Abstract

The invention provides a borneol plaster for relaxing tendons and activating collaterals. The borneol tendon-relaxing and collateral-activating patch is prepared by preparing an extract from raw material medicines, uniformly mixing the extract with a framework material and auxiliary materials, processing and forming to prepare a patch, the raw material medicines comprise 15-20 parts of borneol, 2-7 parts of menthol, 1-7 parts of eucommia bark, 1-7 parts of dragon's blood, 1-7 parts of garden balsam stem, 1-7 parts of safflower, 1-7 parts of kusnezoff monkshood root, 1-7 parts of prepared frankincense, 1-7 parts of prepared myrrh, 1-7 parts of catechu, 1-7 parts of golden hair dog, 1-6 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 1-6 parts of obscured homalomena rhizome, 1-6 parts of dried ginger, 1-6 parts of Chinese angelica, 1-6 parts of asarum, 1-6 parts of sargentgloryvine stem, 1-5 parts of arisaema tuber, 1-5 parts of szechuan lovage rhizome, 1-5 parts of pubescent angelica root, 1-5 parts. The borneol tendon-relaxing and collateral-activating patch provided by the invention solves the technical problem that the traditional Chinese medicine formula in the prior art is relatively conservative in the use amount of borneol and cannot fully exert all effects of the borneol.

Description

Borneol plaster for relaxing muscles and tendons and activating collaterals
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, in particular to a borneol plaster for relaxing tendons and activating collaterals.
Background
Rheumatism and osteoarticular pain are very common pain syndromes of human beings, and besides accidental factors such as sprain and fall injury, the pathological responses of rheumatism and osteoarticular pain are mostly related to degenerative change of the spine, hyperosteogeny, nucleus pulposus degeneration, calcification, rupture, bulging and protrusion of intervertebral discs. Clinically, the symptoms of headache, dizziness, visual deterioration, limb movement obstruction, radioactive pain, numbness, cold and swelling, and even muscle atrophy causing disability. The clinical research of the traditional Chinese medicine considers that the chronic disease is caused by long-term invasion of wind, cold and dampness, chronic strain, or poor working habits and living habits, and the chronic disease is caused by the retrogressive change of organism tissues, the siltation of acid substances metabolized by microcirculation, the damage to channels and collaterals, the obstruction of qi and blood and the unsmooth blood circulation. The traditional Chinese medicine is commonly called arthralgia syndrome.
The treatment of the diseases has no special curative effect, and the functions of relieving and relieving pain are achieved by traction, operation, physical therapy, local closure, acupuncture and moxibustion and the like. Wherein, the patch is applied to the affected part for treatment, which is an effective treatment mode with convenient operation and wide application.
The patch in the prior art has a plurality of products adopting Chinese medicinal preparations, and borneol is taken as a medicinal material with the curative effects of inducing resuscitation, refreshing mind, clearing heat, removing toxicity, improving eyesight, removing nebula and the like, and the medicinal material is very in line with the requirement of product efficacy, so the borneol is widely used in the formulas of a plurality of products.
The natural borneol medicine source is in short supply and expensive, and most of the natural borneol medicine source is replaced by synthetic borneol. Although there is no definite theorem on the safety and toxicological experiments of natural borneol as compared to synthetic borneol, it is generally accepted that the median lethal dose of borneol is greater than that of isoborneol, i.e., borneol is less toxic than isoborneol. The stipulations of the pharmacopeia for synthesizing borneol are that the content of borneol is not less than 55%, and the borneol contains more isoborneol, so the dosage is more conservative.
Under the condition of low dosage, the borneol transdermal enhancer only can play a role in improving the bioavailability, the blood concentration of other medicines, the transdermal enhancer and the like, but cannot play the self-owned effects of inducing resuscitation, refreshing mind, clearing heat, relieving pain and the like.
However, since the camphor trees are newly found in Hunan in 1988, through years of artificial planting and large-scale production, the supply quantity of high-quality natural borneol is greatly increased and the price is also greatly reduced, so that the natural borneol is provided with a practical condition for using the natural borneol in a large amount.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems that the traditional Chinese medicine formula in the prior art is conservative in the using amount of the borneol and cannot fully exert all the effects of the borneol, the invention provides the borneol tendon-relaxing and collateral-activating patch which is used in a large dose and fully exerts the effects of the borneol.
The borneol tendon-relaxing and collateral-activating patch comprises the following raw material medicines in parts by weight:
15-20 parts of borneol, 2-7 parts of menthol, 1-7 parts of eucommia bark, 1-7 parts of dragon's blood, 1-7 parts of garden balsam stem, 1-7 parts of safflower, 1-7 parts of kusnezoff monkshood root, 1-7 parts of prepared frankincense, 1-7 parts of prepared myrrh, 1-7 parts of catechu, 1-7 parts of golden hair dog, 1-6 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 1-6 parts of obscured homalomena rhizome, 1-6 parts of dried ginger, 1-6 parts of Chinese angelica, 1-6 parts of asarum, 1-6 parts of sargentgloryvine stem, 1-5 parts of arisaema tuber, 1-5 parts of szechuan lovage rhizome, 1-5 parts of doubleteeth pubescent angelica root, 1-5 parts.
In a preferred embodiment of the borneol tendon-relaxing and collateral-activating patch provided by the invention, the raw material medicines comprise the following components in parts by weight:
