Abstract
A method for producing easily dispersible water-soluble solid pigment colorant, including 50-80 wt% pigment, 5-20 wt% non-ionic surfactant and 30-50 wt% water, 10-30 wt% water-soluble high molecular binder, may add extra 30-50 wt% water in the production process, but this ingredient does not appear in the final product, through binding the active ingredient in the aqueous mill base with water-soluble high molecular polymer under the condition of dispersing uniformly, thus guarantee the product can be redispersed in water to the property close to before drying while keeping the particle size of the pigment particle, tinctorial strength, the product is regarded as the solid product, there is the advantage that the aqueous mill base as liquid can't compare in storing, transporting.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a method for producing pigment colorants, in particular to a method for producing easily dispersible water-soluble solid pigment colorants.
Background
At present, the coloring agents used in the water-based paint are mainly divided into two categories, namely dye and pigment, wherein the pigment is more commonly used in products with higher requirement on weather resistance due to weather resistance, migration resistance and better covering power. The pigment type colorant used in domestic water-based paint is usually prepared into liquid color paste in advance, and is directly added in proportion to realize coloring when in use. In practical use, the pigment paste has several disadvantages: firstly, because the pigment color paste is an unstable colloid in nature, pigment particles can be gradually agglomerated in the storage process, and the agglomerated particles can be gradually settled under the action of gravity, which is the phenomenon of coarseness return and bottom settlement; secondly, in the transportation process, the transportation of liquid materials is more troublesome, and the related transportation safety regulations are more; finally, in practice, a considerable portion of the pigment paste is a common solvent, which is not necessary for the user, and the consumption of transporting this portion is practically wasted.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a process for producing an easily dispersible water-soluble solid pigment colorant.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a method for producing an easily dispersible water-soluble solid pigment colorant comprising the production steps of:
(1) uniformly mixing 50-80 wt% of pigment, 5-20 wt% of nonionic surfactant and 30-50 wt% of water;
(2) physically grinding and crushing the mixture of the pigment, the nonionic surfactant and the water in the step (1);
(3) grinding until the average grain diameter is less than 5um, and taking out;
(4) adding 10-30 wt% of water-soluble polymer adhesive, and stirring until the water-soluble polymer adhesive is dissolved uniformly;
(5) removing water from the mixed solution, and collecting the powder to obtain the final product.
As a further improvement of the invention: the pigment in the step (1) is an inorganic pigment or an organic pigment, or a mixture of a plurality of pigments, and the average particle size of the pigment is 0.1-20 um.
As a further improvement of the invention: the inorganic pigment is one or more of titanium dioxide C.I. pigment white 6, carbon black C.I. pigment black 7, iron oxide black C.I. pigment black 11, iron oxide yellow C.I. pigment yellow 42 and/or iron oxide brown C.I. pigment brown 6.
As a further improvement of the invention: the organic pigment is one or more of c.i. pigment red 48:1, c.i. pigment red 48:2, c.i. pigment red 48:3, c.i. pigment red 48:4, c.i. pigment red 53:1, c.i. pigment red 57:1, c.i. pigment red 122, c.i. pigment red 184, c.i. pigment red 254, c.i. pigment red 255, c.i. pigment violet 19, c.i. pigment violet 23, c.i. pigment blue 15:1, c.i. pigment blue 15:2, c.i. pigment blue 15:3, c.i. pigment blue 15:4, c.i. pigment green 7, c.i. pigment yellow 74, c.i. pigment yellow 83, c.i. pigment yellow 110, c.i. pigment yellow 150 or c.i. pigment yellow 184.
As a further improvement of the invention: in the step (1), the nonionic surfactant is one or more of lauric acid citrate, EO/PO block polyether, glutamic acid laurate, span 40, span 60, span 80, C12-18 fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether-10, C12-C18 fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether-20, C12-C18 fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether-25, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate-60 or an emulsifier EL-20.
As a further improvement of the invention: the C12-18 fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether-10 is C12-18 fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, wherein the polyoxyethylene segment number n is 10, the C12-C18 fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether-20 is C12-C18 fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, wherein the polyoxyethylene segment number n is 20, the C12-C18 fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether-25 is C12-C18 fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, wherein the polyoxyethylene segment number n is 25, and the polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate-60 is polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate, wherein the polyoxyethylene segment number n is 60.
As a further improvement of the invention: in the step (2) and the step (3), the raw materials can be ground by a two-roller machine, a three-roller machine, a sand mill, a bead mill and other equipment.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the effective components in the aqueous color paste are bonded together by the water-soluble high molecular polymer under the condition of uniform dispersion, so that the product can be re-dispersed in water to be close to the property before drying while the particle size and the coloring strength of pigment particles are maintained, and meanwhile, the product is used as a solid product and has the advantages that the aqueous color paste as a liquid cannot be compared with the aqueous color paste in storage and transportation; in the aspect of storage, the solid product occupies less space and cannot encounter the common thickening condition of the liquid color paste; in the aspect of transportation, the water-soluble high molecular polymer replaces a solvent, so that the transportation volume is reduced, the transportation is easier, and the water-soluble high molecular polymer is used as a solid, and the limitation of the transportation by laws and regulations is far less than that of the water-based color paste used as a liquid.
In the invention, when solvent water exists, the macromolecular adhesive forms a protective layer with certain steric hindrance on the surface of the pigment particles, so that the pigment particles can not flocculate into larger aggregates during quick drying, thereby ensuring that the particle size of the pigment is not greatly increased and the coloring strength is not changed when the product is redissolved.
