Abstract

when the intelligent parking management terminal works specifically, the vehicle detection device is responsible for recognizing parking and driving away of vehicles in a parking space, if any vehicle is parked in the parking space, the vehicle detection device sends signals to the intelligent parking management terminal and the license plate recognition device, the license plate recognition device receives the instructions and then conducts photographing processing on vehicle license plates of the specified vehicle, the license plate recognition device is responsible for photographing the vehicle and uploading the pictures and the recognized license plate information to the intelligent parking management terminal, and the intelligent parking management terminal is responsible for collecting the collected parking time, the collected vehicle pictures and the collected license plate information and calculating parking cost according to the driving away time of the vehicle. The intelligent parking management terminal can send license plate information and parking fee to the ETC. The ETC drive test device 4(RSU) is responsible for sending signals to the vehicle-mounted ETC device (OBU) of the vehicle owner and deducting corresponding fees when the corresponding vehicle passes.
According to the invention, automatic management can be realized through the license plate recognition device, the ETC road test device and the intelligent parking management terminal, the labor cost is reduced, the payment efficiency of a vehicle owner is effectively improved, and the cost of roadside parking management personnel is greatly reduced. The invention adopts unmanned parking management and charging process, thereby not only reducing personnel management cost and improving management and charging efficiency, but also realizing non-stop payment and improving the experience of vehicle owners.
