Abstract
The invention discloses a mobile phone key detection method and a mobile phone key detection system, wherein the method comprises the following steps: starting a mobile phone key detection system and completing parameter loading of a corresponding module; carrying out parameter self-checking on corresponding modules of the system, and after parameter detection is finished, enabling each module to enter an operation mode to carry out a visual detection process; when the mobile phone key detection system detects that the mobile phone key is normal, the system indicator light is on; and when the mobile phone key detection system detects that the mobile phone key is abnormal, an alarm is given. According to the invention, the industrial control computer is used for installing mobile phone key detection system software to analyze the image information of the image acquisition card and rapidly identifying information such as scratches, convex-concave points, black points, bright points, deformation, character defects and the like on the mobile phone key image, each operation station is controlled by software, after each parameter is set, automatic detection can be realized, the product model can be automatically identified, the motion track can be automatically switched according to the product model, a large amount of working time can be saved, and the detection precision is high, the time is short, and the efficiency is high.

the industrial control computer 1 is provided with a software program of the mobile phone key detection system and receives the images of the mobile phone keys acquired by the image acquisition card 2, and after the industrial control computer 1 executes the software program of the mobile phone key detection system, the quality condition of the mobile phone keys is judged by analyzing the received mobile phone key image information, the fault problems of the mobile phone keys are classified, and the judgment result of the mobile phone key detection is output;
the image acquisition cards 2 are used for acquiring images of mobile phone keys and sending acquired image information to the industrial control computer 1 through a high-speed data interface, and the image acquisition cards 2 comprise a plurality of image acquisition cards, and the image acquisition cards 2 are arranged on different detection stations to acquire image information of different positions of the mobile phone keys.
The industrial control computer 1 is a Linghua science and technology IPC-7120-.
The image acquisition card 2 is an LREC9724HT-POE image acquisition card 2, is designed based on an Intel I350AM4/I350AM2 chip, comprises a high-performance gigabit four-port POE Ethernet adapter card, is compatible with PCIex8 and x16 channels, provides 4 or 2 standard PoE power supply ports, provides 25.5W power, 48V voltage and 1000Mb/s bandwidth for each port, and adopts an IEEE 802.3afand 802.3at compliant PoE power supply standard; and a 9KB jumbo frame is supported, and link aggregation is supported.
