Background
The refractory bricks need to be cut and formed after being calcined, the refractory brick cutting machine is mainly used for cutting the refractory bricks, and the refractory brick cutting machine has the following defects in the use process: firstly, a large amount of dust is generated in the brick cutting process, occupational diseases are easy to generate, and the environmental protection requirement is difficult to meet; secondly, the productive dust pollutes the working environment and affects the physical and psychological health of the working personnel; thirdly, the service life of the brick cutter is reduced; fourthly, the ash needs to be removed frequently in the using process, and the working efficiency is reduced. In the technical scheme, an air outlet is arranged on a casing of the brick cutting machine along the tangential direction of the cutting blade, air is thrown out of an impeller by utilizing the centrifugal force generated by the impeller of a low-noise centrifugal medium-pressure blower during rotation, and the air is collected in a machine shell to raise the pressure and is discharged from an air outlet. After the air in the impeller is discharged, negative pressure is formed, dust-containing gas generated in the tangential direction of the cutting position of the brick cutting machine is sucked and supplemented into the centrifugal fan, the first cyclone dust collector carries out primary dust collection transformation on a large amount of coarse-grained dust generated by cutting refractory bricks, the coarse-grained dust is concentrated into a dust discharge barrel below the first cyclone dust collector and enters the second cyclone dust collector through an air outlet pipe, and the gas subjected to primary dust collection is introduced between a shell of the second cyclone dust collector and the air outlet pipe from an inlet to form an outer rotational flow rotating downwards. The dust suspended in the outer cyclone flows downwards to the wall of the device under the action of centrifugal force, and then is transferred to the lower part of the second cyclone dust collector along with the cyclone flow, and is collected by the dust discharge hole to be discharged by the dust collection bag. The purified gas forms a rising internal rotational flow and is discharged through the filtering type exhaust pipe, so that secondary dust collection improvement is achieved. Therefore, the device carries out primary dust collection transformation on a large amount of generated coarse-grained dust through the first cyclone dust collector, and then carries out secondary dust collection transformation on the residual fine-grained dust through the second cyclone dust collector, so that the dust collection device meets the environmental protection requirement, the pollution to the operation environment is avoided, the occupational diseases are reduced, the device is suitable for various types of refractory bricks, the application range is wide, the working efficiency is improved, and the service life of the brick cutting machine is prolonged.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the terms "upper, lower, top, bottom, inside, outside" and the like included in the terms represent only the orientation of the terms in a conventional use state or are colloquially known by those skilled in the art, and should not be construed as limiting the terms.
The invention provides a firebrick cutting and dust collecting device, as shown in figure 1, comprising: the low-noise centrifugal medium-pressure air blower comprises a low-noise centrifugal medium-pressure air blower 2, a first cyclone dust collector 3 and a second cyclone dust collector 4; the side wall of the first cyclone dust collector 3 is communicated with a grinding wheel cover of the refractory brick cutting machine 1 through a pipeline, the lower end of the low-noise centrifugal medium-pressure air blower 2 is communicated with the top of the first cyclone dust collector 3, and the side edge of the low-noise centrifugal medium-pressure air blower 2 is communicated with the top of the side wall of the second cyclone dust collector 4.
The firebrick cutting dust collector is provided with an air outlet at the position of the casing of the brick cutter along the tangential direction of the cutting blade, and utilizes the centrifugal force generated by the impeller of the low-noise centrifugal medium pressure blower 2 during rotation to throw air out of the impeller, collect the air in the casing to increase the pressure and discharge the air from the air outlet. After the air in the impeller is discharged, negative pressure is formed, dust-containing gas generated in the tangential direction of the cutting position of the brick cutting machine is sucked and supplemented into the centrifugal fan, after a large amount of coarse-grained dust generated by cutting refractory bricks is subjected to primary dust collection transformation by using the first cyclone dust collector 3, the coarse-grained dust is concentrated into a dust discharge cylinder below, and then enters the second cyclone dust collector through the air outlet pipe, and the gas subjected to primary dust collection is introduced between the shell of the second cyclone dust collector 4 and the air outlet pipe from the inlet to form a downward rotating outer rotational flow. The dust suspended in the outer cyclone moves to the wall of the device under the action of centrifugal force, and then moves to the lower part of the second cyclone dust collector 4 along with the cyclone, and is collected by the dust discharge hole to be discharged by the dust collection bag. The purified gas forms a rising internal rotational flow and is discharged through the filtering type exhaust pipe, so that secondary dust collection improvement is achieved.
