Abstract
The invention relates to a town flood drainage, water replenishing and water change pump station junction, which is designed for solving the technical problems of poor management and urban flood drainage, water replenishing and pollution control effects and overhigh reconstruction cost of the conventional similar pump stations. The hub comprises a water replenishing pump station positioned at an outer river beside a main river channel and a water draining pump station arranged at an inner river in an urban area; the key points are that an underground pipeline communicated with two pump stations is arranged between the water replenishing pump station and the water draining pump station, the water replenishing pump station and the water draining pump station are respectively provided with an outer river sluice and an inner river sluice, and control systems are respectively built. The underground pipeline design can save land, and simultaneously, when the water level of an inland river is too high, drainage pumping stations drain waterlogging; when the water level of the inland river network is too low, water is supplemented through a water supplementing pump station and an underground pipeline; when the inland river network is polluted, water is changed through the drainage pump station and the underground pipeline. The structure is simple, the design is reasonable, the construction cost is low, the investment is less, and the drainage and pollution control effects are good; it is suitable for new construction and modification upgrading of town pumping stations.

Background
At present, the problems of urban waterlogging drainage and river pollution treatment are particularly outstanding, and some cities eliminate the waterlogging problem in the cities through large-scale or imported drainage equipment; or by intercepting the river channel in sections, the pollution problem of the river channel is solved and treated by adopting a mode of carrying out decontamination treatment on the river bed in the section river channel. A town drainage, water replenishing and water changing pump station junction comprises a water replenishing pump station positioned at an outer river beside a main river channel and a water draining pump station arranged at an inner river in an urban area; the water replenishing pump station and the water draining pump station are provided with underground pipelines communicated with the two pump stations, the water replenishing pump station and the water draining pump station are respectively provided with an outer river sluice and an inner river sluice, and are respectively provided with a control system, so that the water replenishing pump station is communicated with the outer river sluice in parallel, and the water draining pump station is communicated with the inner river sluice in parallel. The underground pipeline design can save land, and simultaneously, when the water level of an inland river is too high, drainage pumping stations drain waterlogging; when the water level of the inland river network is too low, water is supplemented through a water supplementing pump station and an underground pipeline; when the inland river network is polluted, water is changed through the drainage pump station and the underground pipeline.
The water replenishing pump station is communicated with the water discharging pump station through an underground pipeline, and the underground pipeline carries out bidirectional water delivery, namely, the directions of water replenishing and water discharging flow are opposite, so that an underground pipeline is shared. The underground pipeline adopts one pipe for two purposes, so that the manufacturing cost is saved, the function switching of a drainage pump station and a water replenishing pump station is facilitated, and drainage or water replenishing is flexibly carried out.
A duplex control system is arranged between the water replenishing pump station and the water draining pump station, namely, a water pump and a gate valve of another pump station are controlled by any pump station, and the method has two methods of automation and manual operation. Thereby make things convenient for operation and dispatch between drainage pump station and the moisturizing pump station, need not to rush ripples between two pump stations.
The outer river sluice of the water replenishing pump station is normally open at ordinary times, and the inner river sluice of the water draining pump station is normally closed at ordinary times so as to keep the water level of the inner river; the underground pipeline is in a normally empty state so as to be convenient for water delivery in any direction.
The drainage pump station is provided with a water level sensor, when the water level of the inland river exceeds the warning water level, the inland river sluice is opened for self drainage, and the drainage function is realized; when the water level of the inland river exceeds the warning water level and the water level of the inland river also exceeds the water level of the inland river, the water gate of the inland river is closed, the drainage pump station is started, and the waterlogging water is drained from the inland river to the inland river, so that the forced waterlogging drainage function is realized.
The moisturizing pump station also is equipped with water level sensor, and when the inland river water level was less than the view water level, closed the river sluice, starts the moisturizing pump station, opens the inland river sluice, by the river to the inland river moisturizing, realizes the moisturizing function.
The drainage pump station is also provided with a water quality sensor, when the water quality control index of the inland river is lower than the environmental water quality requirement, the drainage pump station is automatically started to discharge sewage from the inland river to the outer river, and when the water level of the inland river is reduced to a set value, the drainage pump station is closed; after waiting for the set time, closing the sluice gate of the outer river, starting the water replenishing pump station, replenishing clear water from the outer river to the inner river, and realizing the water changing function.
The invention has simple structure, reasonable design, low construction cost, less investment and good drainage and pollution control effects; it is suitable for new construction and modification upgrading of town pumping stations.

Detailed Description
The construction and use of the invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in fig. 1, a water replenishing pump station 1 of the pump station management system is arranged in an outer river beside a main river channel, a water draining pump station 2 is arranged in an inner river of an urban area, the water draining pump station is connected with the water replenishing pump station through an underground pipeline 3, the water replenishing pump station and the water draining pump station are respectively provided with an outer river sluice 4 and an inner river sluice 5, and control systems are respectively built; the water replenishing pump station and the water draining pump station are respectively provided with a water level sensor, and the water replenishing pump station is also provided with a water quality sensor, and the water level sensor and the water quality sensor are respectively connected with the control system of the water replenishing pump station and the water draining pump station. A duplex control system is arranged between a water replenishing pump station and a water draining pump station, namely, any pump station controls a water pump and a gate valve of the other pump station, and the double-control system has two methods of automation and manual operation.

The working principle is as follows: the underground pipeline carries out bidirectional water delivery, namely the water replenishing and draining flow directions are opposite, and an underground pipeline is shared; the inland river sluice is arranged at a position close to the drainage pump station 2 and is in a normally closed state at ordinary times; to maintain the inland river water level. The river sluice 4 connected with the water replenishing pump station 1 is in a normally open state, and the underground pipeline is in a normally empty state, so that water replenishing or drainage can be conveniently carried out at any time; meanwhile, a duplex control system is arranged between the water replenishing pump station and the water draining pump station, namely, any pump station can control a water pump and a gate valve of another pump station, and the method has two methods of automation and manual operation. When the waterlogging exceeds the warning water level, starting the drainage pump station 2 to drain the waterlogging from the inland river to the inland river, so as to realize the waterlogging drainage function; when the water level of the inland river exceeds the warning water level and the water level of the foreign river also exceeds the water level of the inland river, the water gate 4 of the foreign river is closed, the drainage pump station 2 is started, and the waterlogging is drained from the inland river to the foreign river, so that the forced waterlogging drainage function is realized. When the water level of the inland river is lower than the landscape water level, starting the water replenishing pump station 1, closing the water gate 4 of the inland river, replenishing water from the inland river to the inland river, and realizing the water replenishing function; when the water quality control index of the inland river is lower than the environmental water quality requirement, the drainage pump station 2 is automatically started to discharge sewage from the inland river to the external river; after waiting for the set time, the water replenishing pump station 1 is started, the water gate 4 of the outer river is closed, and clear water is replenished from the outer river to the inner river, so that the water changing function is realized.
