific structure and principle of the door lock opened by the door handle 1, such as an intelligent door lock, are conventional and will not be described in detail herein.
The sensor is one or a combination of a touch sensor, a distance sensor, a human body sensor, a temperature sensor, a photoelectric sensor and the like.
Preferably, the sensor is a touch sensor, and the controller is a PCB board, and more preferably, the touch sensor and the PCB board are integrated together, hereinafter referred to as a touch PCB board.
The touch PCB 3 is disposed inside the handle 2 of the door handle 1, and the driving motor 6 and the follower 8 are disposed inside the rotational shaft 5 of the door handle 1. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the touch PCB 3 is preferably a commercially available capacitive touch PCB, which can sense the presence and touch of a hand at a short distance and trigger the operation of its internal PCB circuits. The touch PCB 3 of the present invention is preferably fixedly mounted on the sidewall surface inside the handle 2 of the door handle 1 by means of adhesion, and can be adhered to any surface inside the handle 2, as shown in fig. 2, or adhered to the sidewall inner surface of the handle 2 close to the door body, or adhered to the sidewall inner surface of the handle 2 far from the door body, as shown in fig. 3, regardless of which sidewall inner surface inside the handle 2 is adhered to, the PCB circuit in the capacitive touch PCB 3 can be triggered to start at the moment when the handle 2 is held by a hand or is separated from the handle 2, and when there is no hand holding or separating action in a normal state, the capacitive touch PCB 3 is in a closed (non-start) state.
The driving motor 6 and the driven member 8 are disposed in the inner space of the rotation shaft 5, wherein the driving motor 6 is fixedly connected with the inner side wall surface of the rotation shaft 5, as shown in fig. 2. Preferably, a step 16 is integrally formed on an inner side wall surface of the rotation shaft 5 to facilitate fixing and positioning of the driving motor 6. Meanwhile, a first accommodating space 18 and a second accommodating space 19 are respectively formed at two side ends of the step 16, wherein the first accommodating space 18 is in a hollow cylindrical shape and is used for accommodating and fixedly mounting the driving motor 6, and the second accommodating space 19 is in a hollow non-cylindrical shape and preferably can be in a hollow inner regular triangular prism shape, inner regular quadrangular prism shape, inner regular pentagonal prism shape or inner regular hexagonal prism shape and is used for accommodating the driven member 8 and the output shaft 7 of the driving motor 6 and simultaneously is used for limiting the rotation of the driven member 8 in the second accommodating space 19.
The driving motor 6 is electrically connected with the touch PCB 3 and can rotate in a positive direction and a negative direction under the control of the touch PCB 3. The power supply for the driving motor 6 and the touch PCB 3 may be a power supply in an intelligent door lock, or may be realized by providing a battery in the door handle 1, which is easy for those skilled in the art to realize, and will not be described in detail herein.
Preferably, the output shaft 7 of the driving motor 6 is connected with the driven member 8 through a threaded connection, and the driven member 8 comprises a female plug end 10 and a male plug end 11. Female end 10 of bolt and male end 11 integrated into one piece, the female end 10 of bolt is close to one side of output shaft 7 and is constructed the recess for insert output shaft 7, and switching piece 9 is constructed square through-hole 17 for wear to establish male end 11 of bolt. The transverse section of the inner wall surface of the female pin end 10 is circular, and the transverse section of the outer wall surface is non-circular, as shown in fig. 2, an internal thread 4 is arranged in the groove of the female pin end 10, that is, specifically, the internal thread 4 connected with the output shaft 7 is arranged on the hollow cylindrical inner wall surface of the female pin end 10. The outer wall surface is matched with the second accommodating space 19 and is also in a non-cylindrical shape, preferably in a regular triangular prism shape, a regular quadrangular prism shape, a regular pentagonal prism shape or a regular hexagonal prism shape, and after the female plug pin end 10 is meshed with the output shaft 7 through threads, the female plug pin end 10 can only move linearly back and forth along the axis direction of the output shaft 7 due to the limitation of the second accommodating space 19. The cross section of the male end 11 of the plug is square, preferably square, and can be just inserted into the square through hole 17 in the middle of the transfer block 9 in the door body.

During assembly, the internal thread 4 of the female plug pin end 10 and the external thread 12 of the output shaft 7 are meshed and connected to the starting position of the driving motor 6 for positive rotation, and then the driving motor 6 and the driven piece 8 are installed in the rotating shaft 5 of the door handle 1 together. Of course, the starting position of the reverse rotation of the driving motor 6 may also be set by the circuit and the control program in the touch PCB 3, as long as it is ensured that the male end 11 of the plug pin can be pushed accurately to be inserted into the square through hole 17 of the adapting block 9 to realize the connection after the driving motor 6 is started, and it is ensured that the male end 11 of the plug pin can be withdrawn from the square through hole 17 of the adapting block 9 to realize the detachment after the driving motor is rotated in the reverse direction.
The specific operation process is as follows:
when a hand holds the handle 2 of the door handle 1, the capacitance of the touch PCB 3 changes at the moment of holding, the touch PCB 3 in the handle 2 is quickly triggered to start, the driving motor 6 is controlled to rotate in the forward direction (clockwise direction), the driven part 8 moves linearly along the axis of the output shaft 7 in the direction away from the driving motor 6 (forward), the male end 11 of the bolt enters the square through hole 17 while moving forward, and the switching block 9 is linked with the door handle 1 and the lock body 14. Meanwhile, the door handle 1 is rotated to drive the transfer block 9 and the lock body 14 to be linked to unlock the door lock.
After the door lock is opened, the hand leaves the handle 2, at the moment that the hand leaves the handle 2, the capacitance changes, trigger the touch PCB board 3 to rapidly control the driving motor 6 to rotate reversely (anticlockwise), the driven part 8 is close to the driving motor 6 (backward) along the axis of the output shaft 7 to do linear return movement, the bolt male end 11 is separated from the square through hole 17 while moving backward, so that the door handle 1 is not linked with the switching block 9 and the lock body 14 any more, meanwhile, the door handle 1, the switching block 9 and the lock body 14 are all restored to the initial positions by means of the elastic resetting device arranged inside the lock body 14, and the bolt male end 11 can be ensured to be accurately inserted into the square through hole 17 next time.
In summary, the device and method for preventing the door lock from being unlocked by an abnormal method in the present invention can insert the male end 11 of the plug into the square through hole 17 only when the handle is held by hand, and in other normal conditions, the male end 11 of the plug is not inserted into the square through hole 17. That is, when no hand touches the touch PCB 3 to start, no matter any other tool is used to rotate the handle 1, the driving motor 6 cannot be started to rotate, that is, the male end 11 of the plug cannot be inserted into the square through hole 17, that is, the door lock cannot be unlocked by rotating the handle 1 with any tool except the hand. when the sensor detects a human body signal, the controller controls the driving assembly to enable the lock body to be linked with the door handle, and the door lock can be unlocked by rotating the door handle;
when the sensor does not detect the human body signal, the controller controls the driving assembly to enable the lock body and the door handle not to be linked, and the door lock cannot be unlocked by rotating the door handle.
