Technical Field
The present invention relates to a rolling device for motor vehicle, especially to a rolling device for side window.
Background
A side window roller blind arrangement is a product that is applied at the rear side window of the rear side door of a motor vehicle, providing a sun screening function. The existing side window rolling device is divided into two major types, namely a manual type side window rolling device and an electric type side window rolling device, and the manual type side window rolling device and the electric type side window rolling device have the advantages. Generally, a rear window of a motor vehicle is formed in a shape having a narrow upper portion and a wide lower portion due to a shape of a vehicle body, and a window pillar is generally provided adjacent to a rear end of the rear window due to a larger area of the rear window, so that the rear window is divided into front and rear portions. In the case of an electric side window roller shutter device, in order to match the shape of a rear side window, a curtain provided by the electric side window roller shutter device must be matched with the shape of the rear side window with a narrow upper part and a wide lower part, and meanwhile, in order to enable the curtain of the electric side window roller shutter device to be sufficiently supported after being unfolded, the conventional electric side window roller shutter device mostly adopts two struts to support the unfolded curtain, and the specific composition structure of the conventional electric side window roller shutter device is described as follows.
The prior electric side window roller shutter device comprises a first supporting rod and a second supporting rod which are arranged at intervals, wherein the first supporting rod is used for being assembled at the side edge of a front side column of a window frame of a rear side window, the second supporting rod is used for being assembled at the side edge of a window column of the rear side window, the second supporting rod is matched with the window column to form an upward inclined and backward inclined arrangement, and guide rails are respectively arranged in the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod. The curtain cloth rolling device is characterized in that the curtain cloth rolling device is also provided with a curtain cloth rolling component and a curtain cloth which is connected to the curtain cloth rolling component and can be unfolded and folded, the curtain cloth rolling component is embedded at the bottom end position of a window frame of the rear side window, a curtain cloth edge strip is arranged on the movable side edge of the curtain cloth, which extends out of the curtain cloth rolling component, the front end of the curtain cloth edge strip is combined with a first guide component to be connected with a first supporting rod, the first guide component can move up and down along the first supporting rod, a movable channel which extends back and forth is arranged in the curtain cloth edge strip, an elongated compensation groove which extends in the front-back direction and is communicated with the movable channel is formed on the side surface of the rear section of the curtain cloth edge strip, a groove edge blocking part is formed at the periphery of the elongated compensation groove, a second guide component which can move up and down is arranged on the second supporting rod, the second guide component is provided with a moving element, and the moving element is located in the movable channel, and the outer diameter of the end of the moving element is larger than the longitudinal width of the elongated compensation groove, and can be limited by the groove edge blocking part of the elongated compensation groove.
In the existing electric side window roller shutter device, a first guide assembly and a second guide assembly are respectively connected with a motor unit, so that the motor unit can drive the first guide assembly and the second guide assembly to respectively lift and move along a first supporting rod and a second supporting rod, and curtain cloth edge strips connected with the first guide assembly and the second guide assembly together drive curtain cloth to be unfolded and folded. On the other hand, the long compensation groove of the curtain edge strip is matched with the moving element of the second guiding assembly, and the curtain edge strip and the moving element can relatively and transversely linearly displace to provide a transverse position compensation function.
In the above-mentioned prior art electric side window roller shutter device, in the transverse position compensation structure formed by the elongated compensation groove of the curtain edge strip and the moving element of the second guide assembly, the edge of the elongated compensation groove on the side surface of the curtain edge strip must be formed with a groove edge stop portion, the outer diameter of the end portion of the moving element extending into the movable channel through the elongated compensation groove is larger than the longitudinal width of the elongated compensation groove, and the moving element can be limited by the groove edge stop portion of the elongated compensation groove to prevent detachment, and the end portion of the larger outer diameter of the moving element is not easy to pass through the elongated compensation groove with narrower width, so that the problem of difficult assembly exists between the moving element of the second guide assembly and the curtain edge strip.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a side window roller shutter device, which solves the problem that the transverse position compensation structure in the existing electric side window roller shutter device is not easy to assemble.

