Abstract
A high-speed receptacle connector assembly for mating with a high-speed cable insertion module. The high-speed receptacle connector assembly includes a shielding cage mounted on a circuit board, an electrical connector, and a cable connected to the electrical connector. The shielding cage is provided with a containing channel for containing the insertion module, and the containing channel comprises a top wall, a bottom wall and two side walls. The electric connector is accommodated in the rear part of the shielding cage and is provided with a clamping and accommodating groove which is forwards corresponding to the accommodating channel. The cable is connected to the rear side of the electrical connector. The rear side of the electric connector is also provided with a fixing cover, and the fixing cover is used for fixing the cable and fastening the cable on the circuit board, so that the cable can be prevented from easily falling off.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a high-speed receptacle electrical connector assembly, and more particularly, to a high-speed receptacle electrical connector assembly with a cable.
Background
The existing high-speed socket electric connector module with cables has more cables due to the transmission of high-speed signals, and the cables are also extremely hard, so that the connectors are easy to pull and drop from a circuit board.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem that this application will be solved provides a high-speed socket electric connector subassembly of connecting cable, can prevent to drop from the circuit board.
In order to achieve the above object, the present application provides a high-speed socket connector assembly for cooperating with an insertion module of a high-speed cable, the high-speed socket connector assembly includes a shielding cage installed on a circuit board, an electrical connector and a cable connected to the electrical connector, the shielding cage is provided with an accommodating channel for accommodating the insertion module, the accommodating channel includes a top wall, a bottom wall and two side walls, the electrical connector is accommodated in a rear portion of the shielding cage and has a card accommodating groove corresponding to the accommodating channel forward, the cable is connected to a rear side of the electrical connector, the rear side of the electrical connector is further provided with a fixing cover, and the fixing cover fixes the cable and fastens the cable on the circuit board. Because the fixed cover arranged at the rear side can prevent telling the socket connector assembly to easily fall off.
As a further design, the fixing cover comprises a plate-shaped part and a fastening part, the plate-shaped part is perpendicular to the front-back direction, the fastening part is arranged on the rear side of the plate-shaped part, the plate-shaped part is provided with a plurality of wire passing holes, the cable penetrates through the wire passing holes, the fastening part is provided with a through hole, and a screw penetrates through the through hole and fixes the fastening part on the circuit board.
The fastening part is arranged in the middle of the plate-shaped part, cables are arranged on two sides of the fastening part, and the fastening part is fixed on the circuit board through screws.
As a further design, the fastening portion is arranged at the upper side of the through hole and is provided with a counter bore, the high-speed socket electric connector assembly further comprises a light pipe, the light pipe is provided with an elastic buckle, and the elastic buckle is inserted into the counter bore and is clamped and fixed.
As a further design, the fixing cover is formed by zinc alloy, the shielding cage does not have a rear wall at the rear side of the electric connector, the fastening part is provided with a threaded hole, and a screw penetrates through the circuit board from the lower side of the circuit board upwards and is fixed on the fastening part.
As a further design, the fixed cover and the side wall of the shielding cage are provided with a buckle structure, and the buckle structure comprises a fixed hole formed in the side wall and clamping bamboo shoots arranged on two sides of the fixed cover.
By way of further design, the top wall of the shielding cage is provided with through holes and is fastened to the fixing cover by screws penetrating through the through holes.
As a further design, the fixing cover is provided with a positioning structure matched with the electric connector, and the positioning structure comprises a slot with a forward opening on the fixing cover and a lug protruding backwards on the electric connector.
As a further design, the fixed cover is of a shielding plate structure, the top wall of the shielding cage is provided with elastic arms extending backwards, and the elastic arms are in elastic contact with the fixed cover and are conductive.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
It should be noted that, in order to avoid obscuring the present application with unnecessary details, only the structures and/or processing steps closely related to some embodiments of the present application are shown in the drawings, and other details that are not relevant to some embodiments of the present application are omitted.
In addition, it is also to be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," "has," "having" or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
For the sake of descriptive accuracy, all references to directions herein are made with reference to fig. 1, wherein the extending direction of the X-axis is the left-right direction (wherein the positive direction of the X-axis is the front-right direction), the extending direction of the Y-axis is the front-back direction (wherein the negative direction of the Y-axis is the front), and the extending direction of the Z-axis is the up-down direction (wherein the positive direction of the Z-axis is the up).
For convenience of description, the up, down, left, right, front and back directions in the present application are relative positions, and do not limit the implementation.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a high-speed receptacle connector assembly 100 for mating with a plug-in module (not shown) of a high-speed cable, the high-speed receptacle connector assembly 100 comprises a shielding cage 200 mounted on a circuit board 120, an electrical connector 300 and a cable 400 connected to the electrical connector, the shielding cage is provided with a receiving channel 22 for receiving the plug-in module, and the receiving channel 22 comprises a top wall 202, a bottom wall 206 and two side walls 204. The electrical connector 300 is received in the rear portion of the shielding cage 200 and has a receiving groove (not shown) corresponding to the receiving channel, and the cable 400 is connected to the rear side of the electrical connector 300.
The rear side of the electrical connector 300 is further provided with a fixing cover 500, and the fixing cover 500 fixes the cable 400 and is used for being fastened on the circuit board 120. The fixing cover 500 includes a plate-shaped portion 52 provided perpendicular to the front-rear direction and a fastening portion 54 provided at the rear side of the plate-shaped portion 52. The plate-shaped portion 52 is provided with a plurality of wire holes 520, and the cable 400 passes through the wire holes 520 and is then soldered to a conductive terminal (not shown) of the electrical connector. The fastening portion 54 is provided with a through hole 540, and the screw 140 penetrates the through hole 540 and fixes the fastening portion to the circuit board 120. The fastening portion 54 is provided at a middle position of the plate-shaped portion 52, and the cable 400 is disposed at both sides of the fastening portion 54.
The fastening portion 54 is provided with a counter bore 546 at the upper side of the through hole 520, the high-speed receptacle electrical connector assembly 100 further includes a light guide tube 400, the light guide tube 400 is provided with an elastic buckle 42, and the elastic buckle 42 is inserted into the counter bore 546 to be clamped and fixed.
The fixing cover 500 is formed of a highly conductive material, for example, a zinc alloy having high strength and good formability, so that the fixing cover 500 has a shielding function, and the shielding cage 200 can be installed on a rear wall (not shown) of the rear side of the electrical connector 300. The top wall 202 of the shielding cage 200 is provided with rearwardly extending resilient arms 222, the resilient arms 222 being in resilient contact with the stationary cover 500 for electrical conduction.
The fastening portion 54 may also be provided with a screw hole 544, and a screw may be inserted through the circuit board 120 from the lower side of the circuit board 120 to be fixed to the fastening portion 54.
The fixing cover 500 and the side wall 204 of the shielding cage 200 are provided with a buckling structure, and the buckling structure comprises a fixing hole 240 arranged on the side wall 204 and clamping bamboo shoots 56 arranged at two sides of the fixing cover 500. The top wall 202 of the shielding cage 200 is provided with a through hole 220 and is fastened to the fixing cover 500 by a screw (not shown) penetrating the through hole 220. The fixing cover 500 is provided with a positioning structure for cooperating with the electrical connector 300, and the positioning structure comprises a slot 58 opened forward on the fixing cover 500 and a lug 34 protruding backward on the electrical connector 300.
Although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the present application.
Claims (9)
1. A high-speed socket connector subassembly for with the module cooperation of inserting of high-speed cable, high-speed socket connector subassembly is including installing shielding cage, electric connector on the circuit board and connecting in the cable of electric connector, shielding cage is equipped with accepts the passageway for accept aforementioned module of inserting, it all includes roof, diapire, both sides wall to accept the passageway, electric connector accept in the rear portion of shielding cage to have forward correspond accept the card accepting groove of passageway, the cable is connected in the rear side of electric connector, its characterized in that: the rear side of the electric connector is also provided with a fixing cover, and the fixing cover is used for fixing the cable and fastening the cable on the circuit board.

