Background
The prior art has the following defects: the existing disposable exhibition stand is not environment-friendly enough in material, the glue and formaldehyde in the composite board pollute exhibition environment, but are not released in advance, and the public health is not facilitated. The installation time is long, and the garbage must be cleared and transported after being unfolded; each scheme of the disposable exhibition stand is new and then disassembled, compared with the scheme capable of being repeatedly used, the cost is very high, the installation and the disassembly need longer time, and the occupation time of the exhibition site is long; the existing material with modular design is generally made of aluminum profiles or magnesium aluminum alloy, and the class material has the defects that the weight is difficult to meet the installation requirement or the rigidity is too poor. Because the rigidity of aluminium or magnalium very easily takes place deformation more than 1mm in installation and storage transportation etc. process, the deflection still can increase along with the volume, and at module handing-over department, seam crossing is not smooth enough and is inevitable. Even if the plastic layer is adhered on the surface, the seam still appears, so that the display effect is not ideal, the high-end market is difficult to be occupied, and the market competitiveness is seriously influenced. However, the straightness of the module about two meters is completely controlled in a dark mode, and even if the positioning pins are used for positioning section by section, partial pins are inserted too tightly, so that the installation and the disassembly are not facilitated; starting from the aspects of manufacturing precision and material improvement, preventing module splicing requires high processing cost, at least the shape is consistent enough when leaving a factory, and the deformation is small in the links of assembly, disassembly, transportation and the like, obviously the difficulty is high, especially the length of some aluminum parts reaches or even exceeds 2 meters, and the self deformation is about 2-10mm when the aluminum parts are laid down.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a modular and reusable exhibition stand, which can achieve the effect of seamless butt joint in short.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows: a modularized reusable exhibition stand comprises a plurality of wallboards, a cover plate assembly and a plurality of connecting assemblies; a corner supporting column is arranged at the corner part of the exhibition stand, and two sides of the corner supporting column are respectively connected with the two wallboards through connecting components; the wallboards forming the planar wall body of the exhibition stand are connected with each other through the connecting component; the connecting assembly comprises a memory material strip and a pair of supporting pieces which are oppositely arranged left and right, wherein one supporting piece is detachably connected with the wall board, and the other supporting piece is detachably connected with the wall board or a corner supporting column;
the supporting pieces are of upright strip-shaped structures, the two supporting pieces are provided with open slots with outward openings, the two supporting pieces are detachably spliced together through screws, the open slots of the two supporting pieces are mutually butted to form a fixing slot, and the fixing slot is of a vertically through slot structure;
the memory material strip is made of a memory material, the memory material strip is of a strip-shaped plate-shaped structure, and the memory material strip is pressed in the fixing groove and clamped by the two supporting pieces.
Furthermore, the bottom of the open groove of the support piece is composed of a mounting reference surface and an arc-shaped groove combined structure, the arc-shaped groove combined structure is composed of a plurality of continuous arc-shaped grooves, the mounting reference surface and the arc-shaped grooves extend along the length direction of the support piece, and the mounting reference surface is in contact with the inner side plate surface of the memory material strip; the installation reference surfaces of the two supporting pieces are mutually spliced to form a central area of the bottom of the fixed groove, and the arc-shaped groove combined structures of the two supporting pieces are respectively positioned in two edge areas of the bottom of the fixed groove.
Furthermore, the two side edges of the opening of the fixing groove are respectively provided with a crimping flange, the two crimping flanges are respectively formed on the two supporting pieces, the two long sides of the memory material strip are respectively provided with a side flange protruding outwards along the lateral direction, and the two crimping flanges respectively press the two side flanges.
Further, the outer side surfaces of the two supporting pieces are both of a plane structure, and the outer side plate surfaces of the memory material strips are flush with the outer side surfaces of the two supporting pieces.
Furthermore, the cross section structure of the supporting pieces is approximately L-shaped, one part of the two supporting pieces extends towards the inside of the exhibition stand and is attached to each other in a surface contact mode, and the extending direction of the other part of the two supporting pieces is parallel to the surface of the wallboard and forms the fixing groove.
Further, the outer side surfaces of the two supporting pieces are flush with the surface of the wallboard plate.
Further, at the corner part of the exhibition stand, the corner support column is detachably connected with one of the support pieces and is smoothly connected with the support piece, and the other support piece is detachably connected with the wall board and is smoothly connected with the wall board.
