The invention provides a spiral type adjustable thermal elastic carding device, a carding cover plate and a carding machine. The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the electric heating ceramic plate is used for heating the comb needle, so that when the comb needle is used for carding fibers, the fibers are softened and the rigidity is reduced, thus the carding efficiency and quality can be improved, and the fiber straightening parallelism can be improved; and the spiral spring is arranged at the lower end of the comb needle, so that the force of the fiber can be effectively buffered by the comb needle in the carding process, and the damage of the comb to the fiber is reduced.

Therefore, the method has very important significance for improving the fiber straightening parallelism and ensuring the fiber length.
The existing carding machine has the problems of low carding efficiency, poor carding quality, large damage to fibers, poor fiber straightening parallelism and the like when carding fibers.

Further, the spiral spring is made of high carbon steel or high carbon alloy.

4. The elastic deformation degree of the comb needle can be adjusted through the extension amount of the spiral spring, so that the required elasticity of the comb needle can be accurately adjusted according to different fiber characteristics, and the carding quality is further improved.

The spring structure of the coil spring 2 ensures that the comb needle 1 has certain deformation capability when the carding force is strong, so that the carding force is slowly released, the damage to the fiber caused by strong carding is reduced, and the deformation inclination angle of the comb needle 1 in the embodiment is 0-15 degrees.
