Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a virtual access control system based on security competence identification.
Background
In past practice, in order to effectively reduce the security risk and reduce accidents, a user is subjected to periodic safety knowledge and safety skill training/retraining (hereinafter referred to as "safety authorization training"), and an administrator gives an authorization to enter a working site to carry out work in an access control system for a qualified examinee, wherein the authorization comprises an access control allowing passage and an effective time limit.
The access control system is also called an entrance control system, and is an intelligent control system for users and articles to enter and exit. Common access control systems include: an access control system that uses a password to authenticate traffic, an access control system that uses a non-contact IC card to authenticate traffic, an access control system that uses biometric information such as a fingerprint, iris, palm, or finger vein to authenticate traffic, and the like.
When most of the existing access control systems are applied to the environment of a power plant, workers entering the power plant for the first time are required to participate in basic security authorization training, after an examination is qualified, a manager gives corresponding authorization to the access control systems, and users can freely come in and go out in an authorization area and a time limit; for personnel working in the power plant all the year round, the personnel are required to participate in annual basic security authorization retraining, retraining the qualified person in the examination, and the administrator keeps or adjusts the corresponding authorization in the access control system so as to control the access area and time limit of the personnel.
Generally, the functions of the access control system in the prior art mainly include identification and traffic control.
But in fact knowledge may be forgotten, skills may be fading, and previous security authorization training performance clearly cannot consistently characterize the true level of its authorization period. That is, it is not certain and risky to choose a safe authorized training exam time point as a stable evaluation index for a person over a long period of time (up to one year). This may be a contributing factor to many accidents. The access control system in the prior art cannot identify the safety knowledge and the safety skill level.
In addition, the safety awareness of people changes every day, and the level of the safety awareness does not depend on the safety knowledge and the safety skill level completely. Whereas prior art access systems do not provide an assessment of the level of security awareness.
Thirdly, the physical state of a person also changes every day, and a person who carries out high-risk work may have physical discomfort (including mental discomfort), which includes but is not limited to: lack of sleep, extreme anxiety, depression, sickness, absentmindedness from illness, tiredness, drug allergies, intoxication, addictive episodes, tension, anger, fear, panic, extreme excitement, brief memory loss, etc. In the case of physical discomfort, safety attention, safety observation, safety memory, safety thinking ability, safety reaction ability, etc. may be reduced. Many serious security incidents are caused by high-risk work performed when the physical state of a person is not comfortable. Whereas prior art access systems do not allow authentication of security competence based on physical condition.
Therefore, when a user enters a high-risk workplace, the access control system in the prior art cannot prevent the entry of persons with unqualified security competence, which may cause an accident.