The curtain cloth edge strip comprises an edge strip body, an edge strip end piece and a transverse sliding rail part, wherein one end of the edge strip body, which is adjacent to the base column, is a connecting end, the edge strip end piece is arranged at the connecting end of the edge strip body, the edge strip end piece is combined with the guide assembly and is arranged on the base column, and the transverse sliding rail part is formed at the part, which is adjacent to the guide column, of the edge strip body and protrudes outwards from one side, which faces the guide column, of the edge strip body;

In the side window roller shutter device, a base column sliding rail extending longitudinally is formed in a base column of the roller shutter base frame, a side bar end piece of the curtain side bar can be transversely and telescopically arranged in a connecting end of the side bar body, one end of the side bar end piece extends out of the outer side of the connecting end and is provided with a spherical end part, the guide assembly comprises a base column sliding block, a sliding groove is formed in the side face of the base column sliding block, the sliding groove is movably arranged on the base column sliding rail, a ball socket groove is formed in the top of the base column sliding block, and the spherical end part of the side bar end piece can be rotatably arranged in the ball socket groove of the base column sliding block.
In the side window roller shutter device, the curtain cloth rolling assembly is provided with a driving wheel, a groove extending longitudinally is formed on one side surface of the base column, the upper end of the base column is provided with an upper end cover of the base column, the upper end cover of the base column forms an arc-shaped upper guide groove, the lower end of the base column is provided with a lower guide piece, the lower guide piece forms an arc-shaped lower guide groove, the guide assembly comprises a rope, two ends of the rope are connected with the base column sliding block, the rope bypasses the upper guide groove of the upper end cover of the base column, the groove of the base column, the lower guide groove of the lower guide piece and the driving wheel, and the driving wheel can drive the base column sliding block to longitudinally move on the base column through the rope.
The side window roller shutter device has the beneficial effects that the side window roller shutter device utilizes the side surface of the side strip body of the curtain cloth side strip, which faces the guide post, to form the outwards protruding transverse sliding rail part, the auxiliary guide component capable of moving up and down along the guide post is connected to the transverse sliding rail part of the curtain cloth side strip through the transverse rail sliding block, and the transverse rail sliding block can slide transversely along the transverse sliding rail part, so that the position compensation structure between the auxiliary guide component and the transverse sliding rail part of the curtain cloth side strip can be easily connected with the transverse sliding rail part in a combined mode of external connection, and the side window shutter roller shutter device has good assembly simplicity.
In addition, the invention can further utilize the transverse sliding rail part to comprise a guide rail base part, a side rail part and a bending part connected between the guide rail base part and the side rail part, wherein the guide rail base part is connected to the side surface of the side rail body, the side rail part is lower than the guide rail base part, the bending part forms a lateral flange between the side rail part and the guide rail base part, the connecting part of the transverse sliding rail is provided with a connecting hook and a limiting lug, the limiting lug is positioned above the connecting hook, a transverse moving guide groove is formed between the connecting hook and the connecting hook, the connecting hook of the transverse sliding rail can movably hook the lateral flange of the transverse sliding rail part through the lower part of the side rail part, the side rail part is positioned in the transverse moving guide groove between the limiting lug and the connecting hook, and the limiting lug is positioned above the side rail part for limiting and other combined structures. Therefore, the transverse rail sliding block can be connected to the transverse sliding rail part in a smooth sliding manner, and the transverse rail sliding block can be prevented from being separated from the transverse sliding rail part.
The invention can further utilize the guiding component to be assembled on the base column sliding rail of the base column in a lifting and sliding way, the edge piece of the curtain edge can be transversely and telescopically arranged in the connecting end of the edge body, and the spherical end part of the edge piece is movably assembled in the ball socket groove of the base column sliding block, so that the curtain edge can generate transverse position compensation between the edge body of the curtain edge and the guiding component in the lifting movement and the transverse position compensation compliant between the auxiliary guiding component and the transverse sliding rail part of the curtain edge, and the curtain edge can drive the curtain to be unfolded and folded, thereby having better smoothness.
The invention can further utilize the curtain cloth rolling assembly to be provided with a driving wheel, wherein a groove is formed on one side of the base column, the upper end of the base column is provided with the upper end cover of the base column, the lower end of the base column is provided with the lower guide piece, the guide assembly also comprises a rope, two ends of the rope are connected with the base column sliding block, the rope bypasses the upper guide groove of the upper end cover of the base column, the groove of the base column, the lower guide groove of the lower guide piece and the driving wheel, the driving wheel can be externally connected with a driving unit, and the base column sliding block is driven to longitudinally move on the base column through the driving wheel and the rope.
