Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural growth regulators, in particular to a corn growth regulator and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Corn is an important food crop and economic crop, and statistics show that the yield and the planting area of the corn are second to rice and wheat and third in the world. Plays an important role in the national economy and the civilian economy. The effective utilization of limited land resources and the improvement of the yield and quality of corn crops are the subjects of people's direction and invariance.
Commonly used corn growth regulators include the following:
(1) high yield element: the fertilizer is uniformly sprayed by a sprayer in the eight-leaf-spreading period of the corn until the leaves are completely wet, so that the yield can be increased by 11.2%. However, this operation is actually time-consuming and labor-intensive, and is affected by the environment, and thus the spraying effect cannot be achieved as desired.
(2) Ethephon: the corn leaf weight reducing agent has the effect on the rootstocks of the corn, can dwarf the height of the corn, enables the leaves to grow densely and vertically, is short and wide, obviously improves the weight of the corn ears, and can increase the yield by about 10 percent. Ethephon is a very dangerous drug, and is a serious hazard to the health of users and the environment, so that special care is needed in use, and the hazard to the human and the environment cannot be ignored in order to exert the yield-increasing effect.
(3) And (3) robust corn: is a duplicator for regulating the growth of plants and can regulate the physiological function of the corn. After the corn seedling culture medium is used, the corn plant is short and healthy, the plant height is reduced, the stem is thick, the heel is more, the lodging is resisted, the aging is delayed, the prematurity and the yield is increased, and the yield is increased by 8-13%. However, when the strong corn essence is used, the close planting degree needs to be increased, strict field management is required, fertilizer application needs to be increased, weak plants cannot be sprayed and cannot be used together with other medicines, meanwhile, the strong essence stock solution is corrosive, and special attention needs to be paid when the strong corn essence is sprayed.
(4) Diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate: after spraying, the thickness of the stem can be increased, and the root activity, the chlorophyll content of the spike position of the plant, the light and the speed can be improved. The spraying treatment at the 7-8 leaf stage has the best regulation effect, can reduce the bald tip length of the female ear, and increase the number of seeds in a row by 11 percent. But can not be mixed with alkaline pesticide and fertilizer when in use, and the dosage is strictly controlled below 100 g/mu.
From the above, the existing corn growth regulator basically belongs to a single product, and sometimes needs to be sprayed for multiple times, which consumes time and labor, has large dosage, higher input cost and low safety.

The method comprises the following steps of spraying clean water with the same volume in a comparative example 1, spraying 0.01% soluble liquid of 28-high brassinolide in a comparative example 2, spraying 10% soluble granules of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate in a comparative example 3, spraying 85% soluble powder of ethephon in a comparative example 4, and spraying 2.5% soluble liquid prepared from 28-high brassinolide 0.052 parts, diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate 6.28 parts and ethephon 21.5 parts in a comparative example 5.
In 2018 to 2019, 10, the corn variety Xian Yu 335 popularized in the current market in Linyi city of Shandong province was used as an experimental material. The medicine is used at about 9:00 in the morning, and the medicine is uniformly sprayed on the corn by a throat sprayer. The influence of conventional tests on the photosynthetic physiological related indexes of the leaves in the grain filling stage, the influence on the expression of the mature stage of the corn and the influence on the yield and the constitutive factors of the corn are researched, and the test results in the tables 1, 2 and 3 are respectively obtained.
TABLE 1 Effect of different component treatments on the photosynthetically related indices of leaves of maize seedlings
Note: the data in the above table are the average of three replicates.
The test results shown in Table 1 show that the photosynthetic assimilation capability of the corn is remarkably improved by spraying the growth regulator disclosed in the embodiments 1-3 of the invention in the large-horn period of the corn.
TABLE 2 Effect of different component treatments on maize maturity expression
As shown in the test results shown in Table 2, the growth regulators of the embodiments 1 to 3 of the invention are sprayed in the large-horn-mouth period of the corn, the expression is very good in the mature period of the corn, the fresh weight, the dry weight and the like of the corn are higher than those of the comparative examples 1 to 5, and the plant height of the corn is lower than those of the comparative examples 1 to 5, so that the purposes of improving the thickness of the corn stalk, promoting aerial root and lateral root development and achieving height control and lodging resistance can be achieved by spraying the growth regulators of the embodiments 1 to 3 of the invention.
TABLE 3 Effect of different component treatments on corn yield and constitutive factors
Note: the data in the above table are the average of three replicates.
The test results shown in Table 3 show that the growth regulator of the embodiments 1-3 can improve the yield of corn, increase the ear length, the grain weight and the like by spraying the growth regulator in the large-horn-mouth period of the corn.
The disease condition of the corn root rot is observed, a phenomenon that a large amount of root rot exists in a corn field sprayed with the growth regulator of comparative examples 1-5 in a large horn-mouth period of the corn is found, no large loss is caused by spraying the pesticide, and only a small amount of the corn sprayed with the growth regulator of examples 1-3 of the invention has the corn root rot phenomenon. In addition, the quality of the soil sprayed with the corn growth regulator is improved, and the water seepage, water retention and air permeability of the soil are enhanced.
Therefore, the purpose of increasing the yield of the corn can be achieved by spraying the growth regulator disclosed in the embodiments 1-3 of the invention, and the growth regulator has the advantages of safety, environmental protection, no harm to crops and the like.
The above embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and any simple modification, modification and substitution changes made to the above embodiments according to the technical spirit of the present invention are within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
