The preset force wrench comprises a handle, a sleeve, an adjusting handle, a handle body, a pushing rod, a torsion spring and an acoustic seat, wherein the handle is connected with one end of the handle body, the other end of the handle body is connected with the acoustic seat, the acoustic seat is connected with the pushing rod through the torsion spring, the sleeve is wrapped on the outer sides of the handle body, the acoustic seat, the torsion spring and the pushing rod, the adjusting handle is arranged on the outer side of the pushing rod, one end of the acoustic seat is provided with a groove, a square block is placed in the groove and is contacted with the handle body, the other end of the acoustic seat is contacted with the torsion spring, a sealing spring is sleeved on the outer side of the acoustic seat, a clamping groove is formed in the outer ring of one side, close to the square block, of the acoustic seat, a clamp spring is arranged in the clamping groove, a screw hole is formed in the side surface of the handle body, an adjusting nut is arranged in the screw hole, and the adjusting nut penetrates the handle body to be propped against the inner wall of the sleeve.
Preferably, the sound seat comprises a cylindrical body, a counter bore is formed in the tail end of the body, chamfering is performed at the head end of the body, and a groove is formed in the head end of the body.

As shown in figure 2, the handle 12 is provided with a protrusion 15 at the position corresponding to the first surface 5-5 and the second surface 5-6, the protrusion 15 forms an included angle of 30-45 degrees with the axis of the handle 12, and a shape like a clamp is formed, and the function of the clamp is also to prevent the handle 12 from being out of contact with the square block 13.
As shown in fig. 1, a plurality of steel balls 16 are arranged between the sleeve 2 and the handle 12, so that the handle 12 is not allowed to shake in the pipe for balancing.
As shown in fig. 2, a gasket 9 is arranged between a torsion spring 8 and a sealing spring 6, the gasket 9 is composed of a gasket body 9-1 and a gasket fixing piece 9-2, the gasket body 9-1 and the gasket fixing piece 9-2 form a cutting T shape when seen from the side, the gasket body 9-1 and the gasket fixing piece 9-2 are fixedly connected, the gasket fixing piece 9-2 is used for being clamped in a counter bore 5-3 of a sound seat 5, a plurality of flexible protruding points 9-3 are arranged on the outer surface of the gasket fixing piece 9-2, the gasket fixing piece 9-2 is a cylinder, the diameter of the gasket is changed from one end connected with the gasket body 9-1 to the other end, the whole gasket 9 is perfectly matched on the sound seat 5, and therefore, the head of the torsion spring 8 and the head of the sealing spring 6 are prevented from being mutually hooked or the head of the torsion spring 8 and the head of the sealing spring 6 are mutually sleeved.
The material of the sealing spring 6 is 65Mn, the hardness is 45-50 degrees, and no gap exists between the rings of the sealing spring 6. Thus, when the sealing spring 6 is installed, the sealing spring 6 can be bent according to actual conditions, so that the installation is easier.
The limiting screw 10 is arranged on the pushing rod 11, so that the torsion spring 8 and the sealing spring 6 are prevented from being excessively pressed by the adjusting handle 3, and the accuracy is prevented from being influenced.
The working principle is that during the assembly process, the adjusting nut 4 is adjusted to enable the handle body 12 to laterally move, the square block 13 is acted, the square block 13 is enabled to laterally incline, the square block 13 is enabled to have transverse pressure, the square block 13 is acted on the sound seat 5, the sound seat 5 acts on the sealing spring 6, friction force is generated between the sealing spring 6 and the sleeve 2, the sound seat 5 is fixed in a turning mode, and the effect of fixing the sound seat 5 by original parts is reduced. During operation, the adjusting handle 3 is acted, the handle 1 and the nut are acted to generate certain force, when the force reaches a preset value, the force applied to the handle 1 can interact with each other along the handle body 12, the sound seat 5 and the torsion spring 8, so that the inclined square block 13 is acted with the groove 5-1 of the sound seat 5 to generate collision sound, thereby being used for reminding a user that the preset value is reached and avoiding the rejection of the nut sliding wire caused by overlarge force.
