Abstract

本发明公开了一种三偏心密封蝶阀的限位环结构，具体涉及密封蝶阀技术领域，包括限位块，所述限位块一侧开设有第一通风孔，所述第一通风孔内部固定连接有金属防尘网，所述限位块顶部一侧开设有第二通风孔，所述第二通风孔设于金属防尘网顶部，所述第二通风孔与第一通风孔相连通，所述限位块外侧固定连接有第一密封圈，所述限位块内壁上加工有内螺纹。本发明通过阀杆转动，带动限位块向上移动，在限位块移动至阀体内部的时候由于第一密封圈的原因使流水中的杂物不会进入轴承处，达到了防止轴承因为杂物卡死的目的，截流的时候，使阀杆翻转，从而使限位块一侧的金属防尘网露出，使流入轴承处的少量液体流出。

技术领域
本发明涉及密封蝶阀技术领域，更具体地说，本实用涉及一种三偏心密封蝶阀的限位环结构。
背景技术
蝶阀由于具有良好的流量调节功能和关闭密封特性，是近十几年来发展最快的阀门品种之一，蝶阀的使用范围非常广泛，其使用的品种和数量仍在继续扩大，并向高温，高压，大口径，高密封性，长寿命，优良的调节特性，以及一阀多功能发展。其可靠性及其他性能指标均达到较高水平。
现有的三偏心密封蝶阀仍然存在缺点，比如现有的三偏心密封蝶阀轴承处易进水或者杂物等，导致了三偏心密封蝶阀使用寿命缩短，不利于使用。
因此，发明一种三偏心密封蝶阀的限位环结构很有必要。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷，本发明的实施例提供一种三偏心密封蝶阀的限位环结构，通过阀杆转动，带动限位块向上移动，在限位块移动至阀体内部的时候由于第一密封圈的原因使流水中的杂物不会进入轴承处，达到了防止轴承因为杂物卡死的目的，截流的时候，使阀杆翻转，从而使限位块一侧的金属防尘网露出，使流入轴承处的少量液体流出，从而使轴承处晾干，从而达到了防止由于轴承进水导致寿命减少的目的，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种三偏心密封蝶阀的限位环结构，包括限位块，所述限位块一侧开设有第一通风孔，所述第一通风孔内部固定连接有金属防尘网，所述限位块顶部一侧开设有第二通风孔，所述第二通风孔设于金属防尘网顶部，所述第二通风孔与第一通风孔相连通，所述限位块外侧固定连接有第一密封圈，所述限位块内壁上加工有内螺纹。
在一个优选地实施方式中，所述限位块外侧设有阀体，所述阀体内部开设有通孔，所述限位块设于通孔内部，所述阀体顶部设有阀杆，所述阀杆贯穿阀体与通孔并且延伸至阀体底部，所述阀杆外侧加工有外螺纹，所述限位块与阀杆通过内螺纹和外螺纹连接。
在一个优选地实施方式中，所述阀杆与阀体连接处设有轴承，所述阀杆与阀体通过轴承活动连接。
在一个优选地实施方式中，所述阀杆一侧设有阀板，所述阀板设于通孔内部。
在一个优选地实施方式中，所述阀板一侧固定连接有基座，所述基座套设于阀杆上并且通过螺栓与阀杆固定连接。
在一个优选地实施方式中，所述基座设于通孔内部。
在一个优选地实施方式中，所述阀板顶部一侧镶嵌有第二密封圈，所述第二密封圈与阀板固定连接，所述第二密封圈设于通孔内部。
在一个优选地实施方式中，所述限位块底部两侧均固定连接有导向块，所述导向块和第一密封圈底部均延伸入基座内部。
本发明的技术效果和优点：
通过阀杆转动，带动限位块向上移动，在限位块移动至阀体内部的时候由于第一密封圈的原因使流水中的杂物不会进入轴承处，达到了防止轴承因为杂物卡死的目的，截流的时候，使阀杆翻转，从而使限位块一侧的金属防尘网露出，使流入轴承处的少量液体流出，从而使轴承处晾干，从而达到了防止由于轴承进水导致寿命缩短的目的，与现有技术相比，本发明在轴承的保护上做出了进步，增加了三偏心密封蝶阀的使用寿命。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供了如图1-5所示的一种三偏心密封蝶阀的限位环结构，包括限位块3，所述限位块3一侧开设有第一通风孔12，所述第一通风孔12内部固定连接有金属防尘网4，所述限位块3顶部一侧开设有第二通风孔5，所述第二通风孔5设于金属防尘网4顶部，所述第二通风孔5与第一通风孔12相连通，所述限位块3外侧固定连接有第一密封圈6，所述限位块3内壁上加工有内螺纹；
所述限位块3外侧设有阀体1，所述阀体1内部开设有通孔9，所述限位块3设于通孔9内部，所述阀体1顶部设有阀杆2，所述阀杆2贯穿阀体1与通孔9并且延伸至阀体1底部，所述阀杆2外侧加工有外螺纹，所述限位块3与阀杆2通过内螺纹和外螺纹连接；
所述阀杆2与阀体1连接处设有轴承，所述阀杆2与阀体1通过轴承活动连接；
所述阀杆2一侧设有阀板7，所述阀板7设于通孔9内部；
所述阀板7一侧固定连接有基座8，所述基座8套设于阀杆2上并且通过螺栓与阀杆2固定连接；
所述基座8设于通孔9内部；
所述阀板7顶部一侧镶嵌有第二密封圈10，所述第二密封圈10与阀板7固定连接，所述第二密封圈10设于通孔9内部；
所述限位块3底部两侧均固定连接有导向块11，所述导向块11和第一密封圈6底部均延伸入基座8内部。
实施方式具体为：在使用本发明时，通过外力旋转阀杆2，从而带动基座8在通孔9内部旋转，因为基座8与阀板7固定连接，所以在基座8旋转的同时会带动阀板7旋转，从而打破密封状态使液体从阀板7两侧流过，又因为阀杆2与阀体1是通过轴承连接，所以在液体流过的时候会有杂物进入轴承处，这样会使轴承卡死，而且在液体流过之后还会有液体残留在轴承上，长期这样会在轴承上滋生青苔等一些东西，影响了轴承的使用寿命，这时通过阀杆2上套设有限位块3，限位块3与阀杆2螺纹连接，限位块3底部设有导向块11进行限位，所以在阀杆2转动的同时限位块3就已经通过螺纹连接向上移动了，又因为限位块3外侧固定连接有第一密封圈6，所以在限位块3移动至阀体1内部的时候由于第一密封圈6的原因使流水中的杂物不会进入轴承处，达到了防止轴承因为杂物卡死的目的，又因为当要截流的时候，会使阀杆2翻转，使基座8带动阀板7回归原处，以达到截流的目的，当阀杆2翻转的时候限位块3会通过螺纹连接向下移动，从而使限位块3一侧的金属防尘网4露出，使流入轴承处的少量液体流出，从而使轴承处晾干，从而达到了防止由于轴承进水导致寿命缩短的目的，该实施方式具体解决了现有技术中存在的阀体轴承处进液导致滋生青苔等东西影响阀体使用寿命的问题。
本发明工作原理：
参照说明书附图1-5，通过外力旋转阀杆2，从而带动基座8旋转，在基座8旋转的同时会带动阀板7旋转，在阀杆2转动的同时限位块3就已经通过螺纹连接向上移动了，在限位块3移动至阀体1内部的时候由于第一密封圈6的原因使流水中的杂物不会进入轴承处，达到了防止轴承因为杂物卡死的目的，当要截流的时候，使阀杆2翻转，使基座8带动阀板7回归原处，以达到截流的目的，当阀杆2翻转的时候限位块3会通过螺纹连接向下移动，从而使限位块3一侧的金属防尘网4露出，使流入轴承处的少量液体流出，从而使轴承处晾。
最后应说明的几点是：首先，在本申请的描述中，需要说明的是，除非另有规定和限定，术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解，可以是机械连接或电连接，也可以是两个元件内部的连通，可以是直接相连，“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等仅用于表示相对位置关系，当被描述对象的绝对位置改变，则相对位置关系可能发生改变；
其次：本发明公开实施例附图中，只涉及到与本公开实施例涉及到的结构，其他结构可参考通常设计，在不冲突情况下，本发明同一实施例及不同实施例可以相互组合；

