Background
At present, the internal medicine diagnosis and treatment bed in a plurality of hospitals has a particularly simple structure and only has one fixed bed surface. The elderly patients can feel difficult to go up and down the diagnosis and treatment bed, and doctors with higher height often feel particularly hard when bending over too much. In addition, more and more families buy the diagnosis and treatment bed for the family who needs to be in bed for a long time at present. The diagnosis and treatment bed comprises a bed surface with bed legs and guardrails, and is large in space and inconvenient to move integrally because the bed surface is integrated, Chinese patents (publication number CN204147206U and publication number 2015.02.11) provide a diagnosis and treatment bed which comprises 4 support legs and a bed plate for a patient to lie, and the diagnosis and treatment bed further comprises a sliding support plate, a guide rail, a baffle plate, a control assembly and a storage platform; the sliding support plate is L-shaped and comprises an upper plate and a side plate, the upper plate is used for placing articles for a patient, and the side plate can slide through a guide rail on one side of the bed plate; a through hole is formed in the bed plate at the position of the hip of a patient lying on the bed, the baffle plate is fixed on the bed plate through a hinge, and the baffle plate can rotate 180 degrees along the hinge to cover or open the through hole; the bed board lower surface sets up a platform, and platform can be followed transversely taking out of bed board, but its privacy is not enough, and the patient has a lot of private disease, and present diagnosis and treatment bed can not guarantee patient's privacy well.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a flat plate type diagnosis and treatment bed; the technical problems to be solved and the advantages to be achieved are set forth in the description which follows and in the detailed description of the embodiments.
In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a flat plate type diagnosis and treatment bed comprises a bed frame; a bed board component is arranged at the upper end of the side frame body; a support component is arranged on the side frame body;
the bed board assembly comprises a side frame body, a connecting beam arranged in the middle of the upper end of the side frame body, a U bracket A with magnetism and clamped on the connecting beam, a U bracket B hinged with the U bracket A through a central rotating shaft and with magnetism, and a head board frame with an outer end movably arranged and a root clamped on the U bracket B.
The tail frame is hinged to the lower end of the tail frame, the positioning connecting frames are arranged at the lower ends of the tail frames, the longitudinal guide rods are arranged between the positioning connecting frames, the movable guide sleeves are movably arranged on the longitudinal guide rods, the transverse connecting arms located below the tail frames are arranged at the lower portions of the side frames, and the electric lifting push rods with the upper ends connected with the movable guide sleeves are hinged to the transverse connecting arms.
A transverse line supporting frame for supporting the tail frame is distributed on the side frame body, and a lower clamping position opening is formed in the end part of the transverse line supporting frame; the side frame body is provided with two guide slots at two sides, one side of the side frame body is provided with an insertion hole communicated with one guide slot, one side of the guide slot is provided with a side baffle, the other side of the side baffle is provided with two lower openings, a cross rod used for supporting the lower clamping port is arranged between the two lower openings, and a connecting channel which is positioned above the side baffle and used for passing through the lower clamping port is arranged between the lower openings and the insertion hole.

The shaking handle is arranged on the swinging leg plate in a turning way, and the root part of the shaking handle is provided with at least two shaking guide wheels which are positioned at two sides of the shaking stay cord.
When the lifting device is used, when the swing leg plate is required to be lifted, the swing leg plate is lifted upwards through the lifting handle, the lifting swing leg plate is lifted to swing around the first lifting hook on the second lifting hook, and meanwhile, the lifting device is convenient to disassemble and assemble.
Under the action of gravity, the first connecting rod is supported to sink, and the supporting and positioning column automatically slides out of the supporting and positioning groove along the supporting and positioning lower convex groove and slides into the corresponding supporting and positioning lower groove, so that clamping and fixing are realized.
The connection is realized through the supporting guide groove, when the swing of the leg plate needs to be horizontal, the supporting traction arm, the supporting pull rope and the supporting auxiliary frame are lifted to be approximately vertical from a parallel state with the supporting second connecting rod, so that the supporting positioning column is separated from the supporting limiting groove, the supporting positioning column slides in the through groove, and the swing leg plate is changed to be horizontal.
The swing leg plate is conveniently and horizontally placed through the L-shaped beam.
The automatic reset is realized to the back-up spring that shakes, and the swing range restriction is realized to the back-up fixture block that shakes, realizes pulling the acting line through the back-up guide pulley, through the handrail upset, when needs upset, upwards overturns the handrail, when the bed needs extension, downwards overturn the handrail can. Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a flat plate type medical bed of the present embodiment includes a bed frame 1; a bed board component is arranged at the upper end of the side frame body 1; a support component is arranged on the side frame body 1;

The tail frame is characterized in that one end of a side frame body 1 is hinged with the root of a tail frame 7, the lower end of the tail frame 7 is provided with a positioning connecting frame 8, a longitudinal guide rod 9 is arranged between the positioning connecting frames 8, a movable guide sleeve 10 is movably arranged on the longitudinal guide rod 9, the lower part of the side frame body 1 is provided with a transverse connecting arm 11 positioned below the tail frame 7, and an electric lifting push rod 12 with the upper end connected with the movable guide sleeve 10 is hinged on the transverse connecting arm 11.

