the batching device comprises a batching tray, an active feeding motor, a support frame, a feeding motor base, a rotating shaft, an adjusting frame and a swing rod, wherein the support frame is fixed on a workbench, the feeding motor base is fixed on the support frame, the active feeding motor is horizontally arranged on the feeding motor base, the rotating shaft is arranged in the middle of the batching tray, one end of the rotating shaft of the batching tray is connected to a motor head of the active feeding motor, a heat-shrinkable tube to be processed is wound on the batching tray, and the rotating shaft of the batching tray and the batching tray are driven to rotate together when the active feeding motor rotates, so that the material discharging operation of the heat-shrinkable tube wound on the batching tray is realized; the adjusting frame is vertically fixed on a supporting frame on the right side of the batching tray, the swing rod comprises a swing arm and a supporting shaft, the swing arm is connected to the adjusting frame, the supporting shaft is vertically installed at one end of the swing arm, and the supporting shaft is located below the movement path of the heat-shrinkable tube;

Furthermore, the two sides of the batching tray are provided with deep groove side plates for preventing the heat shrinkable tube from falling off, and the heat shrinkable tube is wound on the inner ring of the batching tray on the inner side of the deep groove. Furthermore, a vertical groove is formed in the adjusting frame; one end of the swing arm, which is far away from the supporting shaft, is hinged on the supporting frame, a row of threaded holes are formed in the swing arm, and the middle of the swing arm is fixed through a positioning bolt which penetrates through a vertical groove in the adjusting frame and is screwed in one of the threaded holes in the swing arm. The height of the support shaft on the swing rod can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the positioning bolt, and the height of the heat shrink tube supported by the support shaft can be adjusted.
Furthermore, a bearing seat is fixed on the workbench between the material pulling driving motor and the material pulling side plate, and a driving shaft of the material pulling driving motor is supported on the bearing seat through a bearing. When the heat shrinkable tube reaches the material pulling device, the heat shrinkable tube is firstly correctly sent to a gap between the upper pulling material barrel and the lower pulling material barrel through the guide plate, and the upper pulling material barrel and the lower pulling material barrel are driven to rotate reversely by the material pulling driving motor, so that the heat shrinkable tube is pulled to enter the next station by utilizing the friction force of the upper pulling material barrel and the lower pulling material barrel.

Furthermore, the outer diameter of the support column is equal to the aperture of the heat shrink tube, and a center hole is formed in one end, close to the right side, of the support column. The diameter of the support column is matched with the aperture of the heat-shrinkable tube, the heat-shrinkable tube is pushed by the heat-shrinkable tube of the previous procedure after being cut to continue to move forwards and to be sleeved on the support column, and the heat-shrinkable tube is sleeved on the support column to facilitate clamping and assembling of the manipulator. When the support column is sleeved with the heat shrink tube, the manipulator clamps the support column and moves to the next station, and then the used support column is placed back between the V-shaped support block and the stop block.
Furthermore, a plurality of positioning threaded holes are further formed in the second sliding groove seat, sliding grooves of the positioning threaded holes are communicated, and a positioning screw penetrates through the positioning threaded holes and screws the second sliding rod in the sliding groove of the second sliding groove seat.

2. According to the invention, the deep-groove side plates for preventing the heat shrinkable tube from falling off are arranged on the two sides of the batching tray, so that the heat shrinkable tube can be effectively prevented from falling off from the batching tray when being wound.
3. The feeding device adopts the stepping motor as a driving source, the motor speed of the driving feeding motor is adjustable, and the heat-shrinkable tube wound on the batching tray is driven to feed at a certain speed.
4. The hot melting tube is supported by the tube supporting device, the supporting column position of the supporting column is adjustable, and the hot melting tube can be conveniently clamped by a mechanical clamp so as to conveniently carry out the next procedure.

as shown in fig. 1-8, an electric power lead heat-shrinkable tube processing and assembling device comprises a base 7, a workbench 8, a batching device 1, a pulling device 2, a cutting device 3, a transfer forming device 4, a tube supporting device 5 and a tube moving device 6, wherein the workbench 8 is fixed on the base 7, the base 7 is arranged on the ground, the pulling device 2, the cutting device 3, the transfer forming device 4 and the tube supporting device 5 are sequentially fixed on the workbench 8 from left to right, the batching device 1 is arranged on the base 7 on the left side of the workbench 8, and the tube moving device 6 is arranged on the ground on the right side of the workbench 8.

Deep groove side plates for preventing the heat shrinkable tube 103 from falling off are arranged on two sides of the batching tray 102, and the heat shrinkable tube 103 is wound on the inner ring of the batching tray 102 on the inner side of the deep groove.
The active feeding motor 107 is a stepping motor.
