Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of maintenance of construction equipment of constructional engineering, in particular to a maintenance device and a maintenance method of a tower crane spraying system for building construction.
Background
Because the dust is more in some construction sites, the construction environment is influenced. In addition, in recent years, people have higher and higher requirements on environmental protection, so that a tower crane spraying system is sometimes required to be used for dust reduction of a construction site. However, the tower crane spraying system is high in installation height and is in an outdoor working state for a long time, so that regular maintenance of tower crane spraying is also considered.
No solution to this problem has been found in the prior art. The current tower crane spraying main structure comprises: the special rotary universal joint of tower machine, support, water pipe filter, tee bend, adjustable shower nozzle. The spraying and dust removing part comprises a main pipe arranged in the guide rail frame, a branch pipe arranged below the lifting arm and along the length direction of the lifting arm and two universal joints used for connecting the main pipe and the branch pipe, wherein the branch pipe comprises two water curtain pipes arranged in parallel, a hose parallel to the water curtain pipes and positioned between the two water curtain pipes, a connecting pipe which is arranged between the hose and the water curtain pipes and used for communicating the hose and the water curtain pipes and close to one end of the universal joints, narrow gaps are formed in the water curtain pipes along the bus direction of the water curtain pipes, and spray heads are arranged on the hose at intervals.
Because the shower nozzle is installed on the hose on the jib loading boom, high, the high degree of difficulty nature of manual contact is big. There is generally little opportunity to inspect and maintain the spray heads. But the quality of shower nozzle has decided this spraying system to the effect of job site dust fall, cooling. And the nozzle is not maintained for a long time, and may be damaged, thereby increasing the cost. Therefore, the system is maintained regularly, the working effect of the system can be ensured, the service life of the system can be prolonged to a certain extent, and the cost is reduced. Therefore, how to maintain the spray header in time is a problem to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a safe and efficient maintenance device and a maintenance method of a tower crane spraying system for building construction, which are time-saving and labor-saving.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention designs a maintenance device of a tower crane spraying system for building construction, which is characterized in that: it comprises a spraying system arranged on a tower crane boom, a cleaning device driving guide rail arranged on the tower crane boom, a cleaning device arranged on the cleaning device driving guide rail, a cleaning water pipeline and a spraying water pipeline which are arranged along a tower crane main body, wherein the water supply end of the cleaning device and the water supply end of the spraying system are respectively supplied with water by a cleaning water pipeline and a spraying water pipeline, the cleaning device driving guide rail comprises a rail groove positioned below the spraying system, a driving tooth and a driven gear which are arranged at two ends of the track groove through a bearing, a conveying crawler arranged on the driving tooth and the driven gear, a cleaning device carrier fixed on the conveying crawler, wherein the rotating speed and the rotating direction of the driving tooth are controlled by a guide rail motor, the cleaning device is arranged on the cleaning device carrier and can spray water to clean a spray head of the spraying system when moving back and forth along with the cleaning device carrier.
A tower crane spraying system maintenance method for building construction by using the device comprises the following steps:
step 1: controlling the cleaning device to drive a guide rail motor in the guide rail, so that the conveying crawler drives the cleaning device to stop below a spray head of the spraying system to be cleaned;
step 2: controlling a switch on the cleaning water pipeline to enable a cleaning spray head of the cleaning device to spray water to a spray head of the spraying system for washing;
and step 3: the step motor is controlled to enable the cleaning device to rotate in a horizontal circumferential stepping mode, the brush motor is controlled to enable the brush to flush and clean the spray head of the spraying system, and the brush is driven by the cleaning device rotating in the horizontal circumferential stepping mode to flush and clean the spray head of the spraying system for 360 degrees.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the defect of high-altitude operation is well overcome in the installation of the driving track, and any spray head needing to be cleaned on the track path can be cleaned under the condition of not using manpower. The invention can enable the cleaning device to clean all parts of the spray head of the spray system which needs to be cleaned, and can achieve the best cleaning effect under the harsh condition.
2. The clean water pipe is selected and tower crane spraying system connects and can reduce the work when equipment fixing on same water pump, can not increase too much cost under the condition that increases the maintenance setting moreover, and what system started working with solution that the three-way valve just can be fine moreover. The atomizing cleaning spray head can clean the clothes softly. Ensuring that no other problems are caused after the cleaning work is finished.

