Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of dumbbell barbell discs, which comprises the steps of preparing a preformed filler, preparing a shell and performing injection molding to obtain a finished product of the dumbbell barbell disc, wherein the preformed filler is prepared by adding an adhesive material into a fixed-shape mold, pouring the filler after molding, and pouring the filler in a shape of a ring disc with a through hole in the middle, the shell is prepared by pouring a plastic raw material into a shell molding mold and performing injection molding to form a shell shape and putting the preformed filler into the molded shell, and the injection molding is performed by performing hot injection molding to fix and seal the joint of the shell filled with the preformed filler.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of manufacturing of fitness equipment, in particular to a manufacturing method of dumbbell barbell discs.
Background

The invention aims to provide dumbbell barbell disc manufacturing methods which can effectively save labor cost, reduce product volume and improve product texture.

Detailed Description
The following provides a detailed description of the present invention, which is provided to help understand the present invention but not to limit the present invention, and the technical features of the embodiments of the present invention described below can be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment discloses methods for manufacturing dumbbell barbell discs, which are manufactured by performing filler fabrication, shell fabrication, and injection molding to obtain the final product.
The manufacturing method of the pre-formed filler comprises the steps of pouring the filler of the barbell dumbbell sheet into a trough of a hydraulic press, and pressing the filler into a disc shape through a pressing rod of the hydraulic press, wherein the filler can be iron sand or common sand and the like, sand mixed with annual scrap iron and other materials can be used as the filler in other specific embodiments of the invention, the filler density is increased in aspect, and waste materials can be recycled.
Manufacturing a shell: pouring plastic raw materials into a shell forming mold to be molded into a shell shape, and putting preformed fillers into the formed shell; in this embodiment, the casing is formed by injection molding the upper and lower casings separately, and then the preformed packing is put into the upper and lower casings to be split into disks. In the manufacturing process of the shell, the upper shell and the lower shell are respectively subjected to injection molding, the molded upper shell and the molded lower shell respectively comprise outer edges and inner edges, the outer edges are spliced to form the outer edges of the shell, and the inner edges are spliced to form mounting holes for mounting the rods. The position of the specific hot injection molding is the connecting position of the inner edge and the outer edge.
Preferably, the dumbbell barbell disc after the injection molding step is put into a mold to respectively inject and cover the rubber sleeve in the outer edge and the central assembly through hole, the mode of the connection part is the same as that of injection molding, the difference is that plastic adopted by injection molding is a softer material after thermoplastic molding, materials such as a silica gel sleeve can also be adopted, the material is feasible, materials such as PU can also be adopted, the shell of the product is protected after molding, the friction force can also be increased, the attractiveness of the product can be enhanced, and the mode of body injection molding is adopted, the rubber sleeve cannot be loosened in the using process, the body feeling is strong, and the product is good in texture.

The specific embodiment discloses a manufacturing method of dumbbell barbell discs, and the finished dumbbell barbell disc products are obtained through preformed filler manufacturing, shell manufacturing and injection molding.

Referring to fig. 2, the structure of the barbell dumbbell disk manufactured according to the present invention includes an upper casing 1, a lower casing 2 and a preformed filling core 3, wherein the upper casing 1 and the lower casing 2 are respectively formed by bodies through plastic injection molding, the upper casing 1 and the lower casing 2 are combined to form a casing for filling the preformed filling core 3, the preformed filling core 3 is fixed in the casing in a limited manner, an assembling hole for assembling a rod is formed in the center of the upper casing 1 and the lower casing 2, the preformed filling core 3 is a filler formed by pre-pressing, and the shape of the preformed filling core 3 is matched with the casing.
The upper shell 1 and the lower shell 2 respectively comprise an outer edge and an inner edge which form a surrounding block, the outer edge 11 of the upper shell 1 is matched with the outer edge 21 of the lower shell 2 in size, the outer edge 21 of the lower shell 2 is inserted into the inner side of the outer edge 11 of the upper shell 1, the inner edge 12 of the upper shell 1 is matched with the inner edge 22 of the lower shell 2 in size, and the inner edge 12 of the upper shell 1 is inserted into the inner edge 22 of the lower shell 2 to form an assembly hole for an assembly rod.