The invention can further utilize the side surface of the guide post to form a groove, a guide post slide rail is formed in the guide post, the upper end of the guide post is provided with a guide post upper end cover, the auxiliary guide component also comprises a guide rope, the guide post slide block is movably arranged on the guide post slide rail by a sliding guide groove moving group, the guide post slide block can longitudinally slide along the guide post slide rail, the guide rope is connected with the guide post slide block, and the guide rope is wound around an arc-shaped slide groove of the guide post upper end cover and the groove of the guide post, thereby, the auxiliary guide component can stably and smoothly lift the guide post by the traction of the guide rope.

Detailed Description
The technical means adopted by the invention to achieve the preset aim are further described below by matching with the attached drawings and the preferred embodiments of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a preferred embodiment of the side window roller blind apparatus of the present invention is disclosed, which comprises a roller blind base frame 10, a curtain rolling assembly 20, a curtain 30, a curtain edge 40, a guide assembly 50 and an auxiliary guide assembly 60, wherein:
As shown in fig. 1, the roller shutter base frame 10 includes a base 11, a base pillar 12 and a pillar 13, the base 11 is transversely disposed, the upper end of the base 11 forms an opening 111 and can be embedded in a window of a side door of a motor vehicle, the base pillar 12 is longitudinally disposed at one end of the base 11, the pillar 13 is longitudinally disposed on the base 11, the pillar 13 and the pillar 12 are arranged at intervals, the pillar 13 is inclined at an angle with respect to the base 11, and in the preferred embodiment, the pillar 13 is inclined upward and in a direction inclined toward the rear of the motor vehicle.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in the preferred embodiment, a slot 121 extending longitudinally is formed on one side of the base column 12, a base column sliding rail 122 extending longitudinally is formed in the base column 12, the cross section of the base column sliding rail 122 may be T-shaped, a base column upper end cover 123 is mounted on the upper end of the base column 12, the base column upper end cover 123 forms an arc-shaped upper guide slot, and a lower guide member (not shown) is mounted on the lower end of the base column 12, and the lower guide member forms an arc-shaped lower guide slot. A groove 131 extending longitudinally is formed on one side of the guide post 13, a guide post sliding rail 132 extending longitudinally is formed in the guide post 13, the cross section of the guide post sliding rail 132 can be T-shaped, an upper end cap 133 of the guide post can be further installed on the upper end of the guide post 13, and the upper end cap 133 of the guide post forms an arc chute.
As shown in fig. 1, the curtain rolling assembly 20 is disposed in the base 11, the curtain rolling assembly 20 includes a curtain shaft tube 21 and a driving wheel 22 disposed at one end of the curtain shaft tube 21, and the driving wheel 22 is adjacent to the bottom end of the base pillar 12. The cord fabric rolling assembly 20 may be an existing component, and the detailed construction thereof will not be described herein. The cord tube 21 and the driving wheel 22 of the cord rolling assembly 20 can be driven to rotate by a motor unit.
As shown in fig. 1, the curtain 30 is connected to the curtain rolling assembly 20 through an opening 111 at the upper end of the base 11, the curtain 30 can be rolled out of the curtain shaft tube 21 in the base 11 and pulled out and unfolded from the curtain shaft tube 21, the curtain 30 includes a movable edge 31 and a connecting edge 32, the movable edge 31 and the connecting edge 32 are located at two opposite sides of the curtain 30, the connecting edge 32 is fixedly connected to the curtain shaft tube 21 of the curtain rolling assembly 20, and the movable edge 31 is unfolded upwards through the opening at the upper end of the base 11.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 4 to fig. 5, the curtain cord edge 40 is connected to the movable edge 31 of the curtain cord 30 and can move longitudinally along the base column 12 and the guide column 13 of the roller shutter base frame 10, the curtain cord edge 40 includes an edge cord body 41, an edge cord end piece 42 and a lateral sliding rail portion 43, one end of the edge cord body 41 adjacent to the base column 12 is a connection end 411, the edge cord end piece 42 is mounted at the connection end 411 of the edge cord body 41 and can move along the base column sliding rail 122 of the base column 12, the lateral sliding rail portion 43 is formed at a portion of the edge cord body 41 adjacent to the guide column 13, and the lateral sliding rail portion 43 protrudes outwards from a side surface of the edge cord body 41 facing the guide column 13.