Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of flushing vehicles for preventing dust from flying in construction sites, in particular to a system capable of automatically flushing vehicles in and out without being attended.
Background
Nowadays, according to the requirement of environmental protection, the construction method is used in some open-air construction sites, such as building sites, open-air quarries and the like. When the vehicle is driven into or out of a construction site, the vehicle needs to be washed by high-pressure water, and the washing time cannot be less than 1 minute, so that the dust raising amount of the vehicle during driving can be reduced. However, in the current research, there are two general types of flushing systems: one is only a single flushing device, and the flushing device is in an open state for a long time, and the vehicles are sequentially flushed in sequence, so that the defects that the flushing time of the vehicles cannot be controlled, and the flushing system is in an open state for a long time, and water resources are wasted are overcome. The second one is to install a barrier gate on the car entering and exiting side of the car washing system, and to control the car entering and exiting in the washing platform by the lifting of the lifting rod of the barrier gate operated manually, so as to control the washing time. The prior art lacks a device which can realize automatic flushing without manual intervention and can accurately control the flushing time for one minute.

The spraying head sprays high-pressure water flow to flush the vehicle in the flushing device; the control unit is used for timing when the electromagnetic valve is opened, controlling the spraying time to be longer than 1 minute, and sending a command to close the electromagnetic valve when the control unit times to a specified time; the vehicle exits the washing device.
Further, the exit control system is provided with a sensor D at the end of the flushing device, which transmits a signal to the control unit when the vehicle passes; the control unit sends an instruction to control the opening of an exit barrier arranged behind the sensor D so as to release the vehicle; when the tail of the vehicle passes through a sensor E arranged behind the driving-out barrier, the sensor E transmits a signal to a control unit, the control unit sends an instruction to control the driving-out barrier to be closed, and meanwhile, a release signal lamp is switched to a green release state.
Furthermore, the control unit comprises a single chip microcomputer, a switching power supply, a high-power two-path optical coupling relay, a four-path optical coupling relay, a contactor, an LM317 voltage reduction module, a wiring terminal, a circuit breaker and a wiring terminal.
Further, the sensor a, the sensor B, the sensor C, the sensor D, and the sensor E are preferably correlation waterproof photoelectric sensors.
Further, the solenoid valve is preferably a high-pressure piston type solenoid valve.
Further, the spraying time is preferably 2 minutes.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the invention discloses an unattended automatic flushing system, which is mainly carried out by the following steps: when the vehicle arrives at the driving barrier and no vehicle is in the spraying device, the driving barrier is opened. When the vehicle enters the flushing device, the back brake is closed, and the electromagnetic valve for flushing high-pressure water flow is controlled to be opened, so that the vehicle is flushed by spraying water. And starting the countdown of the control unit while the electromagnetic valve is opened, and stopping spraying water after spraying for two minutes. And when the vehicle completely leaves, the exit barrier is closed.
When the spraying area has a vehicle, the passing signal lamp is switched to a red no-pass state to remind the rear vehicle to wait. The driving barrier is closed, and the rear vehicle cannot enter. And vehicle congestion in a spraying area is avoided. Meanwhile, when the spraying time of the vehicle is less than one minute, the exit barrier is closed all the time, the vehicle cannot exit, and the vehicle washing duration is longer than one minute.
