Abstract
The invention discloses a caffeine-containing fuming particle, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-70 parts of plant raw materials, 10-40 parts of smoke agent and 0.001-1 part of caffeine-containing component. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the fuming particle and a low-temperature heating non-combustible product prepared from the fuming particle. The smoking particles adopt the formula of the components containing caffeine and natural plant raw materials, can replace tobacco containing nicotine, play a role in refreshing and relieving pressure while reducing addiction and health hazards, are convenient to carry and use in a solid particle form, and avoid the problem that the traditional atomized liquid is easy to leak and is inconvenient to carry.

Technical Field

Background
The low-temperature heating non-combustible product is one of important products of novel tobacco products, and starts in the 80 th 20 th century, tobacco substances are not combusted under the condition of 200-400 ℃ through carbon heating or electric heating, and smoke is generated through low-temperature cracking. The cigarette filter avoids tar and a large amount of harmful compounds generated by high-temperature combustion of tobacco to a certain extent, reduces the influence of cigarettes on the public environment due to less flow measurement smoke, and becomes a hotspot for research and development of a plurality of tobacco manufacturing enterprises.

Caffeine is a centrally exciting drug, and can enhance the excitation process of cerebral cortex and cortex motor area with small dose, and it can refresh brain, improve metabolism, and improve the efficiency of certain behavioral activities. Preferably, the low-temperature heating non-combustible product adopts an integrated structure, and each independent unit section in the hollow tubular shell is externally combined and then integrally filled into the hollow tubular shell. Compared with the existing sectional butt joint structure, the integrated structure does not need to be prepared by compounding the filter rod compounding machine and refitting cigarette making machine equipment, simplifies the preparation process, reduces the turnover link, reduces the preparation cost and simultaneously endows combination and selection of more functional units.

1. A caffeine-containing smoker particle, comprising: comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-70 parts of plant raw materials, 10-40 parts of smoke agent and 0.001-1 part of caffeine-containing component.

The smoker particle according to claim 1, wherein: the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of plant raw materials, 10-30 parts of a smoke agent, 0.005-0.02 part of a caffeine-containing component and 30-60 parts of essence and spice, wherein the plant raw materials are Chinese herbal medicines.
3. The smoker particle according to claim 2, wherein: the Chinese herbal medicine is one or more of radix Ophiopogonis, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, radix Platycodi, semen Armeniacae amarum, folium Mori, flos Chrysanthemi, Glycyrrhrizae radix, folium Eriobotryae, and herba Schizonepetae.
4. The smoker particle according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the caffeine-containing component is caffeine and/or a derivative thereof.
5. The smoker particle according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the smoke agent is one or more of propylene glycol, glycerol, triethyl citrate, sorbitol and 1, 3-butanediol.
6. The smoker particle according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the particle size of the fuming particle is as follows: 20-40 meshes is not less than 70 wt%, 40-60 meshes is not more than 20 wt%, and 60-80 meshes is not more than 10 wt%.
7. A method of making the smoker particles according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: the method comprises the steps of firstly, crushing plant raw materials into particles of 20-80 meshes, mixing all components except the plant raw materials, and adding the mixture to the plant raw material particles to prepare the smoke-forming particles; or uniformly mixing and granulating the components except the caffeine-containing component to obtain semi-finished product particles, and adding the caffeine-containing component to the surface of the semi-finished product particles to obtain the fuming particles.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein: the mixture of each component except the plant raw material and the smoke agent is added to the surface of the plant raw material particles in any one mode of spraying, soaking or coating; the caffeine-containing component is added to the surface of the semi-finished product particles in any of spraying, dipping or coating.
9. A low-temperature heating non-combustible product comprises a hollow tubular shell, and is characterized in that: the hollow tubular shell is filled with the fuming particles as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A low-temperature-heating non-combustible article according to claim 9, characterized in that: the low-temperature heating non-combustible product adopts an integrated structure, and each independent unit section in the hollow tubular shell is integrally filled into the hollow tubular shell after being externally combined.
