The automatic hot melting structure is used for hot melting nuts on plastic parts, the plastic parts are provided with hollow convex columns with different slopes, and the automatic hot melting structure comprises: the hot melting jig is used for horizontally placing the hot-melted plastic part on the hot melting jig; the mechanical arm is arranged on one side of the hot melting jig; the hot melting machine head is fixed at the end part of the mechanical arm and is provided with a hot melting column for hot melting a nut; and the control unit controls the mechanical arm to drive the hot melting machine head to move. According to the automatic hot melting structure, when the nuts are hot-melted on the plastic part, the mechanical arm only needs to drive the hot melting machine head to move, the nuts can be hot-melted on the hollow convex columns on the plastic part, and for the hollow convex columns with different slopes, the mechanical arm drives the hot melting machine head to incline at different angles, so that the nuts can be hot-melted in the hollow convex columns with different slopes.

For example, there are 7 kinds of different angles of hollow projection on notebook computer's the plastic shell and need hot melt nut, then need set up 7 sets of hot melt tools, use 7 ordinary hot melt machines, and each set of hot melt tool all needs alone to operate. Therefore, manpower and material resources are wasted.
In view of the above, there is a need to develop an automatic hot-melting structure to solve the problem of wasting manpower and material resources due to the need of manufacturing different hot-melting jigs for hollow convex pillars with different inclinations on a plastic part in the prior art.

Therefore, the present invention is directed to an automatic hot-melting structure, which only needs to manufacture a set of hot-melting jig to hot-melt nuts into hollow convex columns with different inclination angles on a plastic part.

the hot melting jig is used for horizontally placing the hot-melted plastic part on the hot melting jig;

the hot melting machine head is fixed at the end part of the mechanical arm and is provided with a hot melting column for hot melting a nut;
and the control unit controls the mechanical arm to drive the hot melting machine head to move.

Compared with the prior art, the automatic hot melting structure has the advantages that the mechanical arm is arranged on one side of the hot melting jig, the hot melting machine head is fixed at the end part of the mechanical arm, when the nut is hot-melted on the plastic part, the mechanical arm only needs to drive the hot melting machine head to move, the hot melting nut can be arranged on the hollow convex column on the plastic part, the mechanical arm drives the hot melting machine head to incline at different angles for the hollow convex columns with different slopes, and therefore the nut can be hot-melted in the hollow convex columns with different slopes. Therefore, the automatic hot melting structure can be used for hot melting nuts in hollow convex columns with different inclinations on the plastic part only by manufacturing a set of hot melting jig, and only one person is needed for operation, so that the manpower and material resources are saved.

Wherein, the control unit is provided with a storage unit, the movement track of the mechanical arm 200 is stored in the storage unit, the movement track corresponds to the position of the hollow convex column on the plastic part 10, the mechanical arm 200 moves according to the movement track, and the phenomenon of nut leakage cannot occur.
When in hot melting, the hollow convex column presents different slopes, and the mechanical arm 200 needs to drive the hot melting machine head 300 to present corresponding slopes for hot melting, so that the movement track includes the inclined angle of the mechanical arm 200, and the inclined angle of the mechanical arm 200 corresponds to the slopes of the hollow convex column.

When hot melting, firstly, the plastic part 10 is flatly placed on the hot melting jig 100, and the hot melting jig 100 positions the plastic part 10; then, the control unit controls the robot arm 200 to drive the hot melting machine head 300 to move, according to the inclination of the hollow convex column, the robot arm 200 drives the hot melting machine head 300 to incline at different angles, and the hot melting column 301 on the hot melting machine head 300 hot-melts the nut into the hollow convex column of the plastic part 10 until the hot melting of all the nuts is completed.

and the control unit controls the mechanical arm to drive the hot melting machine head to move.
