When the comb plate system 1 is installed, the truss 3 is horizontally placed on a plane, so that the lower horizontal section and the upper horizontal section of the truss 3 are inclined by a certain angle, and when the comb plate system 1 is installed on the lower horizontal section of the truss 3, the truss 3 is abutted against the truss 3 by the first longitudinal adjusting bolt 211 of the tool system 2, so that the tool system 2 is prevented from sliding on the truss 3, the comb plate system 1 is prevented from sliding on the truss 3, and the longitudinal position of the tool system 2 on the truss 3 can be adjusted by the movement of the first longitudinal adjusting bolt 211; when the comb plate system 1 is installed on the horizontal section of the truss 3, the rotating plate 224 on the tooling system 2 is rotated down, the tooling system 2 is prevented from sliding on the truss 3 by abutting against the truss 3 through the second longitudinal adjusting bolt 225, and meanwhile, the longitudinal position of the tooling system 2 on the truss 3 is adjusted through the movement of the second longitudinal adjusting bolt 225, and the tooling system 2 can be used for the installation and position adjustment of the comb plate system 1 on the horizontal section and the lower horizontal section of the truss 3. For easy lifting, lifting lugs are arranged on the horizontal angle steel 22.
The tooling system 2 further comprises a vertical detection assembly 24 for pulling the comb plate 11 to move upwards, a first measuring device 241, which is positioned in the vertical detection assembly 24 and is used for measuring the force born by the vertical detection assembly 24 when driving the comb plate 11 to move upwards, a horizontal detection assembly 25 for pulling the comb plate 11 to move horizontally, and a second measuring device 251, which is positioned in the horizontal detection assembly 25 and is used for measuring the force born by the horizontal detection assembly 25 when driving the comb plate 11 to move horizontally. The tool system 2 is provided with the vertical detection component 24 and the horizontal detection component 25 for testing the comb plate 11, so that whether the comb plate system 1 is qualified or not can be judged more comprehensively. In an embodiment, the vertical detection assembly 24 includes a vertical hook 242, a first threaded rod 243, and a vertical hook mounting beam 244, wherein the vertical hook 242 is connected with the first threaded rod 243 through a first measuring device 241, two ends of the vertical hook mounting beam 244 are respectively fixed on two horizontal angle steels 22, and are provided with a first through hole, and one end of the first threaded rod 243 far away from the first measuring device 241 is connected with a vertical adjusting nut 245 after passing through the first through hole; the horizontal detection assembly 25 comprises a horizontal hook 252, a second threaded rod 253, a limiting beam 254 and a horizontal hook mounting beam 255, wherein the horizontal hook 252 is connected with the second threaded rod 253 through a second measuring device 251, two ends of the horizontal hook mounting beam 255 are respectively fixed on two vertical angle steels 21 and are provided with second through holes, one end, far away from the second measuring device 251, of the second threaded rod 253 penetrates through the second through holes and is connected with a horizontal adjusting nut 256, two ends of the limiting beam 254 are respectively fixed on two horizontal angle steels 22 and are provided with a rectangular frame 2541, the horizontal hook 252 is arranged in the rectangular frame 2541 in a penetrating mode, the horizontal hook 252 is supported through the bottom of the rectangular frame 2541, and the horizontal hook 252, the second measuring device 251 and the second threaded rod 253 are kept horizontal.