Furthermore, on the display stand plane wall body, two adjacent wall boards are respectively detachably connected with the two supporting pieces and are smoothly connected.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the seamless butt joint effect can be achieved, the gap of butt joint installation is eliminated by using the characteristics of the memory material strip, the smooth butt joint of the corner part of the exhibition stand and the plane wall body can be realized, and the effect of smooth wall surface is achieved;
2) the two edge areas of the bottom of the fixed groove are both arc-shaped groove combined structures, each arc-shaped groove combined structure is composed of a plurality of continuous arc-shaped grooves, so that the memory material strip is conveniently embedded into the fixed groove, and the phenomenon that the memory material strip is too flat after being used is avoided;
3) the rigidity and strength of the butt joint can be improved.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples.
As shown in fig. 1-7, a modular reusable exhibition stand comprises wall panels 6, a cover plate assembly and connecting assemblies; a corner supporting column 4 is arranged at the corner part of the exhibition stand, and two sides of the corner supporting column 4 are respectively connected with two wall plates 6 through connecting components; the wall boards 6 forming the flat wall of the exhibition stand are connected with each other through connecting components. In this embodiment, the cover plate assembly is a split structure, and since the corner support columns 4 are hollow structures and have openings at upper ends, the corner cover plate 7 is specially designed in this embodiment to cover the upper ends of the corner support columns 4, and the corner cover plate 7 is spliced with the cover plate covering the planar wall body, so as to facilitate rapid on-site butt joint.
The connecting assembly comprises a memory material strip 1 and a pair of supports 2 arranged oppositely left and right, wherein one support 2 is detachably connected with a wall plate 6, and the other support 2 is detachably connected with the wall plate 6 or a corner supporting column 4.
At the corner part of the exhibition stand, the corner support column 4 is detachably connected with one support piece 2 and is smoothly connected with the other support piece 2, and the other support piece 2 is detachably connected with the wall plate 6 and is smoothly connected with the wall plate; on the flat wall of the exhibition stand, two adjacent wall boards 6 are respectively detachably connected with the two supporting pieces 2 and are smoothly connected. And at the later stage, plastic films or other covering pieces are utilized to cover all corner parts and the plane wall bodies of the exhibition stands so as to fully achieve the effect of smoothing the wall surface.
Above-mentioned support piece 2 is upright rectangular form structure, and two support piece 2 all have the outside open slot of opening, and two support piece 2 pass through screw detachably concatenation together, and two support piece 2's open slot dock each other and form a fixed slot 3, and fixed slot 3 sets up to link up the groove structure from top to bottom.
The memory material strip 1 is made of a memory material, the memory material strip 1 is in a strip-shaped plate-shaped structure, and the memory material strip 1 is pressed in the fixing groove 3 and clamped by the two supporting pieces 2. When the memory material strip 1 is installed, the memory material strip 1 may be pressed by the auxiliary pressing plate so that the memory material strip 1 can be more closely inserted into the fixing groove 3. The memory material strip 1 used in the present embodiment is made of a commercially available memory material, and has an excellent shape memory effect without limitation to a specific memory material.
The bottom of the open slot of the support member 2 is composed of a mounting reference surface 2c and an arc-shaped slot combined structure, the arc-shaped slot combined structure is composed of a plurality of continuous arc-shaped slots 2a, the mounting reference surface 2c and the arc-shaped slots 2a both extend along the length direction of the support member 2, and the mounting reference surface 2c is in contact with the inner side plate surface of the memory material strip 1; the installation reference surfaces 2c of the two support pieces 2 are mutually spliced to form the central area of the bottom of the fixed groove 3, and the arc-shaped groove combined structures of the two support pieces 2 are respectively positioned at the two edge areas of the bottom of the fixed groove 3. The memory material strip 1 is prevented from being excessively flattened after being used.
The two sides of the opening of the fixing groove 3 are provided with two crimping flanges 2b, the two crimping flanges 2b are respectively formed on the two supporting members 2, the two long sides of the memory material strip 1 are provided with side flanges 1a protruding outwards along the lateral direction, and the two crimping flanges 2b respectively press the two side flanges 1 a.
The outer side surfaces of the two supporting pieces 2 are both of a plane structure, and the outer side plate surfaces of the memory material strips 1 are flush with the outer side surfaces of the two supporting pieces 2.
The cross section structure of the supporting pieces 2 is approximately L-shaped, one part of the two supporting pieces 2 extends towards the interior of the exhibition stand and is attached to each other in a surface contact mode, and the other part of the two supporting pieces 2 extends in a direction parallel to the plate surface of the wall plate 6 and forms the fixing groove 3.
The outer side surfaces of the two supporting pieces 2 are flush with the surface of the wall plate 6.
