Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment relates to an infant mattress comprising a frame 1, a cushion 2 provided on the frame 1.
Specifically, the frame 1 includes a lower frame 10, an upper frame 11 suspended above the lower frame 10, and the cushion 2 is provided on the upper frame 11.
In this example, the frame 1 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and therefore, the lower frame 10, the upper frame 11, and the cushion 2 have rectangular shapes.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in order to suspend the upper frame 11, in this example, four cantilevers are used and are correspondingly disposed at four corners of the rectangular parallelepiped.
Specifically, each cantilever includes a suspension frame 3 correspondingly disposed inside the lower frame 10, a connection frame 4 disposed at the bottom of the upper frame 11, and a flexible connection member 5 for suspending the group of connection frames 4 on the suspension frame 3, where the flexible connection member 5 is a steel wire rope in this embodiment.
In this example, the suspension bracket 3 includes a first strut 31 extending upward from an inner side of the lower frame 10, a second strut 32 extending laterally inward of the lower frame 10 from an upper end of the first strut 31 in a rectangular diagonal direction, and a connection seat 33 provided at an end of the second strut 32 remote from the first strut 31, wherein a lower end of the first strut 31 is fixed to the lower frame 10 by a connection panel 34.
And the connecting frame 4 is fixedly connected to the two frame rods forming the corners from two end parts and is positioned at the bottom of the upper frame body 11, wherein the connecting frame 4 and each corner form an isosceles right triangle.
When the upper frame 11 and the lower frame 10 are hung and installed, the connecting frame 4 is correspondingly arranged below the connecting seat 3, and two ends of the steel wire rope 5 are butted with the connecting seat 33 and the connecting frame 4.
Specifically, the two ends of the wire 5 are respectively provided with a rope hitch, and the connecting seat 33 and the connecting frame 4 are respectively provided with rope holes, wherein the upper frame 11 is hung on the suspension frame 3 through the cooperation of the rope hitch and the rope holes.
In this example, in order to realize the self-swinging pacifying function of the mattress, the mattress further comprises a power device 6 arranged between the upper frame 11 and the lower frame 10 and capable of applying different direction pushing forces to the upper frame 11, wherein the power device 6 drives the upper frame 11 to swing relative to the lower frame 10 under the transformation of the different direction pushing forces applied to the upper frame 11 by the power device 6.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the power unit 6 includes a base 60, a power module 61 movably disposed on the base 60, and a driving assembly 62 for driving the power module 61 to move, wherein driving forces in different directions are provided by the power module 61 moving to different positions on the base 60.
Specifically, the power module 61 is rotatably disposed on the base 60 through a pivot a and forms an eccentric block, and the driving assembly 62 is used for driving the eccentric block to rotate around the axis direction of the pivot a. That is, by the centrifugal force generated during the rotation of the eccentric mass, the pacifying rocking of the upper frame 11 can be realized when the rotation frequency of the eccentric mass coincides with the rocking frequency of the connecting wire 5 between the upper and lower frames.
The pivot a extends along the thickness direction of the infant mattress, and the eccentric block horizontally rotates around the pivot a.
The driving unit 62 includes a motor 620 provided on the holder 60, and a transmission 621 drivingly connecting the motor 620 with the pivot a.
In this example, the transmission 621 is a conventional pulley assembly, which will not be described in detail herein.
The holder 60 is disposed on the upper frame 11 and is located inside the enclosure formed by the upper frame 11. The advantage of this arrangement is that the eccentric block is easier to break the suspension type stress balance when rotating, the swing of the upper frame body is easier to be caused, and the swing amplitude is in the optimal state.
In this example, the mounting area is formed by a reinforcing bar inside the upper frame 11 in the middle of one side of the upper frame 11 in the width direction, and the holder 60 is fixed inside the upper frame 11 and is located in the mounting area.
At the same time, the start and stop of the motor 620 determines the start and stop of the swing of the upper frame 11, and thus, it has the following implementation means 1) manual control and 2) intelligent control.
