Abstract
The invention discloses a quick repairing method of a cement concrete pavement, which comprises the following steps: determining a surface treatment range according to the disease condition of the concrete pavement; breaking the surface layer of the concrete slab within the surface layer treatment range; determining the pavement base layer breaking range by taking the surface layer breaking boundary as a reference; breaking the pavement base structure within the pavement base breaking range; pouring low-grade concrete in the pavement base breaking range to serve as a new pavement base structure; sequentially and transversely arranging pull rods on the boundary of the original concrete pavement along the circumferential direction; paving a waterproof layer on the low-grade concrete of the pavement base; pouring a roller compacted concrete surface layer in the surface layer treatment range; and after the concrete is cured to meet the requirements, filling joints between the new concrete surface layer and the old concrete surface layer. The method has the advantages of realizing rapid repair of concrete pavement diseases, ensuring the strength of a pavement structure, rapidly opening traffic and reducing the influence on municipal traffic.
