Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, the specific operation is as follows:
As shown in fig. 5, the insertion shaft 22 and the hinge device 5 are not yet engaged at this time.
As shown in fig. 6, when the insertion shaft 22 is inserted into the insertion shaft hole 17 and continues to be inserted upward, the inclined portion 20 of the insertion shaft 22 abuts against the mounting hole 25 of the locking section 24, and drives the movable member 12 to move outward, and compresses the elastic member 7. When the insertion shaft 22 is inserted in place, the elastic member 7 drives the movable member 12 to reset, and the edge of the mounting hole 25 is caught in the mounting groove 21 of the insertion shaft 22, and at this time, the insertion shaft 22 and the hinge device 5 are in the locked state.
As shown in fig. 7, when the cover assembly 1 drives the rotating shaft sleeve 16 to rotate, the control section 23 will abut against the mating surface 28 and rotate along with the cover assembly 1. When the control section 23 moves from the trough section 27 to the peak section 26, the movable member 12 drives the locking section 24 to move outwards along the movable channel 18 and compresses the elastic member 7, and at this time, the plug shaft 22 and the mounting hole 25 of the movable member 12 are in an unlocked state, and the toilet cover can drive the hinge device 5 to be separated from the plug shaft 22. In fig. 7, the plug shaft 22 and the hinge device 5 are in an unlocked state.
Of course, in this case, when the control section 23 moves from the crest section 26 to the trough section 27, the movable member 12 can be moved along the movable channel 18 by the elastic member 7 in an inward resetting manner, and at this time, the shaft 22 and the mounting hole 25 of the movable member 12 are in a locked state, and the toilet cover plate can be firmly mounted on the shaft 22.
It should be noted that the cover plate assembly 1 includes at least a seat ring 2 and an upper cover 3. Wherein, the hinge device 5 comprises a pair of elastic members 7 and a pair of hinge assemblies 6, both ends of the tube seat 8 can be in blind hole structures so as to respectively accommodate the elastic members 7 and the hinge assemblies 6, and one outward ends of the hinge assemblies 6 are respectively connected with the upper cover 3 and the seat ring 2 to drive the upper cover 3 and the seat ring 2 to respectively hinge relative to the toilet seat. In addition, the rotating mechanism 14 is a device with two ends capable of rotating with each other and having a damping function, which belongs to the existing devices in the art, and will not be described herein. Of course, in another embodiment, the rotation mechanism 14 may not have a damping function, and will not be described herein.
In this embodiment, the control section 23 abuts the trough section 27 when the cover assembly 1 is at approximately 0 ° or 90 ° to the toilet seat, so that the spindle 22 and the moveable member 12 are in the locked condition. When the cover plate assembly 1 is approximately 70 degrees relative to the toilet seat, the control section 23 abuts against the crest section 26, so that the plug shaft 22 and the movable piece 12 are in an unlocking state. In particular, since the toilet cover is either in an open state or in a closed state during normal use, i.e. the cover assembly 1 is substantially 0 ° or 90 ° to the toilet seat. Therefore, the arrangement can enable the toilet cover plate to be in a locking state with the toilet seat in the normal use process, and effectively avoid unlocking state of the cover plate assembly 1 and the toilet seat caused by touch of the toilet cover plate. The cover plate component 1 and the toilet seat are in a structural state only when the toilet is in 70 degrees, and the cover plate component 1 and the toilet seat are in a specific state because the cover plate component 1 and the toilet seat are in a 70-degree state which is not a conventional angle state, so that the cover plate component 1 and the toilet seat can be further prevented from being in an unlocking state due to touch.
Of course, it should be noted that, in another embodiment, the cover assembly 1 may be positioned at other angles with respect to the toilet seat, so that the cover assembly 1 and the toilet seat are in the unlocked state. The principle and structure are the same as those of the present embodiment, and will not be described in detail here.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the peak section 26 is provided with a V-shaped first groove, and the control section 23 is provided with a first protrusion having a triangular shape and adapted to the first groove. Specifically, the first groove and the first protrusion are arranged, so that when the cover plate assembly 1 is about 70 ° relative to the toilet seat, the cover plate assembly 1 and the toilet seat can be stably in the unlocked state, and the control section 23 and the crest section 26 cannot be separated due to factors such as shaking. On the other hand, the arrangement of the first groove and the first protrusion can make sound when the first groove and the first protrusion are matched, so that an operator knows that the cover plate assembly 1 and the toilet seat are in an unlocking state.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, in the present embodiment, the hinge device 5 includes a limiting pin 15, the fixed base 13 is provided with a pin slot 19, and the limiting pin 15 is disposed on the rotating shaft sleeve 16 and extends into the pin slot 19 to limit the left-right movement of the rotating mechanism 14 and the fixed base 13 relative to the rotating shaft sleeve 16. The pin groove 19 is an annular groove arranged on the peripheral surface of the fixed seat 13. Furthermore, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, in the present embodiment, the mounting channel 10 is provided with a limit groove 11, and the fixing base 13 is provided with a limit protrusion 9 adapted to the limit groove 11. The cooperation of spacing groove 11 and spacing protruding 9 can restrict fixing base 13 relative tube socket 8 rotation, has guaranteed that the pivot cover 16 can take place the rotation relative fixing base 13 when rotatory.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the rotating shaft sleeve 16 is a cylindrical geometric body, and the end portion thereof is provided with a protrusion extending outwards and adapted to the upper cover 3 or the seat ring 2, and the rotating mechanism 14, the fixed seat 13 and the movable member 12 are sequentially disposed on the rotating shaft sleeve 16. The swivel sleeve 16 is further provided with a relief hole 29 corresponding to the insertion shaft hole 17, so that the insertion shaft 22 passes through and is inserted into the insertion shaft hole 17.
In this embodiment, the elastic member 7 is a spring. In another embodiment, the elastic member 7 may be an elastic body made of rubber, such as a rubber elastic sleeve, or an elastic steel sheet made of steel sheet.
The foregoing is an embodiment of the present invention, but the present invention may have other modified designs. Specifically, in another embodiment, the rotation mechanism 14 may be omitted. One end of the fixed seat 13 may extend forward and abut against the rotating sleeve 16.
Through the above-mentioned scheme of this embodiment, when realizing quick detach, the closestool apron of this case only has tube socket 8, movable part 12, fixing base 13, rotary mechanism 14 to and pivot cover 16, and wherein tube socket 8 and rotary mechanism 14 belong to the part that is necessary because of the structural function, compares the quick detach structure among the prior art, and the closestool apron of this case has simpler structure. Meanwhile, the locking and unlocking are realized by the cooperation of the end face of the rotating shaft sleeve 16 and the control section 23 extending outwards of the movable part 12, so that the closestool cover plate has reliable matching performance and can meet the long-term use requirement of the closestool cover plate. In addition, the toilet cover plate realizes locking and unlocking through rotating the cover plate, and compared with the prior art, the toilet cover plate realizes locking and unlocking through a key and other modes, has more convenient operation and has good practicability.
The above description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and variations may be made to the present invention by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
