Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a bactericidal composition containing pyraclostrobin and metiram and a preparation method thereof, wherein the bactericidal composition comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 3-8% of pyraclostrobin, 50-60% of metiram, 10-30% of dispersing agent, 1-5% of wetting agent, 0.5-3% of pH value regulator, 0.5-5% of disintegration aid, 0.05-0.3% of defoaming agent and 0-20% of filler. The method for preparing the bactericidal composition comprises the following steps: dissolving the dispersing agent, the wetting agent, the pH value regulator and the disintegration aid in water according to a proportion to form a mixed solution; and continuously adding pyraclostrobin, metiram and filler into the mixed solution, homogenizing and dispersing to form mixed slurry. The bactericidal composition provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises two effective components of pyraclostrobin and metiram, which have different bactericidal mechanisms, has protection and treatment effects, can effectively prevent and treat diseases caused by fungi such as basidiomycetes and ascomycetes, and is safer to non-target organisms and environment.

Preferably, the bactericidal composition comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 4-6% of pyraclostrobin, 52-58% of metiram, 15-25% of dispersing agent, 2-4% of wetting agent, 1-2% of pH value regulator, 1-4% of disintegration aid, 0.1-0.2% of defoaming agent and 3-18% of filler.
Preferably, the wetting agent is one or more of a sulfate wetting agent YUS-SXC, L-WET/P, Terwet1004, a sulfate wetting agent YUS-TXC, an alkyl naphthalene sulfonate anion wetting agent Morwet EFW and sodium dodecyl sulfate.
Preferably, the dispersant is a polycarboxylate dispersant, a lignosulfonate dispersant or an alkyl naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate;
the polycarboxylate dispersant is D518, Tersperse2700, YUS-WG7 or D800;
the lignosulfonate dispersant is Reax 910, Reax 907, Reax AG, Ultrazine NA or Ulfoxane 3A;

and (3) crushing the materials in the homogeneous dispersion liquid to obtain a particle size D98 of less than or equal to 5 microns, and then spraying and drying the mixed solution to obtain the bactericidal composition.
Preferably, the temperature of the spray drying is 150 ℃.
Preferably, in the homogenizing and dispersing process, a homogenizer is adopted for homogenizing and dispersing for 30min, and the rotating speed of the homogenizer is 1470 r/min.

3. grinding the uniformly dispersed materials by using a colloid mill until the particle size D98 of the materials is less than or equal to 5 microns; in the step, materials in the mixed solution are ground by a wet method, and then spray-dried, when the slurry is prepared, the water adding amount is strictly controlled, and too much water is added, so that the water content of the bactericidal composition containing pyraclostrobin and metiram during spray-drying is too high, the energy consumption is increased, and too little water is added, so that the viscosity of the slurry is too high, and the fluidity is poor, thereby influencing the spray efficiency;
4. spray drying the ground slurry at 150 ℃ by using a pressure type spray dryer to obtain particles, wherein the moisture content of the particles is less than or equal to 3%, and the particles are the bactericidal composition containing pyraclostrobin and metiram in the embodiment of the invention; in the step, the drying temperature is controlled at 150 ℃, the temperature is too low, the water content in the sterilization composition is too high, the stability is poor, and the index of the sample with too high temperature is poor.
In the embodiment of the invention, certain defoaming agents are respectively added in the steps 1, 2 and 3 for defoaming.
Comparative example 1

the dispersant is polycarboxylate dispersant and lignosulfonate dispersant;
the polycarboxylate dispersant is Tersperse 2700;
the lignosulfonate dispersant is Reax 910 or Reax AG;
the pH value regulator is citric acid;
the disintegration aid is one or more of anhydrous sodium sulphate and potassium sulphate;
the preparation method of the bactericidal composition containing pyraclostrobin and metiram comprises the following steps:
dissolving the dispersing agent, the wetting agent, the pH value regulator and the disintegration aid in water according to a proportion to form a mixed solution;
adding the pyraclostrobin, the metiram and the filler into the mixed solution for homogeneous dispersion to obtain a homogeneous dispersion liquid;
