Abstract
The invention relates to a novel structure hook of a jacquard, which comprises a hook body, a hook body part, a harness cord connecting part and a lifting knife matching part, wherein the hook body part is positioned on the hook body. The jacquard new structure hook component sequentially comprises an electromagnet, a movable iron and a hook according to the position relation from top to bottom, wherein the hook comprises a hook body, a hook body part, a harness cord connecting part and a knife matching part, wherein the hook body part is positioned on the hook body; is characterized in that the auxiliary suction boss is adopted to replace the tongue of the traditional vertical hook structure, and is arranged on one side of the vertical hook body in a protruding way and is of a rigid structure. The invention has excellent fatigue resistance, effectively reduces the abrasion of jacquard components, prolongs the service life of the jacquard components, and further improves the overall operation reliability of the jacquard.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a jacquard machine vertical hook structure and a vertical hook component thereof, in particular to a novel structure of a jacquard machine component driving suction vertical hook, and belongs to the technical field of jacquard machine structures.
Background
With the wide application of electronic jacquard, the number and the output of jacquard components matched with the electronic jacquard are greatly improved. Jacquard assemblies are the main actuators of electronic jacquard machines forming openings, which to a large extent determine the quality, cost and production efficiency of the textile product. In practice, jacquard machines are usually in a long-term operating state. Thus, the performance of the jacquard assembly and its components has a very high impact on the reliability of the whole machine.
The hook is a key part of a jacquard assembly, and the main part of the hook structure of the existing jacquard comprises a hook body, a tongue and a harness cord, and the attraction and release between a moving iron and an electromagnet are realized through the reciprocating motion of the hook structure on a pulley block and the on-off of the electromagnet. In the attracting process, due to the existence of the reed structure, the reed generates elastic tension to be applied to one end of the moving iron, so that the other end of the moving iron can be in close contact with the electromagnet for attracting. Although this contact-type engagement is firm, it also has two main drawbacks of impact wear and release delay. In the contact attraction process of the moving iron and the electromagnet, the moving iron and the electromagnet can collide once after attraction for one time. Such frequent impacts are very demanding with respect to the fatigue resistance and wear resistance of the moving iron and the electromagnet and even of the whole carabiner assembly. The abrasion of other parts of the jacquard assembly can be aggravated for a long time, and the service life of the jacquard assembly and the stability and the reliability of operation are directly influenced. In addition, in the working environment, the contact surface of the moving iron and the electromagnet inevitably adheres with some oily substances and dust, which causes a certain resistance to the release process after the suction, so that the time delay is caused, and the quick release cannot be realized. And once released, the release delay affects the quality of the fabric, causing fabric blemishes.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving the above-mentioned problems, and further, to provide a new structure hook of a jacquard machine and a new structure hook assembly thereof, which mainly solve two main technical problems of assembly wear and release delay existing in the hooks of the conventional structure. The invention optimizes the structure of the vertical hook, thereby obtaining the novel structure vertical hook of the jacquard, which has excellent fatigue resistance, effectively reduces the abrasion of the jacquard components, prolongs the service life of the jacquard components, and further improves the overall operation reliability of the jacquard.
In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

The size, shape, position and precision of the auxiliary suction boss should satisfy: when the upper limit is lifted, an effective non-contact attraction distance is provided between the moving iron and the electromagnet.
The auxiliary suction boss is positioned between the hook body part of the vertical hook body and the lifting knife matching part.
The surface of the auxiliary suction boss is provided with oil grooves which are densely distributed on the surface of the auxiliary suction boss.

The movable iron comprises a rotary mounting part in the middle, a first rotary arm extending downwards along the rotary mounting part and a second rotary arm extending upwards along the rotary mounting part; the end part of the first rotating arm is provided with a hook part matched with the hook body part of the vertical hook body, and the end part of the second rotating arm is provided with an attraction part matched with the electromagnet in an attraction way.
The movable iron is in rigid contact with the auxiliary suction boss of the vertical hook both in the process of lifting the knife to drive the vertical hook to ascend and in the process of passing the wire to drive the vertical hook to descend;
the matching relation between the vertical hook and the moving iron is as follows: when the vertical hook is lifted, the auxiliary suction boss of the vertical hook applies lateral thrust to the hook part of the movable iron, so that the first rotating arm of the movable iron is far away from the vertical hook, the second rotating arm is close to the electromagnet, and finally, the suction part at the end part of the second rotating arm is kept at an effective non-contact suction distance with the electromagnet.
The novel structure vertical hook of the jacquard machine cancels the tongue spring of the traditional vertical hook, replaces the tongue spring with the auxiliary suction boss, and achieves the aim of auxiliary suction by controlling the position, the size and the precision of the auxiliary suction boss. Because the tongue spring of the traditional vertical hook is in flexible connection with the vertical hook, when the moving iron is in contact with the tongue spring, the tongue spring is in elastic contact with the moving iron, and the elastic force generated by the tongue spring acts on one end of the moving iron, so that the other end of the moving iron is attracted with the electromagnet. In order to achieve the reliability of the attraction, the conventional vertical hook component also considers the problem of elastic failure of the reed in the long-term use process, the elastic force of the reed is designed to be far greater than the expected attraction force at the beginning of the design, and the contact attraction between the moving iron and the electromagnet is converted into the impact attraction, so that the problem of impact abrasion is brought. Therefore, the auxiliary suction boss adopted by the invention overturns the established thought of the traditional vertical hook structure, the flexible contact between the vertical hook and the moving iron is changed into rigid contact through the rigid boss which is arranged on the vertical hook body in a protruding way, the contact mode is easier to control the design of the vertical hook body and the configuration between the vertical hook body and each matching part, the contact force between the auxiliary suction boss of the rigid structure and the moving iron is constant, the adverse effects of fatigue abrasion and the like caused by gradual change of the spring elastic force can be solved, and the most critical is that the moving iron and the electromagnet are always in an effective non-contact suction state through the management and control of the position and size precision of the auxiliary suction boss. The attraction state avoids direct contact between the moving iron and the electromagnet, no impact occurs between the moving iron and the electromagnet, no noise exists, the performance is more stable, meanwhile, the abrasion of other parts of the jacquard machine assembly caused by impact is not aggravated, and the operation reliability and the service life of the jacquard machine are effectively ensured. In addition, because the non-contact attraction state is between moving iron and the electro-magnet, when the electro-magnet outage, move the iron and can respond fast in the first time, move the release process of iron and do not have any resistance, move effective quick release between iron and the electro-magnet, finally fully guaranteed the fabric quality.

