背景技术
肠癌是消化道常见恶性肿瘤,其中大部分患者需做回肠或结肠造口术,我国目前肠造口患者总数已经超过100万,每年新增患者约10万,且有增加趋势,肠造口是挽救和延续患者生命并改善其生活质量的重要手段,但由于肠造口没有括约肌的控制、大便的直接刺激以及经常更换造口袋,造口周围的皮肤极易出现发红瘙痒甚至溃疡、感染等情况。
防漏膏是一种膏状糊剂,目前市场上存在的防漏膏产品多为不含酒精,其主要成分为液态橡胶和高分子吸水材料,最主要的液态橡胶有聚异丁烯和聚异戊二烯等,可以密封及填平造口周围皮肤的凹陷处,既可以使造口袋粘贴牢固、有效延长造口袋的使用时间,防止因频繁更换造口袋对皮肤的撕脱刺激,又可以有效阻挡粪便对造口袋内缘长期浸泡而引起的渗漏现象,从而减轻排泄物对皮肤的刺激。

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足而提供一种能够提高抗菌性和减少膏体残留的造口防漏膏。
解决上述技术问题,本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种抗菌性造口防漏膏,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:乙醇8-28 份、异丙醇2-10份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮30-50份、聚维酮碘1-3份、交联羧甲基纤维素纳20-28份、明胶5-15份。
进一步的,乙醇10-26份、异丙醇4-8份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮35-45份、聚维酮碘1.5-2.5份、交联羧甲基纤维素纳22-26份、明胶8-12份。
进一步的,乙醇18份、异丙醇6份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮40份、聚维酮碘2份、交联羧甲基纤维素纳24份、明胶10份。

本发明的抗菌性造口防漏膏,以乙醇、异丙醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚维酮碘、交联羧甲基纤维素纳和明胶作为原料,其中聚维酮碘为广谱的强力杀菌消毒剂,对病毒、细菌、真菌及霉菌孢子都有较强的杀灭作用,对皮肤刺激性小,毒性低,作用持久。聚维酮碘是元素碘和聚合物载体相结合而成的疏松复合物,聚维酮起载体和助溶作用,游离碘的氧化作用对微生物起杀灭作用。聚维酮碘易溶于水或乙醇,溶于乙醇后,在溶剂中逐渐释放出碘,起到一种缓释作用,以保持较长时间的杀菌力。在配方中加入一定量的乙醇和聚维酮碘,使聚维酮碘能够较好的溶解在乙醇中,从而起到持续的杀菌作用,使得膏体具有抗菌性能。而聚乙烯吡络烷酮有优良的生理惰性,不参与人体新陈代谢,又具有优良的生物相容性,对皮肤、粘膜、眼等不形成任何刺激。聚乙烯吡络烷酮是一种极易溶解于醇类的聚合物,溶解后具有较好的分散性、成膜性、粘结性以及定型能力。在配方中引入聚乙烯吡络烷酮,使得膏体在涂抹后能快速形成一层相互连接且具有粘性的膜状物,与胶盘很好融合,在胶盘揭除后,会随胶盘一起剥离,不会在皮肤上留下明显残留膏体。利用聚维酮碘中游离碘的杀菌作用,并利用游离碘在聚维酮载体的缓释作用下起到了持续性游离碘的输出,保证了杀菌的持久性,有效提高了杀菌性能,另外,由于聚乙烯吡络烷酮较强的成膜性以及粘结性,从而保住了膏体涂抹后不易剥离,且聚乙烯吡络烷酮的分散作用,使得本发明的抗菌性造口防漏膏在使用时,可以持续获得比较好的游离碘的输出,保证了持久性的抗菌作用,解决单一乙醇作为抗菌剂使用挥发快,杀菌持续低的问题。

检测结果
实施例1-5中,因加入了一定量的抗菌剂聚维酮碘,同时含有一定量乙醇,膏体的抗菌性测试结果显示其抗菌率均>90%,达到具有抗菌效果的标准;对比例1中无乙醇和聚维酮碘,故抗菌率低;对比例2中乙醇,聚维酮碘溶解不好,抗菌率也不高;对比例3中没有添加聚维酮碘,只能显示出乙醇的消毒杀菌特性,抗菌率较低;对比例4和5中因为乙醇和聚维酮碘的比例不合适,故其抗菌率也不高;对比例6和对比例7中没有明显的抗菌性材料添加,故抗菌率较低。
实施例1-5中,以及对比例1-5中都存在一定量的聚乙烯吡络烷酮,故其膏体残留率较低。

聚维酮碘为广谱的强力杀菌消毒剂,对病毒、细菌、真菌及霉菌孢子都有较强的杀灭作用,对皮肤刺激性小,毒性低,作用持久。聚维酮碘是元素碘和聚合物载体相结合而成的疏松复合物,聚维酮起载体和助溶作用,游离碘的氧化作用对微生物起杀灭作用。聚维酮碘易溶于水或乙醇,溶于乙醇后,在溶剂中逐渐释放出碘,起到一种缓释作用,以保持较长时间的杀菌力。在配方中加入一定量的乙醇和聚维酮碘,使聚维酮碘能够较好的溶解在乙醇中,从而起到持续的杀菌作用,使得膏体具有抗菌性能。
聚乙烯吡络烷酮有优良的生理惰性,不参与人体新陈代谢,又具有优良的生物相容性,对皮肤、粘膜、眼等不形成任何刺激。聚乙烯吡络烷酮是一种极易溶解于醇类的聚合物,溶解后具有较好的分散性、成膜性、粘结性以及定型能力。在配方中引入聚乙烯吡络烷酮,使得膏体在涂抹后能快速形成一层相互连接且具有粘性的膜状物,与胶盘很好融合,在胶盘揭除后,会随胶盘一起剥离,不会在皮肤上留下明显残留膏体。

Claims (7)

1.一种抗菌性造口防漏膏,其特征在于,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:乙醇8-28份、异丙醇2-10份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮30-50份、聚维酮碘1-3份、交联羧甲基纤维素纳20-28份、明胶5-15份。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗菌性造口防漏膏,其特征在于,乙醇10-26份、异丙醇4-8份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮35-45份、聚维酮碘1.5-2.5份、交联羧甲基纤维素纳22-26份、明胶8-12份。
3.如权利要求1所述的抗菌性造口防漏膏,其特征在于,乙醇18份、异丙醇6份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮40份、聚维酮碘2份、交联羧甲基纤维素纳24份、明胶10份。
4.如权利要求1所述的抗菌性造口防漏膏,其特征在于,乙醇和聚维酮碘的重量比为8-28:1-3。
5.如权利要求1所述的抗菌性造口防漏膏,其特征在于,乙醇和聚维酮碘的重量比为18:2。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述的抗菌性造口防漏膏的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:将乙醇、异丙醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚维酮碘、交联羧甲基纤维素纳和明胶按配比混合均匀,然后加入到高速混合搅拌机中进行搅拌,然后将混合好的膏体通过挤压盘压至自动罐装料斗,完成自动灌装。
7.根据权利要求6所述的抗菌性造口防漏膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述高速混合搅拌机的转速为650-850r/min。
