Abstract

The invention solves the problems of high precision requirement of the part of the existing transmission matched with an oil seal, high oil seal assembly difficulty and easy scratching.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of transmission accessories, in particular to a transmission bearing.
Background
The automobile transmission is one of the main parts in an automobile transmission system, an input shaft of the automobile transmission is connected with an engine through a clutch, power is obtained from the engine, the transmission ratio of an output shaft and the input shaft of the automobile transmission is changed through a gear engaging mechanism and a gear transmission system, and a differential mechanism is driven to move by the output shaft. In order to reduce the abrasion of the contact surface of a moving part in the transmission and take away impurities and heat on a friction surface, thereby ensuring the normal work of the transmission and prolonging the service life of the transmission, lubricating oil is put in a transmission shell, and an oil seal is sleeved on an input shaft or an output shaft, so that the outward leakage of the lubricating oil from a gap between a rotating shaft and the transmission shell can be avoided, and external dust can be prevented from entering the transmission shell. The oil seal of the existing input shaft or output shaft is fixed in an oil seal seat hole on the inner wall of a transmission shell, and the structure requires that the matching surface of the shell and a bearing has good roughness requirement, the processing cost is high, and the control difficulty is high. In addition, in the assembling process, the oil seal is installed preferentially, and then the shafting is inserted into the shell and the oil seal, so that the oil seal is easily scratched, the assembling difficulty is high, and oil leakage risk often exists after the assembly.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a transmission bearing which can solve the problems that the precision requirement of the part of the existing transmission matched with an oil seal is high, the oil seal is difficult to assemble and is easy to scratch.
In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the speed changer bearing comprises a bearing outer ring, a bearing inner ring and a roller clamped between the bearing outer ring and the bearing inner ring, wherein a skeleton oil seal with an outward end surface is arranged at one end, close to the outer side, of the bearing outer ring and the bearing inner ring, the skeleton oil seal is arranged between the bearing outer ring and the bearing inner ring, a seal lip is pressed on the outer wall of the bearing inner ring through a self-tightening spring, and the outer diameter surface of the skeleton oil seal is in interference fit with the inner wall of the bearing outer ring; the inner wall of the bearing outer ring is provided with a first shoulder abutted against the framework oil seal, and the end face of the framework oil seal is arranged on the inner side of the outer end face of the bearing outer ring; and a sealing ring is arranged between the outer wall of the bearing outer ring and the transmission shell.
In the above-mentioned technical solution of the transmission bearing, a more specific technical solution may be: the bearing inner ring is provided with an installation section extending towards the inner cavity of the transmission shell along the axial direction, an oil guide impeller is sleeved on the installation section, one end of the oil guide impeller is provided with a positioning section which is abutted against a third shoulder on the outer wall of the bearing inner ring, and a gap is reserved between the oil guide impeller and the inner end face of the bearing outer ring.
Further, the framework oil seal is a double-lip framework oil seal.
Furthermore, one end of the bearing inner ring is abutted against the second shoulder of the rotating shaft, and the other end of the bearing inner ring is abutted against a bearing retainer ring clamped on the rotating shaft.
Furthermore, a groove for placing the sealing ring is formed in the outer wall of the bearing outer ring.
Furthermore, a boss protruding outwards in the radial direction is arranged on the outer wall of the inner ring of the oil seal, one side face of the boss is the third shoulder, and a roller path of the roller is arranged on the boss.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. an oil seal is arranged at one end of the bearing close to the outside, the oil seal is in interference fit with the outer ring, and a lip of the oil seal is in contact with the inner ring of the bearing, so that lubricating oil on the right side of the bearing is prevented from leaking to the outside of the transmission; because the oil seal is arranged in the bearing, the risk that the transmission assembly line scratches the oil seal can be completely avoided; the assembly is simple, and the bearing interface is directly pressed in; in addition, the transmission oil seal parts are eliminated, and the input shaft and the shell do not need to be provided with high-precision holes matched with the oil seal.
