In order to solve the problems of the existing manpower vehicle wheels, such as fear of puncture and shock absorption, the invention adopts the solid tyre, replaces the auxiliary strip with the shock absorption ring (5) of the spring steel sheet, and provides wheels with different specifications, such as anti-puncture and shock absorption.
As shown in fig. 2, includes: the multi-spoke-ring damping wheel is arranged in the middle of a universal wheel fork (1), a solid tire (4) is arranged outside a rim (2), a damping ring (5) is arranged between the rim (2) and a wheel hub (3), the damping ring (5) replaces a common spoke, and the multi-spoke-ring damping wheel is made of a spring steel sheet and utilizes the elasticity of spring steel to damp.
FIG. 3 is an exploded view of the multi-spider damping wheel: in the figure, the wheel hub comprises a universal wheel fork (1), a wheel rim (2), a wheel hub (3), a solid tire (4), a damping ring (5), a bearing (6), a pin fixing ring (7) and the like.
A multi-spider damping wheel in one embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 4 and 5.
The damping rings (5) in the figure can be composed of 3 or more, in the invention, 5 damping rings (5) are respectively inserted into a rim damping ring fixing groove (201) of the rim (2) and a hub damping ring fixing groove (301) of the hub (3) by virtue of damping fixing rings (501); during assembly, the damping rings (5) are extruded to be compressed and put in, and the damping rings (5) are fixed on the pins after being put in.
Describing the rim (2) with reference to fig. 6 and 7, five or more rim cushion ring fixing grooves (201) may be circular arc grooves on the inner side of the circle of the rim (2); five rim damping ring fixing pin holes (202) are formed in the side rim (2) of the rim damping ring fixing groove (201); the two sides of the opening of the rim damping ring fixing groove (201) are provided with fixing groove opening cylindrical arcs (204) which are used for supporting a large ring of the damping ring (5); the rim reinforcing rib (203) is positioned in the middle of the rim (2) and connects the cylindrical arcs (204) of the fixed notch of the rim (2).
Fig. 8 and 9 further illustrate the hub (3), wherein the central circular tube of the hub (3) is a hub main shaft sleeve (307), and two ends of the inner side of the circular tube are respectively provided with a circular ring table hub bearing fixing table (306) for installing the bearing (6); a plurality of U-shaped arc grooves are arranged outside the circular tube and are bosses of a plurality of arc grooves of a hub damping ring fixing groove (301), and two sides of the arc grooves are provided with notch cylindrical arcs (309); a round table pin hole ring plate (304) is arranged on the side surface of the round table, and a round hole wheel hub damping ring fixing pin hole (302) is arranged on the round table; the other side of the multi-groove boss is provided with a round boss wheel hub damping ring baffle (305), the round boss is provided with a plurality of circular arc grooves (308), and the round boss diameter of the round boss damping ring baffle (305) at the side is smaller than the diameter of the pin hole ring plate (304) so as to be designed in consideration of the convenience of placing the damping ring (5) during installation.
FIG. 10 illustrates a multi-spoke ring damping wheel damping ring (5), wherein the damping ring (5) is made of a spring steel sheet, the shape of the damping ring is a lantern shape, the center of the damping ring is a large elliptical arc shape (504), small semicircular arcs are respectively arranged at the upper part and the lower part of the damping ring to be a damping fixing ring (501), the bent end of the damping ring is a connecting point (502) of the damping ring, the end is arranged at the middle position of the small semicircular arc, the welding or non-welding can be selectively carried out, and because the connecting part of the large elliptical arc shape and the small semicircular arc is an outwards bending arc, the elastic extrusion of the damping ring is carried out on the cylindrical arcs (309) of notch at the two sides of the opening of a hub damping ring fixing groove (301), and the stress of the connecting point (502) of the damping ring is reduced; similarly, a small semicircular arc at the other end of the damping ring (5) is inserted into the rim damping ring fixing groove (201), and the joint of the damping ring (5) is an outwards bent arc and is also pressed on the cylindrical arc (204) of the fixing notch, so that the small semicircular arcs at the two ends of the damping ring (5) are placed into the circular arc grooves at the two ends to be restrained, the elastic compression is tighter, the stress points are dispersed, and the material fatigue is reduced.
FIG. 11 is an explanatory view of a multi-spider damper wheel pin retaining ring (7), the pin retaining ring (7) being a step ring, metal or plastic; the ring is provided with a plurality of through holes, and is fixed on the hub (3) by pins, and the function of the through holes is to prevent the damping ring (5) from falling off.
The invention has strong practicability and simple production and processing.
