Abstract
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing an enhanced racket frame, which comprises the following steps: (1) forming and hardening at least one first frame piece; (2) pre-forming a plurality of second frame members, wherein the plurality of second frame members are all objects containing unhardened carbon fibers; (3) the method comprises the following steps of superposing a first frame piece and a plurality of second frame pieces, wherein each second frame piece is in contact with the first frame piece, and the first frame piece and the plurality of second frame pieces are wrapped by carbon fiber cloth to form an assembly; (4) and putting the assembly into a mold and heating to harden and form the second frame piece, and the carbon fiber cloth is also hardened and formed into the shell. By forming and hardening a first frame part, manufacturing a plurality of unhardened second frame parts and matching each second frame part to be contacted with the first frame part, each second frame part is well supported and shaped by the first frame part in the secondary curing process, so that each second frame part can be easily formed into a preset shape after being cured, and the integral rigidity and torsion resistance of the racket frame are effectively improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of rackets, in particular to a manufacturing method of an enhanced racket frame.
Background
The badminton racket or the tennis racket generally comprises a racket frame, a handle and a connecting middle pipe, the traditional racket frame is of a hollow structure, and the rigidity and the torsion resistance of the racket frame are limited due to the hollow design of the racket frame. Therefore, a racket frame with a solid structure appears, at present, the racket frame with the solid structure mainly comprises a carbon fiber outer tube, at least two groups of composite tube cores are arranged in the carbon fiber outer tube, and during manufacturing, the carbon fiber outer tube and the at least two groups of composite tube cores are heated and cured at the same time. In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a method for manufacturing a reinforced racket frame, which can effectively solve the problem of poor rigidity and torsion resistance of the conventional racket frame.

(1) forming and hardening at least one first frame piece;
(2) pre-forming a plurality of second frame members, wherein the plurality of second frame members are all objects containing unhardened carbon fibers;
(3) the method comprises the following steps of superposing a first frame piece and a plurality of second frame pieces, wherein each second frame piece is in contact with the first frame piece, and the first frame piece and the plurality of second frame pieces are wrapped by carbon fiber cloth to form an assembly;
(4) and putting the assembly into a mould to be heated, so that the second frame piece is hardened and formed, and the carbon fiber cloth is also hardened and formed into a shell, thereby obtaining the reinforced racket frame.

Preferably, the cross section of the first frame member is polygonal or circular.

Preferably, the second frame members in the respective positions of the reinforced racket frame are different in direction or number.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a reinforced racket frame, comprising the following steps:
(1) forming and hardening at least one first frame member 10; the first frame 10 is a metal member, a carbon fiber member, or a composite member of carbon fiber and a foam material, and is not limited, and the cross section of the first frame 10 is polygonal or circular, in this embodiment, the cross section of the first frame 10 is pentagonal, and may also be square, and is not limited. The number of the first frame members 10 may be plural.
(2) Pre-forming a plurality of second frame members 20, each of the plurality of second frame members 20 being an article containing unhardened carbon fibers; in this embodiment, the number of the second frame members 20 is four, and the second frame members 20 are an integral carbon fiber member or a composite member of carbon fiber and a foam material, which is not limited. 5. The method of making a reinforced racquet frame as recited in claim 1, further comprising: the shell is an integral carbon fiber piece or a carbon fiber and foam material composite piece.
6. The method of making a reinforced racquet frame as recited in claim 1, further comprising: the second frame members in the respective positions of the reinforced racket frame are different in direction or number.
