Background
The construction of the sole is quite complex and, in a broad sense, may include all of the materials comprising the sole, midsole, heel, etc. In a narrow sense, the sole material should have the common characteristics of wear resistance, water resistance, oil resistance, heat resistance, pressure resistance, impact resistance, good elasticity, easy adaptation to the foot, difficult deformation after shaping, heat preservation, easy absorption of moisture and the like, and the sole material should be matched with the midsole, so that the sole material has the braking effect to avoid slipping and easy stop conditions when walking for changing feet. The materials used for soles are of various types and can be divided into natural base materials and synthetic base materials. The natural base material comprises natural base leather, bamboo, wood and the like, and the synthetic base material comprises rubber, plastic, rubber-plastic material, regenerated leather, elastic cardboard and the like.
The PVE film on the market is generally vacuumized and adsorbed on the bottom die, and then foaming material is added into the bottom die for foaming, and the edges of the bottom die are relatively flat, so that the edges of the bottom die cannot protrude, the broadsides protruding out of the shoe body obviously cannot be manufactured, and the manufacturing style of the shoe is limited. Therefore, in order to provide more sole styles, it is necessary to develop a mold that can produce broadside soles.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the embodiment provides a broadside sole mold, which comprises a bottom mold 1, a broadside mold 2, a middle frame 3 and an upper cover 4, wherein the broadside mold 2, the middle frame 3 and the upper cover 4 are sequentially connected to the top tail end of the bottom mold 1 in a rotating way, a forming chamber 5 is arranged in the center of the bottom mold 1, a broadside groove 6 is arranged around the top edge of the forming chamber 5, a plurality of broadside air suction channels 7 are arranged on the broadside groove 6, a plurality of air suction channels 71 are arranged on the surface of the forming chamber 5, the broadside air suction channels 7 and the air suction channels 71 are all in air channel communication with a vacuum cavity 16 arranged below the forming chamber, the vacuum cavity 16 is in air channel communication with an air suction pipe 8 arranged on the side surface of the bottom mold, the middle parts of the broadside mold 2 and the middle frame 3 are all provided with hollow grooves 9 corresponding to the shape of the forming chamber 5, a sole forming mold 10 is arranged at the bottom of the upper cover 4, a broadside groove 11 is arranged around the outer side of the broadside groove 6.
When in actual use, the sole film is firstly put on the bottom die 1 and the broadside die 2 for fixation, then the sole film is put on the broadside die 2 and the middle frame 3 is closed for fixation, and an external air exhaust device is connected into the air exhaust pipe 8. Because the airtight ring 12 seals the joint of the bottom die 1 and the broadside film 2, air between the bottom die 1 and the broadside film 2 and the sole film can only be discharged through the broadside air suction channel 7 and the air suction channel 71, and the sole film is clung to the forming chamber 5 and the broadside groove 6 during air suction, so that the sole film forms a space for broadside foaming forming. After the air extraction is completed, a fixed amount of foaming material (typically PVE) is injected into the molding chamber 5, the upper cover 4 is closed, and finally the whole mold is sent into a molding machine for foaming molding. After foaming is completed, the mold is opened, and the sole with a circle of protruding broadsides at the top can be taken out.
The front ends of the broadside die 2, the middle frame 3 and the upper cover 4 are respectively provided with a locking rod 13, and the front end of the bottom die 1 is provided with a lock catch 14 corresponding to the locking rods 13. The locking rod 13 is matched with the design of the lock catch 14 to lock the die, so that the die is tightly closed in the forming process.
The upper surface of the bottom die 1 is a wavy curved surface 101, the bottom surface of the broadside die 2 is a positioning joint surface 102, and the positioning joint surface 102 can be correspondingly jointed with the wavy curved surface 101. Compared with the common plane lamination, the curved surface design can enhance the stability of the joint part and prevent the die from shifting.
A sealing ring 15 is arranged on the bottom surface of the middle frame 3 around the hollow groove 9. The sealing ring 15 further enhances the air tightness inside the mold, can avoid air leakage during the air suction of the sole film, and ensures the sole molding quality.
The upper surface of broadside mould 2 is provided with first spacing hole 21, the bottom surface of center 3 corresponds first spacing hole 21 and is provided with the first stopper 31 that can closely cup joint in first spacing hole 21, the upper surface of center 3 is provided with second spacing hole 32, the bottom surface of upper cover 4 corresponds second spacing hole 32 and is provided with the second stopper 41 that can closely cup joint in second spacing hole 32. The design of spacing hole cooperation stopper can further prevent that the mould from shifting.
The exhaust pipe 8 is connected with an airtight valve 17. The airtight valve 17 is used for sealing the air path after the sole film is clamped and fixed by the broadside die 2 and the middle frame 3 and is tightly attached to the forming chamber 5 and the broadside groove 6 through vacuumizing, so as to ensure that the sole film is always attached to the surface of the die in the sole forming process and the combination of the bottom die 1 and the broadside die 2 is tight.

The broadside sole mould is characterized by comprising a bottom mould, a broadside mould, a middle frame and an upper cover, wherein the broadside mould, the middle frame and the upper cover are sequentially connected to the top tail end of the bottom mould in a rotating mode, a forming chamber is formed in the center of the bottom mould, broadside grooves are formed in the periphery of the top of the forming chamber in a surrounding mode, a plurality of broadside air suction channels are formed in the broadside grooves, a plurality of air suction channels are formed in the surface of the forming chamber, the broadside air suction channels and the air suction channels are communicated with a vacuum cavity below the forming chamber in an air channel mode, the air suction channels are communicated with an air suction pipe arranged on the side face of the bottom mould in an air channel mode, the middle parts of the broadside mould and the middle frame are respectively provided with a hollow groove corresponding to the shape of the forming chamber, a sole forming mould is arranged at the bottom of the upper cover, and an airtight ring is arranged in the outer side of the broadside groove in a surrounding mode.
2. The broadside sole mold according to claim 1, wherein locking bars are arranged at front ends of the broadside mold, the middle frame and the upper cover, and a lock catch is arranged at the front end of the bottom mold corresponding to the locking bars.
