The valve seat of the ball valve is composed of a Teflon carbide sealing ring and a disk spring, so that the ball valve has strong adaptability to pressure and temperature changes, and cannot generate any leakage slip in the range of marked pressure and temperature. The integral welded ball valve is generally formed by pressing a carbon steel seamless steel pipe, has good sealing performance and corrosion resistance, and is widely applied to the field of long-distance pipelines such as natural gas, petroleum, heat supply, chemical engineering, thermal power grids and the like. However, the existing ball valve has great limitation and cannot meet the requirement of modern industrial production.
At present, the demand of ultra-large-diameter all-welded ball valves for long-distance pipelines of heat supply projects in various big cities is increased day by day, and due to the limitation of domestic technology and manufacturing level, required valves are mainly imported, so that the project cost is increased.