A high speed receptacle electrical connector assembly as in claim 1 wherein: the fixing cover comprises a plate-shaped portion and a fastening portion, the plate-shaped portion is perpendicular to the front-back direction, the fastening portion is arranged on the rear side of the plate-shaped portion, the plate-shaped portion is provided with a plurality of wire passing holes, the cable penetrates through the wire passing holes, the fastening portion is provided with a through hole, and a screw penetrates through the through hole and fixes the fastening portion on the circuit board.
3. A high speed receptacle electrical connector assembly as in claim 2 wherein: the fastening part is arranged in the middle of the plate-shaped part, cables are arranged on two sides of the fastening part, and the fastening part is fixed on the circuit board through screws.

A high speed receptacle electrical connector assembly as in claim 3 wherein: the fastening portion is in the through-hole upside is equipped with the counter bore, high-speed socket electric connector subassembly still includes the light pipe, the light pipe is equipped with elasticity and detains, elasticity is detained and is inserted the counter bore and block admittedly fixedly.

A high speed receptacle electrical connector assembly as in claim 1 wherein: the fixed cover is the zinc alloy shaping, the shielding cage does not have the back wall that is in the electric connector rear side, fastening portion is equipped with the screw hole, and the screw upwards runs through the circuit board from the circuit board downside, is fixed in fastening portion.

A high speed receptacle electrical connector assembly as in claim 1 wherein: the fixed lid is equipped with buckle structure with the lateral wall of shielding cage, buckle structure includes the card bamboo shoot that the fixed orifices that sets up on the aforesaid lateral wall and fixed lid both sides set up.
7. A high speed receptacle electrical connector assembly as in claim 1 wherein: the top wall of the shielding cage is provided with a through hole and is fastened to the fixed cover through a screw penetrating through the through hole.

A high speed receptacle electrical connector assembly as in claim 1 wherein: the fixed cover is provided with a positioning structure matched with the electric connector, and the positioning structure comprises a slot with a forward opening on the fixed cover and a convex block which is protruded backwards on the electric connector.

A high speed receptacle electrical connector assembly as in claim 1 wherein: the fixed cover is of a shielding plate structure, the top wall of the shielding cage is provided with elastic arms extending backwards, and the elastic arms are in elastic contact with the fixed cover and are conductive.