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the preferred embodiment, the edge piece 42 of the cord fabric edge 40 is installed in the connecting end 411 of the edge body 41 in a laterally telescopic manner, one end of the edge piece 42 extends out of the connecting end 411 of the edge body 41 and has a spherical end 421, and the spherical end 421 can move along the base rail 122 of the base 12 in combination with the guide assembly 50.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 4 to fig. 5, in the preferred embodiment, the lateral rail 43 includes a rail base 431, a side rail 432, and a bending portion 433, wherein one side of the rail base 431 is connected to the side of the side rail 41, the side rail 432 is located at the other side of the rail base 431, the height of the side rail 432 is lower than that of the rail base 431, the bending portion 433 is connected between the side rail 432 and the rail base 431, the rail base 431 and the side rail 432 form a high-low level difference, and the bending portion 433 forms a side flange 434 between the bottom surface of the rail base 431 and the top surface of the side rail 432.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the guide assembly 50 includes a base slider 51 and a rope 52, the base slider 51 is slidably assembled on the base rail 122 of the base 12, and the base slider 51 is connected to the edge piece 42 of the cord edge 40, so that the cord edge 40 moves longitudinally along the base 12 through the base slider 51. The side of the base sliding block 51 forms a sliding slot 511, the sliding slot 511 matches with the shape of the base sliding rail 122, so that the base sliding block 51 is movably disposed on the base sliding rail 122 by the sliding slot 511, the top of the base sliding block 51 has a ball socket slot 512, and the spherical end 421 of the side bar end piece 42 is rotatably disposed in the ball socket slot 512 of the base sliding block 51. The rope 52 may be a rope, and the two ends of the rope 52 are connected to the base pillar slider 51, and the rope 52 bypasses the upper guide groove of the base pillar upper end cover 123, the groove 121 of the base pillar 12, the lower guide groove of the lower guide member, and the driving wheel 22, so that the driving wheel 22 can drive the base pillar slider 51 to longitudinally move on the base pillar 12 through the rope 52, and drive the curtain cloth 30 to be unfolded and folded through the curtain cloth edge strip 40.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 4 to fig. 5, the auxiliary guiding assembly 60 includes a guide post slider 61, a transverse rail slider 62 and a guiding rope 63, the guide post slider 61 is assembled on the guide post rail 132 of the guide post 13 and can slide longitudinally along the guide post rail 132, the transverse rail slider 62 is mounted on the guide post slider 61, the transverse rail slider 62 is movably connected on the transverse rail portion 43 of the curtain rail 40 and can slide transversely along the transverse rail portion 43, two ends of the guiding rope 63 are connected with the guide post slider 61, and the guiding rope 63 is wound around the arc-shaped chute of the guide post upper end cap 133 and the groove of the guide post 13.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 4 to fig. 5, in the preferred embodiment, a sliding guide groove 611 is formed on the side surface of the guide pillar slider 61, the sliding guide groove 611 is matched with the shape of the guide pillar rail 132, the guide pillar slider 61 is movably disposed on the guide pillar rail 132 by the sliding guide groove 611, a pivot hole 612 is formed on one side of the guide pillar slider 61, the cross rail slider 62 includes a connecting portion 621 and a pivot post 622, the pivot post 622 is disposed on one side of the connecting portion 621 and is pivoted in the pivot hole 612 of the guide pillar slider 61, the connecting portion 621 is movably disposed on the transverse rail portion 43, the connecting portion 621 has a connecting hook 623 and a limiting bump 624, the limiting bump 624 is disposed above the connecting hook 623 and forms a transverse guide groove 625 therebetween, the connecting hook 623 of the cross rail slider 62 is movably hooked on the lateral flange 434 of the transverse rail portion 43 of the side rail 40, and the portion 432 is disposed in the transverse guide groove 625 between the limiting bump and the connecting hook 623, so that the cross rail slider 62 can move transversely on the transverse rail portion 43 of the side rail 40.