When manual control is performed, the power unit 6 further includes an electric control panel forming a closed circuit with the driving assembly 62, a control button 63 provided on the upper frame 11 and capable of opening or closing the closed circuit, wherein a start-stop mode of the driving assembly 62 (i.e., start-up and stop of the motor 620) is manually controlled by the control button 63.
When intelligent control is implemented, the power unit 6 further includes a sensing element provided on the base 60, the sensing element is in communication with a user terminal through a wire or wirelessly, and a command is given to the sensing element by the user terminal, thereby automatically controlling the start-stop mode of the driving assembly 62.
Meanwhile, in this example, the sensing element further has a sound control module (i.e. a sound information receiving module), and once the sound control module receives the cry noise of the infant, the driving assembly 62 is automatically started, and the upper frame 11 swings, so as to automatically pacify the infant. Here, the applicant has explained that the control of the motor movement by means of the information transmitted by the sound is very common in real life, such as a snore stopping pillow, which is typically based on the snoring of the user, and the control of the relative movement of the pillow to achieve the snore stopping of the user, so that, in connection with the present application, the control of the swinging of the upper frame 11 by receiving the crying of the infant is also easy to achieve, and the principle and structure of this embodiment will not be further elucidated, and it will be clear to the person skilled in the art.
As for the user terminal, it may be a commonly used electronic device such as a computer, a mobile phone, a remote controller, etc. The applicant has installed an APP program on the mobile phone, and by operating on the APP, the start-up and stop of the motor 620 can be achieved easily by conventional means in the art, and will not be described in detail here.
In addition, a charging socket 64 (a common USB interface) is also provided on the module where the control button 63 is located, so that it is illustrated that the power source of the power unit 6 is a rechargeable battery, and the motor 620 is driven by the electric power provided by the battery.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 6, this embodiment relates to a crib in which most of the structure is the same as that of embodiment 1, except that the outer shape of the upper frame 11 and the lower frame 10, the position of the cantilever, and the position of the power unit 6 are different.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in this example, the upper frame 11 includes an upper frame bar 110 having a closed loop shape, and an upper panel 111 provided on the upper frame bar 110, and the lower frame 10 includes a lower frame bar 100 having a closed loop shape, and a lower panel 101 provided on the lower frame bar 110.
The number of the suspension brackets 3, the number of the connecting brackets 4 and the number of the steel wires 5 are four, wherein the suspension brackets 3 are correspondingly distributed on two opposite sides of the length direction of the lower frame rod 100, and are symmetrically arranged along the annular length direction and the width direction.
Specifically, two cross braces are provided along the annular width direction, and the suspension brackets 3 are respectively provided at both end portions of each cross brace, wherein the upper end portions of the suspension brackets 3 extend horizontally toward the annular end portions, and the connection seats 33 are provided at the extended end portions.
The connecting frame 4 is correspondingly arranged on the inner side of the lower frame rod 110 and extends inwards, and when the upper frame body 11 and the lower frame body 10 are in hanging installation, the extending end part is positioned right below the connecting seat 33.
At the same time, the connection base 33 and the connection frame 4 are connected by the wire 5 so that the upper frame 11 is hung on the connection base 33 (equivalent to the lower frame 10).
In this example, the power unit 6 is located at one side of the upper frame 11 in the longitudinal direction.
In summary, the above implementation relates to an infant mattress or a bed-in-bed, which has the following advantages:
1) Compared with the traditional cradle, the cradle has the advantages of simple structure, convenient carrying and strong practicability because of carrying the rocking pacifying function;
2) The centrifugal force generated in the rotation of the eccentric block can realize pacifying type swinging of the upper frame body when the rotation frequency of the eccentric block is consistent with the swinging frequency of the connecting steel wire rope between the upper frame and the lower frame, the operation is simple, the implementation is convenient, and the formed swinging mode is quite regular, so that the baby is more comfortable;
3) The starting and stopping of rocking can be controlled manually, the starting and stopping of rocking can be controlled intelligently, and especially when the intelligent control is performed, the starting and stopping of rocking can be controlled according to crying of a baby, so that the intelligent control is very humanized.
The present invention is described in detail above, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments. All equivalent changes or modifications made in accordance with the spirit of the present invention should be construed to be included in the scope of the present invention.
