Detailed Description
For a better understanding of the objects, structure and function of the invention, the sock according to the invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The sock is arranged in the shoe body in advance and comprises a sock body, a connecting assembly for fixing the sock body in the shoe body and a supporting assembly for enabling the sock body to keep the shape of a sock opening in the shoe body. The sock body can be made of conventional sock bodies, such as cotton yarn socks, silk socks, various chemical fiber socks, etc.
Specifically, the sock body comprises a sock surface and a sock bottom, wherein the sock surface is a part of the sock body, which is in contact with a foot surface, and is positioned on the front side of the sock body, the sock bottom is a part of the sock body, which is in contact with a sole of a foot, an opening is formed between the sock surface and the sock bottom, and toes and a front sole of the foot can be placed between the sock surface and the sock bottom from the opening. The sock surface and the sock bottom can be of independent structures, such as a sock body formed by later stage sewing; alternatively, the upper and the sole may be of unitary construction, e.g. knitted directly to form the body of the sock.
The connecting component is a structure for fixing the sock body inside the shoe body, the arrangement position of the connecting component on the sock body can be flexibly arranged according to the specific structure, and the connecting component can be used for relatively fixing the sock body inside the shoe body. For example, the connecting component can be arranged on the sock sole to connect the sock sole with the bottom surface of the shoe body or the insole; or the sock can be arranged on the sock surface to connect the sock surface with the top surface of the shoe body; or, it can be set at the sock opening to connect the sock opening with the opening of the shoe body. Of course, the connecting components can also be arranged on a plurality of parts of the sock body, such as the sock bottom and the sock surface, so as to ensure that the sock body is firmly arranged inside the shoe body. It should be noted that, in consideration of wearing comfort and convenience of attachment, it is preferable to provide the attachment member on the outsole such that the outsole is attached to the bottom surface of the shoe body or the insole.
The connecting component can be in any mode capable of connecting the sock body with the inside of the shoe body, for example, an adhesive element can be adopted, the adhesive element can be arranged on the sock sole, and the sock sole is adhered to the bottom of the shoe body or the insole so as to fix the sock body in the shoe body; alternatively, fastening elements may be provided on the sole by which the sole is connected to the insole to fix the sock body inside the shoe body. It should be noted that, in consideration of wearing comfort and smooth attachment, it is preferable to fix the sock body inside the shoe body by means of the fastening member attached to the insole, since the discomfort caused by the thickness of the fastening member can be almost offset by the cushioning of the insole.
The form of the fastening element can be any means that enables the sole to be connected to the insole, for example a double-layer sole, between which an opening is provided through which the insole can be inserted between the two layers of soles to fix the sole to the insole; or the front end and the rear end of the sock bottom are respectively provided with an accommodating cavity, and the insole is inserted into the accommodating cavities at the two ends so as to fix the sock bottom and the insole; or a connecting band is arranged between the front end and the rear end of the sock bottom, and the insole is placed between the connecting band and the sock bottom to fix the sock bottom and the insole. Of course, the above-mentioned modes can also be combined, such as the combination of the accommodating cavity and the connecting band, as long as the insole and the sole are fixedly connected, but it should be noted that, in consideration of the stress during walking, the insole and the sole are preferably relatively fixed in the length direction, so as to avoid the insole and the sole from being separated from each other during walking.
The support assembly is a structure for maintaining the upper of the sock in a three-dimensional open shape inside the shoe body to ensure the convenience of putting on and taking off, because the sock of the present invention is previously provided inside the shoe body. The support component is arranged at the edge of the opening of the sock surface, and any structure capable of keeping the shape of the edge of the opening of the sock surface fixed can be adopted, for example, a hard strip is adopted, and the hard strip is arranged at the opening of the sock surface, so that the sock surface opening can be ensured to be in a basically open state in the shoe body; or, an adhesive element is adopted to adhere the sock upper opening and the inside of the shoe body to each other through the adhesive element, so that the sock upper opening is in a basically open state in the shoe body. It should be noted that, in view of the convenience of connection and the difficulty of the manufacturing process, it is preferable to provide a hard strip on the edge of the opening of the sock top or directly select a hard material for the edge of the opening of the sock top, that is, the overall hardness of the edge of the opening of the sock top is greater than that of the other parts of the sock top.
