Abstract
彩晶玻璃由五层叠合而成,先把具有一定厚度的
玻璃(1)用玻璃清洗机清洗干净、烘干,在上面用丝网
或印刷机用有机油墨印上与之相配的合适图案,成为
丝网图案层(2),然后涂上一层交联型分子结构的树
脂(3),它即具有通透光又能粘贴的特性,之后粘贴一
层金葱纸(4),接着又涂一层环氧树脂或金属保护层
(5),便构成彩晶玻璃。
Description
本发明涉及一种彩晶玻璃,用作建筑装饰,属于建筑装饰材料领域,
在建筑行业玻璃被广泛使用,例如门窗、灯具等等,除茶色玻璃、花纹玻璃以外,还有钢化玻璃和其它类玻璃,但至今没有代金葱纸技术的特点和玻璃相结合,以便开拓新的用途,使玻璃的应用还有一定局限性。
本发明的目的是要提供一种彩晶玻璃,它可以克服上述的不足,充分发挥金葱纸的特性,在玻璃上转移成各种图案,两者相结合,使图案彩色栩栩如生,从红到绿,犹如雨后形成的彩虹一样,使玻璃形成一种更加富有艺术韵味的建筑装饰材料。
本发明的目的是这样实现:把具有一定厚度的玻璃用玻璃清洗机清洗烘干,在上面用丝网印刷或事先选定的图案,再涂一层交联型分子结构的树脂,之后把金葱纸粘贴在胶层上,进炉烘干或自然干燥,等彻底固化后,进行分离(把绦纶膜撕下),最后再涂一层环氧树脂保护或金属保护层,接着再次涂有粘接剂和粘接另一层玻璃。

兹结合附图对彩晶玻璃的工艺和结构进一步详细叙述:
由图1,彩晶玻璃由五层叠合而成,先把具有一定厚度的玻璃(1),用玻璃清洗机清洗干净、烘干,在上面用丝网或印刷机用有机油墨印上与之相配的合适图案,成为丝网图案层(2),然后涂上一层交联型分子结构的树脂(3),它即具有能透光又能粘贴的特性,之后粘贴一层金葱纸(4),接着又涂一层环氧树脂或金属保护层(5),便构成单层式彩晶玻璃。
图2是夹层彩晶玻璃示意图。其第(1)层到第(5)层的结构和工艺与图1完全一致,再涂一层交联型分子结构的树脂层(6),下面再粘贴一层玻璃(7),就构成了夹层彩晶玻璃。其花色图案有上百种,例如:金星星、银星星、蓝宝石等等,闪闪发光,它用作建筑装饰材料使建筑物更加高雅华丽,蔚为奇观。更适用于礼堂、宾馆、剧院、商场、酒吧和文化娱乐设施的空间或地面、内外墙的装饰。
与现有技术相比,彩晶玻璃具有下列优点:
1、金葱纸浮雕与丝网图案相结合,使建筑物栩栩如生,色彩更加绚丽动人。
2、工艺简单,易于制造。
3、成本低,便于普及推广使用。
4、不会褪色,图象清晰,具有高保真的特点。
Claims (3)
1、一种彩晶玻璃,其特征在于普通平板玻璃或钢化玻璃(1)印一层丝网印刷层(2),再涂上一层交联型分子结构的树脂层(3),粘贴一层金葱纸(4),又涂一层环树脂或金属保护层(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的彩晶玻璃,其特征在于环氧树脂或金属保护层(5)上再涂一层交联型分子的树脂(6),下面粘贴一层玻璃(7)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的彩晶玻璃,其特征在于丝网图案层(2)也可不印刷图案。
