Abstract
一种羧甲基纤维素钠液体敷料及其制作方法,属于医疗用品的技术领域。羧甲基纤维素钠液体敷料由羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC‑Na)、纯化水、防腐剂组成。微生物限度要求:需氧菌总数每1mL不得超过100个;霉菌和酵母菌总数每1mL不得超过10个;金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌不得检出。成分配比(重量比):羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC‑Na)为0.5~50.00%,纯化水、防腐剂适量。工艺方法:按照配方比例称量原料(重量比),将原料羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC‑Na),防腐剂置入加有纯化水的容器内,使之充分溶解制成溶液,搅拌均匀,分装而成。通过在伤口创面表面形成保护层,起物理屏障作用。用于小创口、擦伤、切割伤等浅表性创面及周围皮肤的护理。

技术领域
本发明属于一种利用高分子材料羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)、纯化水、防腐剂为主要原料制作医疗用品的技术领域。
背景技术
皮肤伤口创伤等皮肤浅表面受损问题是人们正常生活中常见的现象,一旦皮肤造成创伤出现伤口的情况下,就必须采取措施防止伤口创面感染,伤口本身污染的程度与以后是否发生感染有很大的关系,一般伤口分类如下:1.清洁伤口(Clean-Wounds) ---无发炎现象。2.清洁污染伤口(Clean-Contaminated Wounds) ---没有明显污染。3.污染伤口(Contaminated Wounds) ---有急性发炎,但未化脓。有坏死组织的外伤伤口。4.感染伤口(Dirty or Infected Wounds) ---己有感染的伤口。
目前创口处理的方法一般有:
(1)用碘酒或用酒精或用紫水消毒,沿着伤口的边缘由里向外擦,不要把碘酒、酒精涂入伤口内。伤口内如有异物,需要慎重处理取出。
(2)小伤口可以在其浅表涂一点红汞(红药水)(特别注意,红药水与碘酒和碘伏以及任何含碘消毒液不能同时使用,也不可以过于使用红药水)或紫药水。
以上伤口处理方法存在一些不足,伤口容易处于干燥状况,开放的伤口不应使其完全干燥,脱水损伤了伤口底部的组织。上皮细胞在干痂下移行比湿润的伤面困难。这对伤口愈合不利。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种羧甲基纤维素钠液体敷料及其制作方法,通过在创面表面形成保护层,起物理屏障作用。用于小创口、擦伤、切割伤等浅表性创面及周围皮肤的护理。
本发明的技术方案为:
本发明的结构组成是:由羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)、纯化水、防腐剂组成。非无菌提供。有微生物限度要求(需氧菌总数每1mL不得超过100个;霉菌和酵母菌总数每1mL不得超过10个;金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌不得检出)。
羧甲基纤维素钠液体敷料的成分配比(重量比):羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)为0.1~50.00%,纯化水适量、防腐剂适量。
工艺方法:按照配方比例称量原料,将原料羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)、防腐剂置入加有纯化水的容器内,使之充分溶解制成溶液,搅拌均匀,分装而成。
本发明主要原料为羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)是高分子水溶性化合物,是医疗耗材常用的成膜材料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题:采用羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)、纯化水、防腐剂为主要原料,制成液体敷料,使具在创面形成凝胶保护层的特性,起到物理屏障作用,隔离细菌,具有的吸湿性能,保证了创面适宜的温湿度愈合条件,对创面愈合起到促进的作用。这些特性使敷料覆盖于创面后,在阻隔了大分子物质和细菌入侵的同时,还保证了创面与外界的气体交换,为保证创面处在封闭、温暖、湿润的环境中创造了条件。进而促进小创口、擦伤、切割伤等浅表性创面的愈合。弥补了目前伤口处理方面出现干燥问题的不足之处。

具体实施方式
1、按照配方比例称量原料(重量比):羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)为0.5~20.00%,、纯化水、防腐剂适量。
2、按工艺方法,按照配方比例称量原料,将原料羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)、防腐剂置入加有纯化水的容器内,使之充分溶解制成溶液,搅拌均匀,分装而成。

1.一种羧甲基纤维素钠液体敷料,其特征是由羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)、纯化水、防腐剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羧甲基纤维素钠液体敷料,其特征是微生物限度要求:需氧菌总数每1mL不得超过100个;霉菌和酵母菌总数每1mL不得超过10个;金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌不得检出。
3.根据权利要求1所述的羧甲基纤维素钠液体敷料,其特征是羧甲基纤维素钠液体敷料的成分配比(重量比):羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)为0.1~50.00%,纯化水适量、防腐剂适量。
4.一种羧甲基纤维素钠液体敷料制作方法,其特征是按照配方比例称量原料(重量比),将原料羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)、防腐剂置入加有纯化水的容器内,使之充分溶解制成溶液,搅拌均匀,分装而成。
5.根据权利要求1或3所述的羧甲基纤维素钠液体敷料,其特征是按照配方比例称重量(重量比):羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)为0.5~20.00%,纯化水适量、防腐剂适量。
