Abstract
The invention discloses a silicone rubber sealing element which comprises a framework and a sealing body coated outside the framework, wherein the sealing body and the framework are of an annular revolving body structure which is coaxially arranged, a plurality of sealing lips are formed on the inner side of the framework by the sealing body, an outer sealing part is formed on the outer side of the framework by the sealing body, coaxial annular elastic sheets are arranged inside the sealing lips, and one ends, far away from the sealing lips, of the elastic sheets are fixed on the framework. According to the invention, the elastic sheet is fixed on the inner side of the framework, so that the sealing lip on the inner side of the sealing body has a framework structure, the sealing lip and the elastic sheet can be extruded and deformed by the shaft-shaped component during installation due to the elastic deformation capability of the elastic sheet, and when the sealing surface of the sealing lip is worn, the elastic sheet can rebound to the center of the shaft-shaped component and press and attach the sealing lip to the shaft-shaped component, so that the sealing property of the sealing element is improved.

The application scenarios of the rubber gasket basically include static sealing and dynamic sealing, wherein the dynamic sealing is often accompanied by friction between a workpiece and the rubber gasket to cause the rubber gasket to be worn out, and finally the rubber gasket loses the sealing performance. Patent application No. CN201821457915.5 describes a wear-resistant self-recovery sealing rubber gasket, which has a volume that is kept by the elastic action of a spring, thereby preventing the sealing performance of the rubber gasket from being reduced and realizing the self-recovery function of the rubber gasket. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a silicone rubber sealing element includes a framework 10 and a sealing body 20 covering the framework 10, where the sealing body 20 and the framework 10 are in a coaxial annular revolving body structure, the sealing body 20 forms a plurality of sealing lips at the inner side of the framework 10, the sealing body 20 forms an outer sealing portion at the outer side of the framework 10, usually, the outer sealing portion is in sealing fit with an installation hole, the sealing lips are in sealing fit with a rotating shaft-shaped component, and the framework 10 is used for supporting the annular structure of the sealing body 20, so as to prevent the sealing body 20 from being compressed, deformed and collapsed inside to affect the sealing effect; a coaxial annular elastic sheet 30 is arranged inside the sealing lip, and one end of the elastic sheet 30 far away from the sealing lip is fixed on the framework 10.
According to the invention, the elastic sheet 30 is fixed on the inner side of the framework 10, then the sealing element is formed through injection molding and integral molding, the sealing body 20 is formed outside the framework 10, meanwhile, the sealing lip on the inner side of the sealing body 20 has a framework structure, because the elastic sheet 30 has certain elastic deformation capacity, the sealing lip and the elastic sheet 30 can be extruded and deformed by the shaft-shaped component during installation, when the sealing surface of the sealing lip is worn, the elastic sheet 30 can rebound to the center of the shaft-shaped component and press and attach the sealing lip to the shaft-shaped component, and therefore, the sealing performance of the sealing element is improved. In order to ensure the resilient efficiency of the elastic sheet 30, the elastic sheet 30 has a larger elastic modulus than the seal lip.
As shown in fig. 2, the elastic sheet 30 includes a fixing portion 31 and an elastic portion 32, the elastic portion 32 is disposed in the sealing lip, the fixing portion 31 of the elastic sheet 30 in the top sealing lip is fixed at the bottom of the plane of the frame 10, and the fixing portion 31 of the elastic sheet 30 in the bottom sealing lip is fixed at the top of the plane of the frame 10.
Because the elastic piece 30 is extruded and deformed, the elastic part 32 can deform towards the direction close to the framework 10, and the connection structure is characterized in that the framework 10 plays a role in supporting and limiting in the middle, on one hand, the elastic part 32 is limited from being bent and deformed, on the other hand, when the elastic part 32 is bent and deformed, the framework 10 can generate reaction force on the elastic part 32, and therefore when the sealing lip is worn, the elastic part 32 can rebound and deform more conveniently.
Since the cross structure exists between the top seal lip and the elastic sheet 30 in the bottom seal lip, and the cross structure cannot be realized by all completely closed ring structures, the structure improvement of the elastic sheet 30 is needed. In order to solve this problem, as shown in fig. 2, a notch 33 is formed on the elastic portion 32 of the elastic piece 30, and the notch 33 extends to the edge of the fixing portion 31, so that the elastic piece 30 in the top seal lip and the bottom seal lip can be partially crossed at the edge through the notch 33, and can be fixed on the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the plane of the framework 10 respectively.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the notches 33 are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the elastic sheet 30 in a ring shape, and the shape and size of the sheet-shaped clamping portion formed between adjacent notches 33 are completely the same as the notches 33. Like this two upper and lower flexure strips 30 can be alternately through the perfect block of breach 33, and can use same set of stamping die to set up breach 33, practice thrift the cost, improve shaping efficiency.

Thus, when the elastic sheet 30 is deformed, the deformation joint 34 is expanded without affecting the outward deformation of the elastic sheet 30.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the upper and lower end surfaces of the plane of the frame 10 are provided with slots 11, and the fixing portion 31 of the elastic sheet 30 is inserted into the slots 11, so as to fix the elastic sheet 30.
As shown in fig. 1, a first lip 21, a second lip 22, and a third lip 23 are provided in this order from the top to the bottom inside the sealing body 20. Three lips play the sealed effect of three-layer, and all be equipped with the flexure strip 30 in first lip 21 and the third lip 23, because the structure of two flexure strips 30 is completely independent, can not influence each other, consequently can be at utmost the leakproofness of assurance sealing member.
As shown in fig. 1, a spring 40 is further disposed outside the third lip 23 for tightening the third lip 23 to further improve the sealing performance.
The sealing body 20 in the present invention is silicon rubber.