When the tail frame 7 is required to descend, the transverse wire support frame 13 is only required to be taken out.
The supporting component comprises a side frame body 1, a swing leg plate 101 with one end hinged with the side frame body 1, a supporting handle 102 arranged at the other end of the swing leg plate 101, a supporting first connecting rod 108 rotationally arranged at the side part of the side frame body 1 through a supporting rotating shaft 107, a supporting guide groove 109 longitudinally arranged on the supporting first connecting rod 108, a supporting limit groove 110 distributed on the supporting first connecting rod 108 and with the lower end communicated with the upper side wall of the supporting guide groove 109, the device comprises a supporting lower groove 111 arranged on one side of the lower part of a supporting limit groove 110, a supporting lower convex groove 112 arranged on one side of the upper part of the supporting limit groove 110, a supporting guide groove 119 arranged on a supporting first connecting rod 108, a supporting second connecting rod 113 with one end hinged on the swinging leg plate 101 and the other end inserted in the supporting guide groove 119, and a supporting positioning column 114 arranged on the supporting second connecting rod 113, sliding in the supporting guide groove 109 and used for entering or leaving the supporting limit groove 110.
A connecting support rod 103 is arranged between the side frame bodies 1, a first supporting hook 104 is connected to the connecting support rod 103, a second supporting hook 105 is hinged to the first supporting hook 104, and one end of a supporting handle 102 is positioned in the second supporting hook 105; the side frame 1 is provided with a support L-beam 106 for supporting the lower end of the swing leg plate 101.
A roll towing arm 115 is movably provided on the roll handle 102, and a roll return spring 116 is connected between the roll handle 102 and the roll towing arm 115.
A supporting and pulling guide hole 118 is formed in the root of the supporting and pulling second connecting rod 113, a supporting and swinging auxiliary frame 121 is arranged on the upper side face of the supporting and swinging second connecting rod 113 in a swinging mode, a supporting and swinging return spring 122 is arranged between the supporting and swinging auxiliary frame 121 and the supporting and swinging second connecting rod 113, and a supporting and swinging pull rope 117 is connected among the supporting and swinging auxiliary frame 121, the supporting and pulling guide hole 118 and the supporting and swinging pull arm 115.
The second link 113 is provided with a plurality of shaking blocks 123 at both sides of the auxiliary frame 121.
A roll guide wheel 120 for rolling contact with the bottom of the roll guide 119 is provided at the lower side of the roll second link 113.
The hand-cranking handle 102 is arranged on the swing leg plate 101 in a turning manner, and at least two hand-cranking guide wheels 124 are arranged at the root of the hand-cranking handle 102 and are positioned at two sides of the hand-cranking stay 117.
When the lifting device is used, when the swing leg plate 101 needs to be lifted, the lifting handle 102 is lifted upwards, the lifting swing leg plate 101 swings around the first lifting hook 104 on the second lifting hook 105, and meanwhile, the dismounting is convenient.
Under the action of gravity, the first connecting rod 108 sinks, and the positioning posts 114 automatically slide out of the supporting limiting grooves 110 along the lower convex supporting grooves 112 and slide into the corresponding lower concave supporting grooves 111, so that clamping fixation is realized.
The communication is realized through the supporting guide groove 109, when the swing-down of the swing leg plate 101 needs to be horizontal, the supporting traction arm 115, the supporting pull rope 117 and the supporting auxiliary frame 121 are lifted to be approximately vertical from a state parallel to the supporting second connecting rod 113, so that the supporting positioning column 114 is separated from the supporting limiting groove 110, the supporting positioning column 114 slides in the through groove, and the swing leg plate 101 is changed to be horizontal.
The swing leg plate 101 is conveniently placed horizontally by means of the L-beam 106 being supported.
The automatic reset of the supporting reset spring 116 and the supporting reset spring 122 is realized, the swing amplitude limitation of the supporting fixture block 123 is realized, the pulling wire is realized through the supporting guide wheel 124, the handrail is turned over, when the handrail needs to be turned over, the handrail is turned over upwards, and when the bed needs to be lengthened, the handrail is turned over downwards.
The invention has the advantages of reasonable design, low cost, firmness, durability, safety, reliability, simple operation, time and labor saving, capital saving, compact structure and convenient use.