In the above apparatus, the structures of the first cyclone 3 and the second cyclone 4 may be selected in a wide range, but in order to further improve the dust collecting and discharging effects of the first cyclone 3 and the second cyclone 4, it is preferable that the first cyclone 3 and the second cyclone 4 include a first cylinder and a second cylinder communicating from top to bottom, the first cylinder has a cylindrical structure, and the second cylinder has a funnel shape.
In the present invention, the lower end of the first cyclone 3 mainly collects coarse dust, and in order to smoothly collect the coarse dust, it is preferable that a dust exhaust cylinder 7 is provided below the first cyclone 3.
In the present invention, the positions of the air outlet and the dust discharge port of the second cyclone 4 can be selected within a wide range, but in order to further improve the efficiency of air outlet and dust discharge of the second cyclone 4, it is preferable that both the top and the bottom of the second cyclone 4 are open.
In the above apparatus, the driving mechanism of the low-noise centrifugal medium-pressure blower 2 and the firebrick cutter 1 may have various options, but in order to improve the convenience of operation, it is preferable that the impeller of the low-noise centrifugal medium-pressure blower 2 is driven by the second motor 6 and the impeller of the firebrick cutter 1 is driven by the first motor 5.
In the present invention, specific parameters of the low-noise centrifugal medium-pressure blower can be selected within a wide range, but in order to further improve the suction efficiency of the low-noise centrifugal medium-pressure blower, it is preferable that the low-noise centrifugal medium-pressure blower 2 satisfies the following conditions: the model is 110mm, and the treated air volume is 22m3Min, power 1100W, total pressure 2600 Pa.
The invention also provides a cutting and dust collection method for the refractory bricks, which is carried out in the cutting and dust collection device for the refractory bricks, and the cutting and dust collection method for the refractory bricks comprises the following steps: firstly, starting a refractory brick cutting machine 1 and a low-noise centrifugal medium-pressure blower 2; then, the low-noise centrifugal medium-pressure air blower 2 sucks air into the first cyclone dust collector 3 for coarse-grained dust concentration; and finally, carrying out secondary dust collection transformation on the air from which the coarse-grained dust is removed in a second cyclone dust collector 4.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.

The firebrick cutting and dust sucking device of claim 1, wherein the first cyclone dust collector (3) and the second cyclone dust collector (4) comprise a first cylinder and a second cylinder which are communicated from top to bottom, the first cylinder is of a cylinder structure, and the second cylinder is of a funnel shape.
3. The firebrick cutting suction arrangement as claimed in claim 1, wherein a dust exhaust funnel (7) is provided below said first cyclone (3).
4. The firebrick cutting suction cleaner as claimed in claim 1, wherein said second cyclone (4) is open at both top and bottom.
5. The firebrick cutting suction arrangement as claimed in claim 1, wherein the impeller of the low-noise centrifugal medium-pressure blower (2) is driven by a second motor (6) and the impeller of the firebrick cutter (1) is driven by a first motor (5).
6. The refractory brick cutting suction device according to claim 1, wherein the low-noise centrifugal medium-pressure blower (2) satisfies the following condition: the model is 110mm, and the treated air volume is 22m3Min, power 1100W, total pressure 2600 Pa.
7. A firebrick cutting and dust collection method performed in the firebrick cutting and dust collection apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, the firebrick cutting and dust collection method comprising: firstly, starting a refractory brick cutting machine (1) and a low-noise centrifugal medium-pressure blower (2); then the low-noise centrifugal medium-pressure blower (2) sucks air into a first cyclone dust collector (3) for coarse dust concentration; and finally, performing secondary dust collection transformation on the air from which the coarse-grained dust is removed in a second cyclone dust collector (4).
