Preferably, in the implementation, as shown in fig. 1, an included angle θ 3 between a surface of the reflective layer 2 contacting the color filter (e.g., R) and the inclined surface of the reflective layer 2 is 60 °.
In specific implementation, the reflective layer and the auxiliary layer can be right-angled triangular prisms, and the included angle between the inclined surface and the right-angled surface in each right-angled triangular prism is selected according to the angle provided in the embodiment of the invention.
In one embodiment, the reflective layer and the auxiliary layer can be formed by a half-tone mask process (halftone photo mask).