The sock of the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to fig. 1 to 8.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the sock 100 includes a sole 101 and a top 102, the sole 101 and the top 102 are connected to form a sock body, and the sole 101 is provided with a connecting assembly.
Further, the sock surface 102 is semicircular and is arranged at the front sole and toe of the sock bottom 101, the front edge of the sock surface 102 is fixedly connected with the edge of the sock bottom 101, or the sock surface 102 and the sock bottom 101 can be cut integrally; an opening is formed between the rear edge of the upper surface 102 and the sole 101, through which a human foot can be inserted between the upper surface 102 and the sole 102 to wear the sock 100.
The sock cover 102 may be provided in a variety of different lengths depending on the type of shoe. For example, the length of the stocking top 102 can be set to be only capable of covering toes so as to be worn together with a semi-sandal with a short instep, so that the stocking top 102 is not exposed outside the sandal; the length of the sock surface 102 can be set to be the length capable of covering the first half of the instep so as to be worn together with a shoe with a longer instep, so that the sock surface 102 can be prevented from being exposed, the contact area between the sock and the foot can be increased, the wearing stability is improved, and the shoe can be prevented from being worn by feet. The user can select the vamp of corresponding length to wear according to the length of shoes instep to improve the travelling comfort and the aesthetic property of dress.
Further, a support component is arranged on the sock surface 102, and the support component is a hard elastic belt 103 and is located at the opening edge of the sock surface 102. The hardness of the hard elastic band 103 is higher than that of the upper 102, and the hard elastic band 103 is provided to increase the hardness of the opening edge of the upper 102 so that the upper 102 is kept as open as possible in the shoe body.
Further, optionally, a hard elastic band 103 may be provided on the inner surface edge of the upper 102 to ensure the overall aesthetic effect of the sock. Of course, the edge of the upper 102 may be made of hard material directly, so that the edge of the upper 102 has enough hardness and also has the function of a support component.
Further, the coupling assembly is provided on the outer bottom surface of the sock bottom 101, and includes a first fixing band 104 located at the front end of the sock bottom 101, a second fixing band 105 located at the rear end of the sock bottom 101, and a fastening band 106 coupling the first fixing band 104 and the second fixing band 105. Wherein, the first fixing band 104, the second fixing band 105 and the fastening band 106 may be an integrally formed structure; or, the structure can be a split structure, and the two structures are connected together by sewing, bonding or pressing.
Further, the first fixing band 104 extends along the width direction of the sock bottom 101 and is fixedly connected with the edge of the front end of the sock bottom 101, and a first accommodating cavity is formed between the first fixing band 104 and the lower surface of the sock bottom 101; the second fixing band 105 also extends along the width direction of the sock bottom 101 and is fixedly connected with the edge of the rear end of the sock bottom 101, and a second accommodating cavity is formed between the lower surfaces of the second fixing band 105 and the sock bottom 101. Thus, the front end of the insole can be inserted into the first receiving cavity, and the rear end of the insole can be inserted into the second receiving cavity, so that the insole and the outer bottom surface of the sole 101 are connected together.
Further, preferably, in order to ensure that the positions of the insole and the sole 101 are fixed in the length direction, the first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity both have only one opening, the openings of the first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity are opposite, two ends of the insole are respectively inserted into the first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity, and the first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity limit the movement of the insole in the length direction relative to the sole 101. Meanwhile, since the first fixing band 104 is fixedly connected to the front edge of the sock bottom 101 and the second fixing band 105 is fixedly connected to the rear edge of the sock bottom 101, the first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity are shaped like pockets, and the two ends of the insole are respectively inserted into the first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity, so that the insole can be prevented from moving in the width direction relative to the sock bottom 101.