1.一种三偏心密封蝶阀的限位环结构，包括限位块（3），其特征在于：所述限位块（3）一侧开设有第一通风孔（12），所述第一通风孔（12）内部固定连接有金属防尘网（4），所述限位块（3）顶部一侧开设有第二通风孔（5），所述第二通风孔（5）设于金属防尘网（4）顶部，所述第二通风孔（5）与第一通风孔（12）相连通，所述限位块（3）外侧固定连接有第一密封圈（6），所述限位块（3）内壁上加工有内螺纹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种三偏心密封蝶阀的限位环结构，其特征在于：所述限位块（3）外侧设有阀体（1），所述阀体（1）内部开设有通孔（9），所述限位块（3）设于通孔（9）内部，所述阀体（1）顶部设有阀杆（2），所述阀杆（2）贯穿阀体（1）与通孔（9）并且延伸至阀体（1）底部，所述阀杆（2）外侧加工有外螺纹，所述限位块（3）与阀杆（2）通过内螺纹和外螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种三偏心密封蝶阀的限位环结构，其特征在于：所述阀杆（2）与阀体（1）连接处设有轴承，所述阀杆（2）与阀体（1）通过轴承活动连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种三偏心密封蝶阀的限位环结构，其特征在于：所述阀杆（2）一侧设有阀板（7），所述阀板（7）设于通孔（9）内部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种三偏心密封蝶阀的限位环结构，其特征在于：所述阀板（7）一侧固定连接有基座（8），所述基座（8）套设于阀杆（2）上并且通过螺栓与阀杆（2）固定连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种三偏心密封蝶阀的限位环结构，其特征在于：所述基座（8）设于通孔（9）内部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种三偏心密封蝶阀的限位环结构，其特征在于：所述阀板（7）顶部一侧镶嵌有第二密封圈（10），所述第二密封圈（10）与阀板（7）固定连接，所述第二密封圈（10）设于通孔（9）内部。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种三偏心密封蝶阀的限位环结构，其特征在于：所述限位块（3）底部两侧均固定连接有导向块（11），所述导向块（11）和第一密封圈（6）底部均延伸入基座（8）内部。
