Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical appliances, in particular to a device for testing an insulin needle.
Background
With the increasing number of diabetics, the demands of medical appliances for regulating blood sugar by insulin in China are also increasing, insulin needles are widely accepted by the domestic market as disposable consumables, and registered enterprises of the products in China are also increasing. At present, most of insulin needles in the domestic market do not test flow in the product delivery inspection process, the insulin needles are replaced by a mode of testing the inner diameter of a needle tube, and along with popularization of products, corresponding industry standards are also in drafting, and domestic standards planning drafting in 2019 have requirements on flow, so that the domestic standards need to detect the project forcefully. In addition, other project tests are specified.
However, the related testing device has some defects, such as inconvenient operation, single testing item and the like. Accordingly, new powder forming techniques are needed to at least partially eliminate the above-described problems of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to at least partially solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, the present invention provides a device for testing an insulin needle, characterized by comprising a joint (10), an extension part (20) and a sealing part (30), wherein the joint comprises a threaded part (11) with threads formed on the surface and a non-threaded part (12), the extension part (20) extends from the non-threaded part (12) and has an outer diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the joint (10), the sealing part (30) is arranged on the end surface of the threaded part (11), and a cavity (40) is formed inside the joint (10) and the extension part (20).
According to an embodiment of the invention, the sealing part (30) is a sealing ring.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the sealing ring is made of silica gel.
According to an embodiment of the invention, the length of the extension (20) is greater than the length of the joint (10).
According to an embodiment of the invention, the inner diameter of the portion of the cavity (40) in the joint (10) is larger than the inner diameter of the portion in the extension (20).
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the length of the non-threaded portion (12) is not less than the length of the threaded portion (11).
Compared with the prior art, the device provided by the invention is provided with the longer non-threaded part, thereby being beneficial to the operation of detection personnel. The device of the invention can detect the flow of the product, the disassembly and the mounting torque and the firmness before detecting the needle tip jump. In addition, the device provided by the invention has the advantages that the practicability of the device is realized, and the detection error caused by repeatedly replacing the testing device is reduced.

Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating and illustrating the disclosure, are not intended to limit the disclosure.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view showing the structure of an apparatus for testing an insulin needle according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a schematic view showing another angle of the apparatus for testing an insulin needle shown in fig. 1, and fig. 3 is an exploded schematic view of the apparatus for testing an insulin needle according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the device for testing an insulin needle of the present invention may include a joint (10) including a threaded portion (11) having threads formed on a surface thereof and a non-threaded portion (12), an extension portion (20) extending from the non-threaded portion (12) and having an outer diameter smaller than that of the joint (10), and a sealing portion (30) disposed on an end surface of the threaded portion (11), the joint (10) and the extension portion (20) being internally formed with a cavity (40).
More specifically, with reference to the drawings, the device of the present invention comprises a fitting 10, the fitting 10 being a substantially hollow cylinder, on part of the surface of which threads (constituting the threaded portion 11) are formed for connection and fixation with an insulin needle. No threads are formed on the surface of the other portion, thereby constituting the non-threaded portion 12. The length of the non-threaded portion is not less than the length of the threaded portion so that operation of the device, such as facilitating manual testing of the runout of the needle tip, can be facilitated.
Extending along the non-threaded portion 12 is an extension 20. The extension 20 has a smaller outer diameter and thus becomes more slender, having a length greater than that of the joint 10, and a cavity (channel) is also formed in the center. The connector 10 and the extension 20 may be integrally formed with a cavity 40, i.e., a central passage, formed therebetween, wherein the cavity inside diameter in the connector 10 is greater than the cavity inside diameter in the extension 20. The reduced outer diameter extension 20 facilitates connection to other tubing.
The device of the present invention further includes a seal portion 30 provided on an end surface of the joint 10 on the side where the threaded portion 11 is located. The seal may be, for example, a seal ring made of medical grade silicone. The sealing ring is tightly matched with the joint, and is reversely free from falling after being installed, and the sealing ring can protrude out of the end face of the joint to a certain thickness, for example, the thickness can be more than 0.3mm, so that the subsequent sealing is realized. The sealing ring is added on the end face of the joint to prevent leakage, so that flow test is convenient to carry out. In addition, the diameter of the latter half part of the device is changed to facilitate connection, installation and disassembly of pipelines, torque detection and needle tube firmness detection, and the internal through holes are used for facilitating the passing of test liquid.
The device has the working principle that a sealing ring is arranged on a connector, is connected with an insulin needle to detect pinpoint jump through a V-shaped block, is connected with the insulin needle and a catheter to detect product flow, and is used for detecting firmness and torque through clamping the tail part of the connector and the plastic part of the needle.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the embodiments described above, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solutions of the present disclosure within the scope of the technical concept of the present disclosure, and all the simple modifications belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.
In addition, the specific features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction. The various possible combinations are not described further in this disclosure in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
Moreover, any combination between the various embodiments of the present disclosure is possible as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present disclosure, which should also be construed as the disclosure of the present disclosure.