The embodiment provides a novel structure vertical hook component of a jacquard, which comprises a plurality of moving channels formed by overlapping and arranging a panel 5, a bottom plate 6 and a clamping plate 7, wherein in each moving channel, an electromagnet 3, a moving iron 2, a novel vertical hook 10, a pulley combination 8 and a quick connector 9 are sequentially arranged according to the position relation from top to bottom, the novel vertical hook 10 comprises a vertical hook body 1, a hook body 101 positioned on the vertical hook body 1, a harness cord connecting part 102 and a lifting knife matching part 103, the upper part of the vertical hook is in hanging fit with the moving iron 2 through the hook body 101, and the lower part of the vertical hook is connected with a harness cord 4 and the quick connector 9 through the harness cord connecting part 103; the new hook 10 adopts an auxiliary engaging boss 104 to replace a tongue of a traditional hook structure, and the auxiliary engaging boss 104 is formed on one side of the hook body 1 in a protruding manner and is of a rigid structure. The size, shape, position and precision of the auxiliary engaging boss 104 should be as follows: when the upper limit is lifted, an effective non-contact attraction distance is formed between the moving iron 2 and the electromagnet 3 which are matched with the upper limit. The auxiliary engaging boss 104 is located between the hook body 101 and the lifter engagement portion 103 of the carabiner body 1. The surface of the auxiliary suction boss 104 is provided with oil grooves which are densely toothed or distributed on the surface of the auxiliary suction boss 104 in a pit shape and used for attaching lubricating liquid so as to reduce friction resistance between the auxiliary suction boss 104 and the moving iron and improve the matching degree between the auxiliary suction boss 104 and the moving iron. The moving iron 2 comprises a rotation mounting part 201 at the middle part, a first rotation arm 201a extending downwards along the rotation mounting part and a second rotation arm 201b extending upwards along the rotation mounting part 201; the end of the first rotating arm 201a is provided with a hook 202 which is matched with the hook body 101 of the carabiner body 1, and the end of the second rotating arm 201b is provided with an attraction part 203 which is in attraction and matching with the electromagnet 3. The moving iron 2 is in rigid contact with the auxiliary suction boss 104 of the vertical hook both in the process of lifting the vertical hook by the lifting knife and in the process of lifting the vertical hook by the harness cord. The matching relation between the vertical hook and the moving iron is as follows: when the hook is lifted, the auxiliary engaging boss 104 of the hook applies a lateral thrust to the hook portion 202 of the moving iron 2, so that the first rotating arm 201a of the moving iron 2 is far away from the hook, the second rotating arm 201b at the other end of the first rotating arm is close to the electromagnet 3 by rotating the rotating mounting portion 201, and finally an effective non-contact engaging distance is maintained between the engaging portion 203 at the end of the second rotating arm 201b and the electromagnet 3.
The working process and principle of the new structure hook component of the jacquard machine of the application are briefly described as follows:
lifting a vertical hook: the lifting knife is positioned on one side of the vertical hook and is in butt joint with the lifting knife matching part 103, the lifting knife drives the whole vertical hook to lift up through the lifting knife matching part 103, the electromagnet 3 is electrified, the hook part 202 of the movable iron 2 is firstly separated from the hook body part 101 of the vertical hook and is in contact fit with the auxiliary suction boss 104 at the lower part of the hook body part 101, meanwhile, the auxiliary suction boss 104 pushes the first rotating arm 201a of the movable iron 2 to the side to be away from the vertical hook body, and under the action of the rotating installation part 201, the second rotating arm 201b of the movable iron 2 deflects to the side close to the electromagnet 3 until a non-contact suction state is formed between the suction part 203 at the end part of the second rotating arm 201b and the electromagnet 3.
And (5) pulling down the harness cord: the electromagnet 3 is powered off, under the action of the heald return force, the harness cord 4 drives the vertical hook to descend, and the magnetic force between the moving iron 2 and the electromagnet 3 disappears without actual contact, so that the moving iron 2 is rapidly responded and released under the action of the resetting piece, and the vertical hook is reset timely.