The first measuring device 241 and the second measuring device 251 are both spring 1252 tensiometers, when in use and measurement, the vertical detecting component 24 hooks the comb teeth 113 of the comb plate 11 through the vertical hooks 242, then the vertical hooks 242 drive the comb teeth 113 to move upwards through adjusting the positions of the vertical adjusting nuts 245 on the first threaded rod 243, so that the comb teeth 113 drive the front bottom plate 112 to move upwards, the vertical adjusting nuts 245 are continuously adjusted until the first trigger plate 1211 touches the vertical micro-switch 123, the tension born by the spring dynamometer when the vertical hooks 242 drive the comb teeth 113 to move upwards is read, and whether the comb plate system 1 meets the requirements is judged through the numerical value on the spring dynamometer. Similarly, the horizontal detecting component 25 hooks the comb teeth 113 of the comb plate 11 through the horizontal hook 252, then adjusts the position of the horizontal adjusting nut 256 on the second threaded rod 253, so that the horizontal hook 252 drives the comb teeth 113 to horizontally move backwards, and accordingly the comb teeth 113 drive the front bottom plate 112 to move backwards, namely the front bottom plate 112 moves backwards towards the rear bottom plate 111, the horizontal adjusting nut 256 is continuously adjusted until the second trigger plate 1251 touches the horizontal micro switch 126, the tensile force born by the fact that the spring dynamometer detects that the horizontal hook 252 drives the comb teeth 113 to move backwards is read, and whether the comb plate system 1 meets requirements is judged through the numerical value on the spring dynamometer. In an embodiment, the first through hole and the second through hole are square holes, and the first threaded rod 243 can move in the first through hole, so that the vertical hooks 242 can hook different positions of the comb teeth 113 for detection. Likewise, the second threaded rod 253 can move within the second through hole, so that the horizontal hook 252 can hook different positions of the comb teeth 113 for detection. In addition, the threaded hole may be a through hole formed in the corresponding member, a thread is formed in the through hole, or a through hole may be formed in the corresponding member, and a nut corresponding to the through hole may be formed in the through hole.

The comb plate system 1 and the tooling system 2 work together, the components in the comb plate system 1 are assembled, the relative positions between the comb plate 11 and the comb plate mounting base 13 are adjusted through the position adjusting assembly 14, and then the comb plate system 1 is assembled into the tooling system 2. Then, whether the comb plate system 1 is an acceptable product or not is detected through the vertical detection component 24 and the horizontal detection component 25, and the tooling system 2 is hung by a gantry hammock after the comb plate system 1 is detected to be an acceptable product, so that the tooling system 2 and the comb plate system 1 are hung on the truss 3, and the tooling system 2 is put on the truss 3 art weldment 31. The adjustment of the position of the comb plate system 1 on the truss 3 is achieved by means of vertical adjustment bolts 221, lateral adjustment bolts 223, first longitudinal adjustment bolts 211 and second longitudinal adjustment bolts 225 on the tooling system 2. After the comb plate system 1 and the tooling system 2 are adjusted to proper positions, the truss mounting portion 132 of the comb plate mounting base 13 is mounted on the truss 3 art weldment 31 by bolts. After the truss 3 is installed, the comb plate system 1 is detected through the vertical detection component 24 and the horizontal detection component 25 on the tool system 2, whether the comb plate system 1 is qualified after the truss 3 is installed is detected, after the comb plate system 1 is detected to be qualified, the comb plate system 1 is detached from the tool system 2, the tool system 2 is hung by a gantry crane, and the tool system 2 is hung out of the truss 3, so that the installation of the comb plate system 1 is completed.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the relative position relation between the components of the comb plate system 1 can be maintained during transportation and hoisting, the final assembly of the comb plate system 1 on the truss 3 is facilitated, in the assembly process of the comb plate system 1, only the tooling system 2 and the comb plate system 1 are assembled together, then the crane tower is arranged on the truss 3, the relative position between the comb plate system 1 and the truss 3 is adjusted through the tooling system 2, and the comb plate system 1 is not required to be hoisted and installed by using an additional tool, so that the assembly and the position adjustment of the comb plate system 1 are easy, and the assembly precision is high; meanwhile, the protection component 12 can monitor not only backward movement of the comb plate 11 caused by abnormal conditions, but also upward movement of the comb plate 11 caused by abnormal conditions, thereby realizing monitoring of various abnormal conditions and ensuring safe operation of the escalator, the moving walk and the like.
