Abstract
The invention discloses a compartment and a refrigerator with thawing and freezing functions and a thawing control method. The refrigerator aims to solve the problems that the conventional refrigerator with the thawing and refrigerating functions consumes longer thawing time, is heated unevenly and affects the taste of thawed food; or the refrigeration efficiency of other compartments of the refrigerator is influenced when the refrigerator is unfrozen, and the compartment which has the unfreezing and refrigeration functions, is short in unfreezing time consumption and uniform in heating and does not influence the normal operation of the refrigerator when the refrigerator is unfrozen, the refrigerator with the compartment and the control method thereof are provided.
The invention provides a chamber with thawing or freezing functions, which comprises a chamber and a drawer arranged in the chamber. The wall body of the compartment is provided with independent electric control air inlet and outlet doors, the side plates and the bottom plate around the drawer are both of a hollow structure, heat conducting liquid is filled in the hollow structure, the inner wall of the drawer is provided with a temperature sensor and a detection head, and the outer side surface of the bottom plate and/or the side plates around the drawer is provided with a heating device.
Preferably, the heating device is an infrared heating device or a microwave heating device.
Preferably, the heat-conducting liquid is one of water, brine or heat-conducting oil.
Preferably, the hollow wall body of the drawer is made of a microcrystal plate or a stainless steel plate.

The invention also provides a refrigerator which comprises at least one chamber which is unfrozen or frozen.
The invention further provides a thawing control method of the refrigerator, which comprises the following steps:
1. setting unfreezing time, unfreezing duration and restarting freezing time;
2. closing the electric control air inlet and outlet door, opening the heating device and starting to thaw;
3. after heating, preserving heat; when the unfrozen food is taken out, automatically switching to a freezing program; when the unfrozen food is not taken out and the set freezing restarting time is reached, the freezing program is automatically switched to. Or, the unfreezing procedure is set or unfreezing is started, and unfreezing is not needed, the unfreezing can be manually stopped, and the freezing procedure can be automatically switched.
The invention at least sets an independent chamber with thawing or freezing in the chamber of the box body, a drawer with a heating device is set in the chamber, the top of the drawer is open, and the front panel of the drawer seals the chamber into an independent space. When food in the drawer needs to be unfrozen, the cold air inlet and outlet doors of the compartment are automatically closed, and the heating device arranged on the drawer is opened to heat the drawer and unfreeze the food. The infrared rays or the microwaves are emitted, and the heat is uniformly transferred to the food in the drawer through the hollow wall body of the drawer and the liquid in the wall body structure, so that the upper surface and the lower surface of the food can be heated simultaneously when the food is heated, and the unfreezing is more efficient and uniform; when food is kept fresh and frozen, the food is kept fresh by using conventional low-temperature cold air provided by a refrigerating system of the refrigerator, namely, an electric control air inlet door and an electric control air outlet door are opened through a controller, the low-temperature cold air fed by an evaporator of the refrigerator enters a drawer of a compartment through the electric control air inlet door to freeze the food in the drawer, and the cold air enters a circulating air duct at the back of the refrigerator through the electric control air outlet door after circulating in the compartment to finish cooling circulation in the compartment. The controller can realize timed unfreezing of food, so that the food can be kept in a low-spoilage state for the longest time, and the generation of bacteria is reduced to the greatest extent. The opening or closing of the electric control air door can realize the opening and closing of the freezing function, and meanwhile, the use of the refrigerator evaporator cannot be influenced, so that the normal work of other compartments cannot be influenced, namely, the use of other compartments cannot be influenced when the compartments are unfrozen, and controllable independent air cooling is realized. The controller is used for unfreezing the heater of the drawer and controlling the opening or closing of the electric control air door to control the low-temperature air cooling to refrigerate, so that the compartment has two functions of freezing and unfreezing.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the present invention, which is a chamber used for thawing or freezing, includes a chamber 2 and a drawer 6 disposed in the chamber. The top of the drawer is open and the front panel of the drawer closes the compartment 2 into a separate space. The wall body of the compartment 2 is provided with an independent electric control air inlet and outlet door 1 for inputting and discharging low-temperature cold air, and the compartment 2 can be made of heat insulating materials or the outer surface of the compartment is provided with heat insulating materials and the like. The side plates and the bottom plate around the drawer 6 are both hollow structures, heat-conducting liquid is filled in the hollow structures to serve as a liquid interlayer 4, a temperature sensor and a detection head 3 are arranged on the inner wall of the drawer, and a heating device 5 is arranged on the outer side face of the bottom plate and/or the side plates around the drawer. The heating device 5, the electric control air inlet and outlet door 1, the sensor and the detection head 3 are all connected with the electric signals of a controller of the system, namely the controller can respectively control the heating device 5, the air inlet and outlet door 1 to work or receive feedback signals of the temperature sensor and the detection head 3. In this embodiment, the heating device is an infrared heating device, and other heating devices, such as a microwave heating device, may be used. The heat conducting liquid is one of water, salt water or heat conducting oil. The hollow wall body of the drawer 6 is made of a microcrystal plate, and can also be made of other heat conduction materials, such as a stainless steel plate and the like. The temperature sensor and the detection head 3 are arranged on the inner walls of the left side and the right side of the drawer 6, and can also be arranged on the top of the chamber 2 according to requirements, or simultaneously arranged on the inner walls of the two sides of the drawer and the top of the chamber.
