Claims (10)
- The LED light source heat dissipation device comprises a heat dissipation plate, wherein the heat dissipation plate is a composite plate, a closed micro-groove structure is arranged in the heat dissipation plate, and heat transfer working media are filled in the micro-groove structure;the heat dissipation plate is divided into a heat source area, a heated area, a reflux area and an isolation area, and heat transfer working media in the heat dissipation plate circularly move in the heat source area, the heated area and the reflux area and continuously perform heat absorption, heat transfer, heat dissipation, reflux and re-heat absorption.
- 2. The LED light source heat sink of claim 1, wherein the heat sink is a plate-like structure.
- 3. The LED light source heat sink according to claim 1, wherein the heat sink is a single-sided raised structure, the heat sink has a flat front surface and a raised back surface with micro-grooves.
- 4. The LED light source heat sink as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heat sink is formed by a welding or inflation process.
- 5. The LED light source heat sink as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heat sink has n ribs, where n is greater than or equal to 1.
- 6. The invention also provides LED street lamps which comprise the LED light source heat dissipation device, a light source component, a lens component, a power supply and a fixing component, wherein the light source component comprises an LED light source and an LED light source pressing plate, the lens component comprises a lens, a sealing ring and a pressing ring, the power supply and the fixing component are divided into a power supply cavity and a hoop cavity, the power supply cavity comprises a cavity base and an upper cover, a driving power supply is arranged in the power supply cavity, and the hoop cavity is used for connecting and fastening a lamp and a lamp pole.
- 7. The LED street lamp according to claim 6, wherein the power cavity upper cover is provided with a plurality of air holes.
- 8. The LED street lamp according to claim 6, wherein the power cavity and the hoop cavity are integrally formed, and the overlapping areas of the power cavity and the hoop cavity and the heat dissipation plate are arranged in a strip shape.
- 9. The LED street lamp according to claim 6, wherein the hoop cavity is annular, the shape and size of the middle cavity of the hoop cavity correspond to the shape and size of the lamp post, and a plurality of screws are distributed around the hoop cavity for fastening.
- 10. The LED street lamp according to claim 6, wherein the light source assembly and the power supply and fixing assembly are respectively installed on different sides of the LED light source heat sink.
