Taking a mobile phone as an example, the currently commonly used mobile phone specification is 4-7 inches, the length-width ratio is 19.5:5, and the tray realizes compatible containing of the mobile phone products with the above specification, as shown in fig. 4, the requirements are satisfied: the diagonal spacing d1 of the insert blocks is more than 7 inches, namely d1 is more than 177.8 mm; when the length and the width of the mobile phone are in a ratio of 19.5:5, the distance d2 between the plug blocks in the length direction and the distance d3 between the plug blocks in the width direction meet the requirements that d2 is more than 172.23mm, and d3 is more than 44.16 mm.
Since the product support table 1 for placing the mobile phone is required to be compatible with 7-inch and 4-inch mobile phones at the same time, the support table 1 is required to include an inner support structure 11 and an outer support structure 12 for small-sized mobile phone products and large-sized mobile phone products, respectively. Wherein the height of the inner support structure 11 is the same as the height of the outer support structure 12, and the height of the area between the inner support structure 11 and the outer support structure 12 is lower than the height of the inner support structure 11 or the outer support structure 12. Meanwhile, if the platform is too small, the mobile phone is exposed too much, and the risk of cracks generated when the edge of the mobile phone is pressed is increased. Thus, generally the outer support structure 12 is not more than 1 inch retracted (platform smaller than handpiece), i.e. the outer support structure 12 requires a diagonal d4 > 6 inches, i.e. d4 > 152.4 mm.
Optionally, a first reinforcing rib 41 is arranged on a tray portion between the inner supporting structure 11 and the outer supporting structure 12, a second reinforcing rib 42 is arranged on a tray portion except the supporting table 1, and the first reinforcing rib 41 and the second reinforcing rib 42 play a role in reinforcing a blister tray and reinforcing the supporting capability of the tray. Optionally, a tray supporting buckle 5 is arranged at the edge of the tray. The bottom tray supports the upper tray when the trays are stacked.
According to the tray provided by the embodiment of the invention, the shape and the size of the product placing groove in the tray are adjusted through the matching of the supporting table, the limiting mechanism and the inserting block, so that products with different sizes can share the same tray; the same tray is suitable for products with different sizes by replacing the insertion blocks with different sizes and/or installing the insertion blocks at different positions on the limiting mechanism; meanwhile, plug-in blocks with different sizes can be arranged around the same support table, or the plug-in blocks are arranged at different positions of a limiting mechanism of the same support table, so that the phenomenon that a protruding FPC (flexible printed circuit) or a protective film tearing hand is bound on a mobile phone module is avoided; the problem that different stations have different requirements on the shape and the size of the inner cavity of the tray when electronic products (mobile phones, watches, flat plates and the like) are turned around in factories is solved; the problems of manpower and material resource consumption such as tray redesign, mold opening, new material introduction, evaluation, maintenance and the like caused by updating and upgrading of electronic products are solved; the problem of resource waste caused by the obsolescence of old product trays due to the update of products is solved; the problem of the delivery, the show of multiple sample is solved.
