The invention discloses a millimeter wave detector, which comprises a noise detector body, wherein a plurality of anti-collision blocks are connected outside the noise detector body, an adjusting piece is connected at the bottom of the noise detector body, a mounting plate is connected at the bottom of the adjusting piece, moving seats are connected at two ends of the mounting plate, rolling pieces are connected on the two moving seats and the two anti-collision blocks at one side of the bottom of the noise detector body, the millimeter wave detector reduces the abrasion condition of the anti-collision blocks and a desktop by connecting the rolling pieces on the moving seats and the anti-collision blocks arranged at the bottom of the noise detector body in a rolling way, replaces the original sliding friction with the rolling friction of the rolling pieces, and is convenient for a user to observe the noise detector body by arranging the adjusting piece at the top of the moving seats, and when the height is not required to be adjusted, the adjustment member and the movable base may be moved together to the bottom edge of the noise detector body.