The invention also provides a refrigerator, wherein one compartment 2 which can be unfrozen or frozen is arranged in the inner container compartment of the refrigerator, and a plurality of compartments can be arranged according to requirements. Referring to fig. 1, the wall of the chamber 2 is provided with independent electrically controlled air inlet and outlet doors for inputting and discharging low-temperature cold air. The position of the air door can be set according to the position of the air inlet and outlet door of the existing air-cooled refrigerator, and only the air inlet and outlet door 1 of the compartment 2 can be independently controlled to be opened or closed. When the fresh-keeping is frozen, the heating device is closed, the electric control air inlet and outlet door is opened, and the low-temperature cold air provided by the refrigerating system of the refrigerator is utilized for freezing and fresh-keeping. When food is unfrozen, the air inlet door and the air outlet door are closed, and the heating device is opened to heat the drawer so as to unfreeze the food. Meanwhile, the work of the refrigerator evaporator cannot be influenced, namely the normal freezing work of other compartments cannot be influenced, and controllable independent air cooling is realized.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention provides a thawing control method for a refrigerator, comprising the steps of:
when food needs to be thawed, the system can automatically identify the food type and the volume characteristic in the drawer through the temperature sensor and the detection head to set the time for starting thawing, the time length required for thawing and the time for restarting freezing of the food, or manually set the time for starting thawing, the time length required for thawing and the time for restarting freezing of the food.
When the thawing time is up, thawing is started, the controller closes the electrically controlled air inlet and outlet doors on the wall body of the compartment first, so that the compartment is closed into an independent space. And simultaneously, the heating device on the drawer is opened to start the food thawing. That is, infrared rays or microwaves emitted from the heating device rapidly transfer heat to food in the drawer through the outer wall of the drawer, the liquid in the interlayer, and the inner wall. The upper surface and the lower surface of the food can be heated simultaneously, namely the inner part, so that the heating and the unfreezing are more efficient and uniform. And the thawing progress can be displayed on the liquid crystal screen of the refrigerator at the same time.
Stopping unfreezing and automatically switching to a freezing program. The electric control air inlet and outlet door in the same time chamber keeps a closed state, so that the normal work of the refrigerator evaporator is not influenced, the redundant heat is not transferred to other chambers, and the work of other chambers is not influenced.
When the unfrozen food is taken out, the temperature sensor and the detection head sense the food, and then the food is automatically switched to a freezing program. Or when the food is unfrozen, the food is forgotten to be taken out or not needed to be eaten, the set refreezing time is reached, and the freezing program is automatically switched. When the freezing program is switched, the electric control air inlet door and the electric control air outlet door can be opened through the controller, and low-temperature cold air of the refrigerator refrigerating system enters the compartment through the electric control air inlet door to freeze food in the drawer. After the cold air circulates in the compartment, the cold air enters a circulating air duct at the back of the refrigerator through the electric control air outlet to finish cooling circulation in the compartment. When the temperature drops to the over-freezing temperature, the air door is closed, and the compartment is isolated from heat exchange, so that the food freezing state is maintained for a long time. When the temperature rises again and reaches the temperature needing to be frozen, the air door is opened again, and the compartment is frozen again.
The controller controls the heater to unfreeze food in the drawer and controls the electric control air door to open and close, so that the food is frozen by using low-temperature air cooling of the system, and the compartment has two functions of freezing and unfreezing. When the compartment is unfrozen, the air inlet and outlet door of the refrigerator is closed, so that the work of other compartments of the refrigerator is not influenced, and heat can not be transferred to other compartments. The drawer with the hollow structure is provided with the heating device, and heat-conducting liquid is filled in the hollow interlayer, so that frozen food can be efficiently and uniformly heated. When the refrigerator needs to be frozen again, the air inlet and outlet door is opened, and the refrigerator can continue to be frozen by utilizing the refrigerating system of the refrigerator.
