Description

Recoverable vena cava filter
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a recyclable vena cava filter.
Background
Embolisms are pathological and clinical conditions caused by deep venous thrombi in the lower limbs or pelvis entering the pulmonary artery and its branches, blocking the tissue blood supply. With the improvement of living standard and the increase of accidents, the incidence rate of pulmonary embolism tends to rise year by year. The annual incidence rate of the deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs of the general population in western countries reported in the literature is between 0.05 and 0.1 percent, and about 3000 ten thousand cases of patients with the deep venous thrombosis and sequelae of the lower limbs in China exist. Because of the potential danger of fatal pulmonary embolism caused by thrombus shedding, the filter is difficult to be clinically treated, and the application of the inferior vena cava filter can not only effectively prevent the occurrence of pulmonary embolism, but also ensure that thrombolysis and surgical treatment are safer.
The vena cava filter is mostly formed by weaving nickel-titanium alloy wires and carving nickel-titanium pipes, the former has the problems of low welding point strength and small radial supporting force, and the latter is a manufacturing mode selected by most manufacturers. The recyclable vena cava filter is released by intervention on a percutaneous puncture catheter or a guide wire, and is taken out after a certain time, and the filter is taken out conveniently. The recyclable vena cava filter can be used for recycling the filter in vivo through jugular vein or femoral vein by using a special recycling system through an interventional method, and has the advantages of small wound and few complications.
The existing vena cava filter has the following problems:
1. there exists a cage-shaped closed structure filter, such as the vena cava filter described in chinese patent No. CN201420865062.4, entitled vena cava filter assembly for easy removal, which has good geometric stability but short recovery period;
2. there is a recoverable filter, such as the vena cava filter described in chinese patent No. CN201310442071.2, entitled vena cava filter, which has a long recovery period, but has poor geometric stability, is easy to incline or shift, and results in a decrease in thrombus capture efficiency, even a failure in thrombus filtration;
3. the filter with a conical structure is implanted in a vena cava to filter thrombus like a funnel, and the opening of the funnel can only face the blood flow to effectively intercept the thrombus, so the filter can only be recovered or released in a one-way manner, has poor adaptability to patients with special pathological changes, causes difficult clinical operation of doctors, and is easy to fail to recover or be taken out through surgical operation when a recovery device cannot capture the thrombus;
4. the existing vena cava filter fixing anchor plays a role in fixing, but simultaneously damages the blood vessel wall and is easy to cause other complications.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving the above problems by providing a recyclable vena cava filter which has good geometric stability, a long recycling period, and directional recycling or release.

the supporting part is including being used for supporting first supporting part of first filter house on the vascular wall and being used for supporting the second supporting part of second filter house on the vascular wall, and first supporting part sets up in the end of first filter house, and the second supporting part sets up in the middle-section portion of second filter house.
Preferably, the first filter part and the second filter part are each formed in an open structure.
Preferably, the first filter part comprises at least three first filter members, each of which extends outwards from the axis of the first filter part and is gradually bent inwards;
the second filter part comprises at least three second filter parts, and each second filter part extends outwards from the axis of the second filter part and is gradually bent outwards.
Preferably, the first support part is formed as a fixation anchor for anchoring on the inner wall of the blood vessel, the fixation anchor being fixed to the first filter element end.
Preferably, the second support part is formed by bending the inner side of the middle section of the second filter member.
Preferably, the cross-sectional area of the first filter member is equal to/larger than the cross-sectional area of the second filter member.
Preferably the first and second filter members are axially staggered.
Preferably, the connecting part is formed into a tubular structure, the connecting part is positioned at the axial centers of the first filtering part and the second filtering part, and the first filtering part, the second filtering part and the connecting part are of an integrally molded structure.
Preferably, the recoverable vena cava filter further comprises a recovery part, the recovery part penetrates through the connecting part, recovery hooks are arranged at two ends of the recovery part, and the recovery hooks at the two ends are respectively located at the axle centers of the first filtering part and the second filtering part.
Preferably, the length of the second filter portion is one-half of the length of the first filter portion.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the first filter part and the second filter part are both formed into open recoverable structures, so that the geometric stability of the filter is improved while the thrombus filtering effect is improved, and the inclination and the displacement of the filter are reduced;