The cleaning device comprises a spraying system 1, a cleaning device driving guide rail 2, a cleaning device 3, a cleaning device 4, a cleaning water pipeline 5, a spraying water pipeline 6, a track groove 7, a driving tooth 7, a driven gear 8, a conveying crawler 9, a cleaning device carrier 10, balls 11, a vertical support 12, a brush motor mounting rack 13, a brush motor 14, a brush 15, a cleaning spray head 16, a tee joint 17, a water pump 18, a guide rail motor 19, a stepping motor 20, a PLC21, a fixing rack 22 and a clamp 23.

as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the maintenance device of a tower crane spraying system for building construction comprises a spraying system 1 arranged on a tower crane boom, a cleaning device driving guide rail 2 arranged on the tower crane boom, a cleaning device 3 arranged on the cleaning device driving guide rail 2, a cleaning water pipeline 4 and a spraying water pipeline 5 arranged along a tower crane main body, wherein a water supply end of the cleaning device 3 and a water supply end of the spraying system 1 are respectively supplied with water by the cleaning water pipeline 4 and the spraying water pipeline 5, the cleaning device driving guide rail 2 comprises a track groove 6 positioned below the spraying system 1, a driving tooth 7 and a driven gear 8 arranged at two ends of the track groove 6 through bearings, a conveying track 9 arranged on the driving tooth 7 and the driven gear 8, a cleaning device carrier 10 fixed on the conveying track 9, and the rotating speed and the rotating direction of the driving tooth 7 are controlled by a guide rail motor 19, the cleaning device 3 is arranged on the cleaning device carrier 10, and the cleaning device 3 can spray water to clean the spray head of the spray system 1 when moving back and forth along with the cleaning device carrier 10.
In the above technical scheme, the left and right side walls of the cleaning device carrier 10 are respectively provided with the balls 11 for ensuring the smooth operation of the cleaning device carrier 10 and reducing the friction force between the cleaning device carrier 10 and the side walls of the track grooves 6. This configuration prevents the effect of vibration caused by the boom movement on the smooth movement of the cleaning device carrier 10.
In the above technical solution, the cleaning device carrier 10 is internally provided with the stepping motor 20, the middle part of the bottom plate of the cleaning device 3 is fixed on the output shaft of the stepping motor 20, and the cleaning device 3 can be driven by the stepping motor 20 to rotate in a horizontal circumferential stepping manner. The cleaning device 3 rotates around the tower crane spray header, so that the cleaning surface and the cleaning effect are greatly increased.
Among the above-mentioned technical scheme, cleaning device 3's bottom plate top surface both sides have two vertical supports 12, all are equipped with brush motor mounting bracket 13 on two vertical supports, all be fixed with brush motor 14 in brush motor mounting bracket 13 (for hollow mounting bracket), all install brush 15 on two brush motor 14's the output shaft, two brush 15 can be under the drive that corresponds brush motor 14 at vertical plane circumferential direction, spraying system 1's shower nozzle is located between two brushes 15, and is in two brush 15's cleaning range.
In the above technical scheme, the bottom plate of the cleaning device 3 is further provided with a cleaning nozzle 16 facing the nozzle of the spraying system 1, and the cleaning nozzle 16 is communicated with the cleaning water pipeline 4. The cleaning spray head adopts the atomizing spray head, and the atomizing spray head can achieve a cleaning effect and can not generate other influences on the spray head of the tower crane spray system which is installed.
In the above technical scheme, the cleaning water pipe 4 and the spraying water pipe 5 are connected to a water pump 18 through a tee 17.
In the above technical solution, the guide rail motor 19, the stepping motor 20 and the brush motor 14 are all controlled by a PLC 21.
In the above technical scheme, the cleaning water pipe 4 and the spraying water pipe 5 are both provided with switches.
In the technical scheme, one end of the track groove 6 is fixed on a tower crane boom through the fixing frame 22, and the other end of the track groove 6 is fixed on a tower crane rotation table through the hoop 23.
A tower crane spraying system maintenance method for building construction by using the device comprises the following steps:
step 1: controlling the cleaning device to drive a guide rail motor 19 in the guide rail 2, so that the conveying crawler 9 drives the cleaning device 3 to stop below a spray head of the spraying system 1 to be cleaned;
step 2: controlling a switch on the cleaning water pipeline 4 to enable a cleaning spray head 16 of the cleaning device 3 to spray water to a spray head of the spraying system 1 for washing;
and step 3: the step motor 20 is controlled to enable the cleaning device 3 to rotate in a horizontal circumferential stepping mode, the brush motor 14 is controlled to enable the brush 15 to flush and clean the spray head of the spraying system 1, and the brush 15 is driven by the cleaning device 3 in the horizontal circumferential stepping mode to achieve 360-degree flushing and cleaning of the spray head of the spraying system 1.