When the side window roller shutter device is applied to a motor vehicle, the base 11 of the roller shutter base frame is embedded at the window position of a side door of the motor vehicle, the base column 12 and the guide column 13 of the roller shutter base frame 10 are respectively positioned at the side edges (not shown) of the window column and the side edge (not shown) of the window of the rear side door, and the driving wheel 22 of the curtain shutter rolling assembly 20 is connected with a motor unit (not shown) positioned in the motor vehicle body, so that the curtain shutter rolling assembly 20 can be driven by the motor unit to drive the curtain shutter 30 to be unfolded and folded. As shown in fig. 1, 6 and 7, when the curtain cloth 30 is unfolded, the curtain cloth shaft tube 21 of the curtain cloth rolling assembly 20 is driven by an external motor unit to rotate forward with the driving wheel 22, the curtain cloth shaft tube 21 releases the curtain cloth 30, the curtain cloth edge strip 40 is driven to ascend by the driving wheel 22 and the guide assembly 50 on the base column 12, meanwhile, the auxiliary guide assembly 60 is driven to ascend along the guide column 13 by the curtain cloth edge strip 40, and the curtain cloth 30 is pulled to be unfolded upward by the curtain cloth edge strip 40. In the process that the curtain fabric edge strip 40 rises to drive the curtain fabric 30 to be unfolded, the auxiliary guide component 60 which rises and moves along the guide post 13 transversely displaces along the transverse sliding rail part 43 of the curtain fabric edge strip 40 to compensate the transverse position according to the oblique guide post, on the other hand, the curtain fabric edge strip 40 is movably connected with the base post sliding block 51 of the guide component 50 through the edge strip end piece 42 which can transversely stretch in the connecting end 411 of the edge strip body 41, so that the transverse position compensation is also generated between the edge strip body 41 and the guide component 50 in the process that the curtain fabric edge strip 40 rises and transversely displaces along the direction opposite to the rear of the motor vehicle, and the distance between the connecting end 411 of the curtain fabric edge strip 40 and the base post 12 is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1, 7 and 8, when the curtain is folded, the curtain shaft tube 21 of the curtain folding assembly 20 is driven by the motor unit to reversely rotate with the driving wheel 22, the curtain shaft tube 21 folds the curtain 30, the curtain edge strip 40 is driven to descend by the driving wheel 22 and the guide assembly 50 on the base column 12, and meanwhile, the auxiliary guide assembly 60 is driven to descend along the guide column 13 by the curtain edge strip 40, and the curtain 30 is pulled to be folded by the curtain edge strip 40. In the process that the curtain fabric edge strip 40 descends to drive the curtain fabric 30 to fold, the auxiliary guide component 60 which descends along the guide post 13 moves transversely along the transverse sliding rail part 43 of the curtain fabric edge strip 40, so as to compensate the transverse position of the inclined guide post, on the other hand, the curtain fabric edge strip 40 is movably connected with the base post sliding block 51 of the guide component 50 through the edge strip end piece 42 which can transversely stretch in the connecting end 411 of the edge strip body 41, so that the transverse position compensation is generated between the edge strip body 41 and the guide component 50 in the descending motion and the transverse displacement along the direction relative to the front of the motor vehicle, and the distance between the connecting end 411 of the curtain strip 40 and the base post 12 is increased.
As can be seen from the above description, the side window roller shutter device of the present invention forms a lateral sliding rail portion protruding outwards by using the side surface of the side strip body of the curtain side strip facing the guide post, the auxiliary guiding component capable of moving up and down along the guide post is connected to the lateral sliding rail portion of the curtain side strip by its lateral sliding rail, and the lateral sliding rail can slide laterally along the lateral sliding rail portion, so that the auxiliary guiding component connected to the curtain side strip can move up and down along the guide post, and meanwhile, the auxiliary guiding component and the lateral position compensation structure formed by the lateral sliding rail portion of the curtain side strip are also utilized to enable the auxiliary guiding component to conform to the guide post arranged obliquely. Furthermore, the position compensation structure between the auxiliary guide assembly and the transverse sliding rail part of the curtain cloth edging is utilized to adopt an externally connected combined structure, and the transverse sliding rail sliding block can be easily connected with the transverse sliding rail part, so that the curtain cloth edging has good assembly convenience.
In addition, the connecting hook of the transverse rail sliding block is utilized to movably hook the lateral flange of the transverse sliding rail part through the lower part of the side rail part, the side rail part is positioned in the transverse moving guide groove between the limiting lug and the connecting hook, and the limiting lug is positioned above the side rail part for limiting. Therefore, the transverse rail sliding block can be connected to the transverse sliding rail part in a smooth sliding manner, and the transverse rail sliding block can be prevented from being separated from the transverse sliding rail part.
