Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of valves, in particular to a multifunctional industrial valve which comprises a valve body and an adjusting piece arranged above the valve body, wherein a liquid inlet is formed in one end of the valve body, a liquid outlet is formed in the other end of the valve body, a filter element used for filtering liquid inlet is arranged in the liquid inlet of the valve body, and a valve clack used for preventing backflow is arranged in the liquid outlet of the valve body. The regulating part includes valve rod, well gasket, valve gap, filler, gland, valve-stem nut and hand wheel, a valve rod end connection has the flashboard, the flashboard inserts and installs in the disk seat, the disk seat integral type is installed on the valve body, the valve body top in the valve rod outside is connected with the valve gap, the junction pad of valve gap and valve body has well gasket to seal, a tip of valve rod is connected with the hand wheel after passing the valve gap. The position of the gate plate is changed by controlling a hand wheel, and the flow speed of the liquid inlet are controlled.
Furthermore, the joint of the valve rod and the valve cover is sealed through packing, a packing gland is detachably mounted above the packing, and the packing gland and the packing are beneficial to improving the sealing performance of the joint of the valve rod and the valve cover.
Preferably, the filler is a soft filler such as a plant fiber filler, an asbestos fiber filler, flexible graphite and the like, and the sealing property of the filler is improved.

Further, the joint of the valve rod 4 and the valve cover 6 is sealed through a packing 7, a packing gland 8 is detachably mounted above the packing 7, and the packing gland 8 and the packing 7 are beneficial to improving the sealing performance of the joint of the valve rod 4 and the valve cover 6.
Preferably, the filler 7 is a soft filler such as a plant fiber filler, an asbestos fiber filler, and flexible graphite, so as to increase the sealing property of the filler.

4. The multi-functional industrial valve of claim 1 wherein the inlet port of the valve body is internally provided with a filter element for filtering the inlet fluid.

The multifunctional industrial valve as claimed in claim 4, wherein a top cover for disassembling the filter element is further installed on the valve body on one side of the liquid inlet, and a pressure relief valve for facilitating the disassembly of the top cover is installed on the top cover.
6. The multifunctional industrial valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein the valve body is provided with a valve flap for preventing backflow inside the liquid outlet, and a sealing gasket for maintaining good sealing at the joint is provided at the joint of the valve flap and the valve body.
7. The multi-functional industrial valve of claim 6 wherein the flap is mounted to the pod and a spring is mounted at the junction of the flap and the pod to assist in the check of the liquid.
8. The multi-functional industrial valve of claim 7 wherein the baffle is conical and an end of the baffle is welded to an inner wall of the outlet.
9. The multi-functional industrial valve of claim 1 wherein the inlet and outlet ports are of flanged construction.
10. The multi-functional industrial valve of claim 1 wherein the junction of the gate and valve seat is provided with a gasket.