Further, the fastening belt 106 extends along the length direction of the sock bottom 101, one end of the fastening belt 106 is connected with the first fixing belt 104, the other end is connected with the second fixing belt 105, an accommodating gap is formed between the fastening belt 106 and the outer surface of the sock bottom 101, and the accommodating gap is communicated with the first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity to form a complete insole accommodating space, so that the insole can be placed in the insole accommodating space. It should be noted that the receiving gap between the fastening band 106 and the outer surface of the sock bottom 101 is preferably a through structure to facilitate the insertion of the insole into the insole receiving space, but the receiving gap between the fastening band 106 and the outer surface of the sock bottom 101 may be a non-through structure according to different requirements, such as one side being open, the other side being closed, etc.
Further, it is preferable that the fastening band 106 has elasticity, and when the insole is placed in the insole receiving space, the fastening band 106 is in a stretching state to draw the first fixing band 104 and the second fixing band 105 close to each other, so as to prevent the two ends of the insole from being separated from the first receiving cavity and the second receiving cavity during putting on and taking off. In addition, the width of the fastening band 106 should be smaller than that of the sole 101, and it is preferable that the fastening band 106 is provided at a middle position of the sole 101 to facilitate the placement of the insole in the insole receiving space, while saving costs and reducing a sense of discomfort in wearing.
Further, the first fastening tape 104, the second fastening tape 105 and the fastening tape 106 are preferably made of a soft material to avoid a feeling of foreign matter when worn as much as possible, but the soft material generally has a problem that edges are easily curled, and particularly when the widths of the first fastening tape 104, the second fastening tape 105 and the fastening tape 106 are narrow, the hardness of the edge portions of the first fastening tape 104, the second fastening tape 105 and the fastening tape 106 in the present invention is preferably greater than that of the remaining portions, for example, the hardness of the first fastening tape 104 at a position corresponding to the opening of the first receiving cavity and the hardness of the second fastening tape 105 at a position corresponding to the opening of the second receiving cavity are greater than that of the remaining portions. In addition, since the width of the fastening band 106 is narrow, the hardness of the entire fastening band 106 can be directly increased to alleviate the problem of easy curling.
Further, it is preferable that the connection between the fastening band 106 and the first and second fastening bands 104 and 105 is formed by a smooth arc transition structure. The arc transition structure is more beautiful, the connection width and the transition area of the joint of the fastening belt 106, the first fixing belt 104 and the second fixing belt 105 are increased, the connection strength and the tensile strength of the cloth are improved, the connecting assembly is not easy to deform integrally, and the service life is prolonged.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, a plurality of small holes 107 may be formed on the first fastening tape 104 and the second fastening tape 105, and the plurality of small holes 107 are uniformly arranged. The shoe-pad is placed between sole of a sock 101 and coupling assembling, and the gas permeability of shoe-pad not only can further be improved to aperture 107, also can further increase the frictional force of shoe-pad and sole simultaneously, improves the stability of shoe-pad. Of course, the small holes 107 are not limited to circular hole-shaped structures, and may be hole-shaped structures or hollow patterns with other shapes, which are not limited in the present application.
Example two
As shown in fig. 4, in the second embodiment, the connecting assembly disposed at the bottom of the sock 200 includes a first fixing band 204 and a second fixing band 205, two fastening bands 206 connected between the first fixing band 204 and the second fixing band 205, and both the two fastening bands 206 extend along the length direction of the sock bottom 201 and are parallel to each other. The number of fastening strips 206 can also be flexibly selected according to the specific situation, such as three or more strips, etc. Two or more fastening bands 206 may increase the stability of the insole fixation while improving the breathability of the sole 201.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 5, in the third embodiment, the connecting assembly disposed at the bottom of the sock 300 includes a first fixing band 304 and a second fixing band 305, two fastening bands 306 connected between the first fixing band 304 and the second fixing band 305, and the two fastening bands 306 extend along the length direction of the sock bottom 301 and are disposed to cross each other to form an "X" shape. The shape of the fastening band 306 may increase the stability of the insole fixation while improving the breathability of the sole 301.