2. The inner end of the bearing inner ring is provided with the oil guide impeller, so that the lubricating oil immersed in the oil guide wheel and the lubricating oil splashed to the oil guide wheel can be collected to the bearing, and the function of lubricating the raceway is achieved; in particular, the front bearing positioned in the middle concave part of the transmission assembly can be lubricated better.
3. The double-lip framework oil seal is adopted, so that dust can be prevented from entering the bearing, and the sealing performance between the oil seal and the bearing can be kept for a long time.
4. The bearing has a simple integral structure, avoids a complex oil duct system of the bearing and effectively lubricates the bearing; the control difficulty is low, the bearing assembly difficulty is low, and the precision is high and low.

the transmission bearing shown in fig. 1 to 3 is mounted on a rotating shaft 8 penetrating through a transmission housing 9, the rotating shaft 8 can be a transmission input shaft or a transmission output shaft, the transmission bearing mainly comprises an oil seal 1, a bearing inner ring 3, a roller 4, a bearing outer ring 5, a seal ring 6 and an oil guide impeller 7, the roller 4 is clamped between the bearing outer ring 5 and the bearing inner ring 3, an outer raceway 5-2 matched with the roller 4 is arranged on the inner wall of the bearing outer ring 5, a boss 3-1 protruding outwards in the radial direction is arranged on the outer wall of the bearing inner ring 3, an inner raceway 3-2 matched with the roller 4 is arranged on the boss 3-1 corresponding to the outer raceway 5-2 of the bearing outer ring 5, and the roller 4 rolls between the inner raceway 3-2 and the outer raceway 5-2; a sealing ring 6 is arranged between the bearing outer ring 5 and the transmission shell 9, and a groove 5-1 for placing the sealing ring 6 is arranged on the outer wall of the bearing outer ring 5; a second shoulder 3-11 which is abutted against the inner end of the bearing inner ring 3 is arranged on the rotating shaft 8, and a bearing retainer ring 10 which is abutted against the outer end of the bearing inner ring 3 is clamped on the rotating shaft 8. When the bearing is the front bearing of the transmission, the oil guide impeller 7 is arranged at one end of the bearing, which is positioned in the inner cavity of the transmission shell 9, so that the bearing can be better lubricated. The bearing inner ring 3 is provided with an installation section 3-3 extending towards the inner cavity of the transmission shell 9 along the axial direction, the oil guide impeller 7 is sleeved on the installation section 3-3, one end of the oil guide impeller 7 is provided with a positioning section 7-1 extending towards a boss 3-1 of the bearing inner ring 3, and the positioning section 7-1 is abutted against a third shoulder 3-11 formed on one side surface of the boss 3-1; in order to avoid interference, a gap with a certain distance is reserved between the oil guide impeller 7 and the inner end face of the bearing outer ring 5.
The transmission bearing integrates the framework oil seal 1 in the bearing, the integrated bearing is supported on the transmission shell 9, and the oil seal cannot be scratched. The outer ring of the framework oil seal 1 is in interference fit with the bearing outer ring 5 and cannot rotate relatively, the inner ring of the framework oil seal 1 tightly holds the bearing inner ring 3 through the self-tightening spring 3, and lubricating oil in the transmission shell 9 is prevented from leaking to the outside of the transmission from the position between the bearing outer ring 5 and the bearing inner ring 3. The bearing outer ring 5 is fitted with an O-ring seal 8, and even when the bearing outer ring 5 is in clearance fit, the lubricating oil can be prevented from leaking out of the transmission from the clearance between the bearing outer ring 5 and the transmission case 9. The surfaces of the rotating shaft 8 and the transmission shell 9, which are in contact with the framework oil seal 1, are ground and formed at one time in the bearing processing, then the assembly is completed by a bearing manufacturer, and the input shaft and the shell do not need to be processed with high-precision holes matched with the oil seal, so that the cost is low.
