Abstract
The invention relates to an electric stair climbing vehicle, which adds horizontal propelling force and relates to an innovative structure of two end parts of two rotating legs of the stair climbing vehicle. The end of the rotating leg is provided with a soft rubber roller wheel with a nylon or metal hub, the outer circle of the hub is provided with a hole, and a stop screw is arranged in the hole corresponding to the left long side plate and the right long side plate, so that the roller wheel can not rotate. When the rotating legs rotate backwards in the horizontal direction, the gripping force on the ground is generated, and the forward propelling force is generated on the vehicle (see the attached figure 1 in the specification).

The invention relates to a rotating leg (or a supporting arm) of a two-wheel type electric stair climbing vehicle, as shown in figure 1.
Second, technical background
The end parts of the rotating legs of the existing two-wheel type electric stair climbing vehicle are of rolling structures, all the two-wheel type electric stair climbing vehicle adopts pure colloid rollers and has no horizontal thrust.
Third, the invention
The invention installs soft rubber rollers (figure 2: 4.1, 4.11, 4.2, 4.21) with hubs with the diameter of about 80mm at the two end parts of the rotating legs. The distance between the left and right long side plates which are matched with the new wheel and the diameter of the shaft hole are designed. The hub is made of hard materials such as nylon or metal. A hole with the diameter of 6.1 mm or 8.1mm is drilled on the outer circle of the hub, a corresponding M6 or M8 screw is inserted into the hole with the diameter of 7 mm or 9mm corresponding to the left long side plate and the right long side plate (figure 2: 2.1 and 2.2), and the hole is fixed by a self-locking nut (figure 2: 6.1 and 6.2), so that the rubber wheel can not rotate. If the diameter of the new roller is smaller than 80mm, taking an M6 rotation stopping screw; if the diameter is larger than 80mm, taking M8 rotation stop screws, wherein the diameter of all drilled holes corresponds to the used screws. When the rotating legs rotate in the horizontal direction, the grip force of the rubber wheels enables the electric stair climbing vehicle to generate horizontal thrust.

Detailed description of the preferred embodiments
As shown in figure 1, when a user pulls the handle (5) to lean on the stairs, the power supply is turned on, the rollers at the end parts of the rotating legs are turned to take the steps, and the user starts to climb the stairs. When the roller rotates from A to B, the whole vehicle climbs, and the rotating leg structure and the end structure of the invention have no influence on climbing; when the roller wheel rotates from the position B to the position C, the roller wheel can not roll, so that the ground can be grabbed, when the rotating legs rotate backwards, forward thrust F is generated on the gravity center P of the vehicle, and the whole vehicle can be pushed forwards. The operator does not need to pull the cart, and the pushing force in the forward horizontal direction is achieved. Climb higher floor, can effectively save operator's physical power, be favorable to follow-up strong physical power operation.

1.
