Abstract
The invention relates to a system and a method for producing precipitated calcium carbonate by using paper machine white water. The system comprises a plain water pipeline, a screen filter, a centrifugal pump and a bag filter, wherein the plain water pipeline is used for conveying paper machine plain water to a digestion section, a synthesis section, a flue gas washing section and a pipeline washing section for producing precipitated calcium carbonate, the screen filter, the centrifugal pump and the bag filter are sequentially arranged on the plain water pipeline from upstream to downstream along the conveying direction of the paper machine plain water, the screen filter is used for protecting the centrifugal pump, the centrifugal pump is used for pumping the paper machine plain water, and the bag filter is used for filtering impurities in the paper machine plain water. A system for producing precipitated calcium carbonate from paper machine white water, characterized in that the system comprises a white water pipeline, a screen filter, a centrifugal pump and a bag filter, wherein the white water pipeline is used for conveying the paper machine white water to a digestion section, a synthesis section, a flue gas washing section and a pipeline flushing section for producing the precipitated calcium carbonate, the screen filter, the centrifugal pump and the bag filter are sequentially arranged on the white water pipeline from upstream to downstream along the conveying direction of the paper machine white water, the screen filter is used for protecting the centrifugal pump, the centrifugal pump is used for pumping the paper machine white water, and the bag filter is used for filtering impurities in the paper machine white water.
2. The system for producing precipitated calcium carbonate from paper machine white water according to claim 1, characterized in that the system further comprises a defoamer introduction line for introducing defoamer into the white water line before the screen filter.
3. The system for producing precipitated calcium carbonate from paper machine white water according to claim 1, characterized in that the system further comprises a flow meter for measuring the flow of paper machine white water after the bag filter.
4. The system for producing precipitated calcium carbonate with paper machine white water according to claim 1, characterized in that said pipeline wash section comprises a vibrating screen wash sub-section, a screw conveyor wash sub-section, and a product transfer pump wash sub-section.
5. The system for producing precipitated calcium carbonate with paper machine white water according to claim 1, characterized in that the screen filter is a metal mesh filter.
6. A method for producing precipitated calcium carbonate from paper machine white water, characterized in that the method comprises conveying the paper machine white water to a digestion section, a synthesis section, a flue gas washing section and a pipeline flushing section for producing precipitated calcium carbonate by means of a white water pipeline, wherein a screen filter, a centrifugal pump and a bag filter are arranged on the white water pipeline in the conveying direction of the paper machine white water in sequence from upstream to downstream, the screen filter is used for protecting the centrifugal pump, the centrifugal pump is used for pumping the paper machine white water, and the bag filter is used for filtering impurities in the paper machine white water.
7. The method for producing precipitated calcium carbonate with paper machine white water according to claim 6, characterized in that the method further comprises: an anti-foaming agent is introduced into the plain water line before the screen filter.
8. The method for producing precipitated calcium carbonate with paper machine white water according to claim 6, characterized in that the method further comprises: the flow of paper machine clear water was measured after the bag filter.
9. The method for producing precipitated calcium carbonate using paper machine white water according to claim 6, characterized in that the line wash section comprises a vibrating screen wash sub-section, a screw conveyor wash sub-section, and a product transfer pump wash sub-section.
10. The method for producing precipitated calcium carbonate using paper machine white water according to claim 6, characterized in that the screen filter is a metal mesh filter.
