Abstract
本发明提供一种改进型纳米复合滤布,包括滤网支撑层,半渗透过滤层,初级防护过滤层,缓冲垫,次级反渗透层,汇流层和导向引导触头,其中:半渗透过滤层通过细丝和树脂胶安装在滤网支撑层的上表面,且初级防护过滤层通过细丝和树脂胶安装在半渗透过滤层的上表面,该缓冲垫通过树脂胶粘结在初级防护过滤层的表面;所述滤网支撑层的下表面通过细丝和树脂胶安装有次级反渗透层,且汇流层通过细丝和树脂胶安装在次级反渗透层的下表面,该导向引导触头通过树脂胶粘结在汇流层的下表面。本发明滤网支撑层,半渗透过滤层,缓冲垫,次级反渗透层和导向引导触头的设置,通过智能结构与机械结构进行整体对比,过滤次数多,过滤彻底,不容易损坏。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于滤布技术领域,尤其涉及一种改进型纳米复合滤布。
背景技术
滤布是由天然纤维或合成纤维织成的过滤介质。包括金属网或滤网。主要应用于空气过滤和清除粉尘,集尘粉末,以净化空气,保护环境,在冶炼厂、化工厂、制糖、染料、医药、食品等工业。
而本发明利用的是半透膜进行过滤,透膜是一种只让某些分子和离子扩散进出的薄膜,一般来说,半透膜只允许离子和小分子物质通过,而生物大分子物质不能自由通过半透膜,原因是半透膜的孔隙的大小比离子和小分子大,但比生物大分子例如蛋白质、淀粉等小,如羊皮纸、玻璃纸等都属于半透膜,但是现有滤布依然存在着过滤次数少,过滤不彻底,容易损坏的问题。
因此,发明一种改进型纳米复合滤布显得非常必要。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种改进型纳米复合滤布,以解决现有滤布依然存在着过滤次数少,过滤不彻底,容易损坏的问题。一种改进型纳米复合滤布,包括滤网支撑层,半渗透过滤层,初级防护过滤层,缓冲垫,次级反渗透层,汇流层和导向引导触头,其中:半渗透过滤层通过细丝和树脂胶安装在滤网支撑层的上表面,且初级防护过滤层通过细丝和树脂胶安装在半渗透过滤层的上表面,该缓冲垫通过树脂胶粘结在初级防护过滤层的表面;所述滤网支撑层的下表面通过细丝和树脂胶安装有次级反渗透层,且汇流层通过细丝和树脂胶安装在次级反渗透层的下表面,该导向引导触头通过树脂胶粘结在汇流层的下表面;所述导向引导触头包括支撑体,软胶防护套和流水导向槽,且软胶防护套嵌套在支撑体的外表面,该流水导向槽设置在软胶防护套的外表面。
所述滤网支撑层采用轻薄的不锈钢制金属片,且滤网支撑层的表面设置有若干均匀排列的六边形开孔。
所述半渗透过滤层和次级渗透层采用若干层胶棉半透膜,且半透膜之间相互重叠,且半透膜之间渗透方向一致。
所述缓冲垫采用若干根棉麻纤维,且缓冲垫内部的棉麻纤维向一侧倾斜一定的角度。
所述导向引导触头采用细小的长条形橡胶粒,且导向引导触头之间相互平行。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.本发明滤网支撑层的设置,有利于形成若干受力点,防止上方加压向下推动需要过滤的水的时候对下方的半渗透过滤层产生破坏,增加半渗透过滤层的使用寿命。
2.本发明半渗透过滤层和次级渗透层的设置,有利于通过渗透将需要过滤的水分内部的杂质大幅度的过滤,防止直径大于纳米渗透膜的杂质继续前进。
3.本发明导向引导触头的设置,有利于将过滤完成的水依据规定好的路径向下流动,防止出现过滤好的水到处流淌的事情发生。

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分的实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本发明保护的范围。

本发明提供的一种改进型纳米复合滤布,包括滤网支撑层1,半渗透过滤层2,初级防护过滤层3,缓冲垫4,次级反渗透层5,汇流层6和导向引导触头7,在使用过程中需要注意半透膜的渗透方向,否则会在水压的参与下造成撕裂,半渗透膜是只让某些分子和离子扩散进出的薄膜,一般来说,半透膜只允许离子和小分子物质通过,而生物大分子物质不能自由通过半透膜,原因是半透膜的孔隙的大小比离子和小分子大,所以本渗透膜是本发明的主要过滤结构,但是半渗透膜较为脆弱,所以本发明粒加入了滤网支撑层1的使用,可以形成若干受力点,防止上方加压向下推动需要过滤的水的时候对下方的半渗透过滤层2产生破坏,增加半渗透过滤层2的使用寿命;在滤网支撑层1的作用下使半渗透过滤层2和次级渗透层5可以经受的住加大压力,通过渗透将需要过滤的水分内部的杂质大幅度的过滤,防止直径大于纳米渗透膜的杂质继续前进;而在需要处理的水进入时需要对本发明进行冲击,而缓冲垫4的使用,防止上方因压力流过的水直接冲击滤布,导致滤布被撕裂;最后通过导向引导触头7的引导收集过滤好的水,完成过滤。
利用本发明所述技术方案,或本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案的启发下,设计出类似的技术方案,而达到上述技术效果的,均是落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种改进型纳米复合滤布,其特征在于:包括滤网支撑层(1),半渗透过滤层(2),初级防护过滤层(3),缓冲垫(4),次级反渗透层(5),汇流层(6)和导向引导触头(7),其中:半渗透过滤层(2)通过细丝和树脂胶安装在滤网支撑层(1)的上表面,且初级防护过滤层(3)通过细丝和树脂胶安装在半渗透过滤层(2)的上表面,该缓冲垫(4)通过树脂胶粘结在初级防护过滤层(3)的表面;所述滤网支撑层(1)的下表面通过细丝和树脂胶安装有次级反渗透层(5),且汇流层(6)通过细丝和树脂胶安装在次级反渗透层(5)的下表面,该导向引导触头(7)通过树脂胶粘结在汇流层(6)的下表面;所述导向引导触头(7)包括支撑体(71),软胶防护套(72)和流水导向槽(73),且软胶防护套(72)嵌套在支撑体(71)的外表面,该流水导向槽(73)设置在软胶防护套(72)的外表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的改进型纳米复合滤布,其特征在于:所述滤网支撑层(1)采用轻薄的不锈钢制金属片,且滤网支撑层(1)的表面设置有若干均匀排列的六边形开孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的改进型纳米复合滤布,其特征在于:所述半渗透过滤层(2)和次级渗透层(5)采用若干层胶棉半透膜,且半透膜之间相互重叠,且半透膜之间渗透方向一致。
4.如权利要求1所述的改进型纳米复合滤布,其特征在于:所述缓冲垫(4)采用若干根棉麻纤维,且缓冲垫(4)内部的棉麻纤维向一侧倾斜一定的角度。
5.如权利要求3所述的改进型纳米复合滤布,其特征在于:所述导向引导触头(7)采用细小的长条形橡胶粒,且导向引导触头(7)之间相互平行。
