Abstract
A method for realizing regional display of a light-emitting mobile phone shell comprises a cover plate, a light guide plate and a light reflecting sheet; each group of light-emitting components comprises a plurality of LED lamp groups welded on the FPC circuit board according to a preset distance; the cover plate is positioned above the light guide plate, and the bottom of the cover plate is provided with ink patterns; the bottom of the cover plate is provided with a shading printing ink bulge; the light-shielding printing ink is a light-tight white light-shielding material; the light guide plate is divided into different light guide plate areas according to the different ink patterns and the edges of the ink bulges; a light emitting assembly is disposed on each light guide plate region. The invention provides an improved design method of a flashing mobile phone shell with multiple patterns and high brightness, which utilizes the existing power supply technology of a mobile phone to realize different changes of flashing patterns of the mobile phone shell, effectively avoids energy loss of light, improves light intensity, and ensures that the application of the flashing mobile phone shell is not limited to night and can also see better bright effect in the daytime.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of a method for displaying a luminous mobile phone shell in different areas, in particular to a method for displaying the luminous mobile phone shell in different areas.
Background
The mobile phone is used as the intelligent device with the highest use frequency of people, with the increase of functions of various social and working attributes and more selling prices, a display screen more than 5 inches is used, and meanwhile, the mobile phone with a new design is more and more pursuit of lightness and thinness, so that the user experience of carrying and using of a user is improved. The mobile phone shell can be seen in a five-flower eight-door mode usually, but in summary, the two types are not included, one type has no electronic function, such as a transparent mobile phone shell, a cloth woven mobile phone shell, a fur mobile phone shell and the like, and the products have the effects of better protecting the mobile phone and improving the user experience mainly through the selection of materials, the change of patterns and the like; the other type is electronic, the most prominent representative is the incoming call flashing mobile phone shell which is popular in the market, and the LED emits light to generate the display of patterns and the like by means of the power supply of a mobile phone battery or the radiation energy generated by signals of receiving and making a call and the like of the mobile phone through a certain optical design in the mobile phone shell.
Fig. 1 illustrates a conventional mobile phone case including, from top to bottom, a cover plate, a picture layer, a light guide plate, and a light reflection plate; the picture layer comprises a light-transmitting layer and shading ash; the light guide plate is provided with a PCB/light guide LED/MIC/loudspeaker module and is connected with the connector through an FPC.
The existing mobile phone shell is low in overall brightness and single in luminous pattern, and good user experience effect is difficult to achieve.
Therefore, how to realize a plurality of changes in pattern, high-luminance light emission, and the like is a problem to be solved.

each light guide plate area is provided with a light emitting component, and different initial parameters are set on different light guide plate areas based on different display brightness of the ink patterns;
the reflector is arranged at the bottom of the light guide plate.
Preferably, the material of the cover plate is glass, a PC material or a PMMA material.
Preferably, the ink pattern drawing of the bottom of the cover plate is based on a UV printing method.
Preferably, the light-shielding ink bumps are formed by multiple printing or UV local deceleration printing.
Preferably, the thickness of the light-shielding ink projection is between 0.2mm and 0.6 mm.
Preferably, the width of the local protrusions is generally controlled between 0.2mm and 1.0 mm.
The invention provides an improved design method of a flashing mobile phone shell with multiple pattern changes and high brightness, wherein shading local convex areas of different display patterns are synchronously formed by utilizing a surface cover plate during pattern forming, and the high areas can effectively prevent interference influence of light intensity before different display areas. Meanwhile, according to the pattern requirement of the partition display, different light guide plate areas are separated by combining the shading ink local raised areas, so that the pattern separation control is realized, and the highlight display effect is achieved. The user can customize according to the pattern of difference, and the customization of different luminous display colours realizes the quick customization of oneself cell-phone shell product, has greatly improved user experience.
In the invention, the printing ink protrusions are made of white light shading materials which are completely opaque, so that the light leakage phenomenon among different light guide plate areas is avoided, the effect of regional display is avoided being influenced, the absorption loss is avoided, and the effect of local regional display is achieved.
In the present invention, a point light source is first changed into a surface light source by using a light guide plate, light from the front side is emitted through a surface cover pattern of a different region, and light from the back side is reflected by using a reflective sheet to prevent light loss of the light guide plate.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the following detailed description. It should be understood that the description is intended to be exemplary only, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Moreover, in the following description, descriptions of well-known structures and techniques are omitted so as to not unnecessarily obscure the concepts of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for implementing a regional display of a mobile phone shell includes a cover plate, a light guide plate and a reflector; each group of light-emitting components comprises a plurality of LED lamp groups welded on the FPC circuit board according to a preset distance;
the cover plate is positioned above the light guide plate, and the bottom of the cover plate is provided with ink patterns; wherein, the part of the ink pattern needing light transmission is printed or printed by adopting light-transmitting ink, and the part of the ink pattern needing no light transmission is printed or printed by adopting light-shielding ink; the bottom of the cover plate is provided with a shading printing ink bulge; the light-shielding printing ink is a light-tight white light-shielding material;
the light guide plate is divided into different light guide plate areas according to the different ink patterns and the edges of the ink bulges;

The invention provides an improved design method of a flashing mobile phone shell with multiple pattern changes and high brightness, wherein shading local convex areas of different display patterns are synchronously formed by utilizing a surface cover plate during pattern forming, and the high areas can effectively prevent interference influence of light intensity before different display areas. Meanwhile, according to the pattern requirement of the partition display, different light guide plate areas are separated by combining the shading ink local raised areas, so that the pattern separation control is realized, and the highlight display effect is achieved. The user can customize according to the pattern of difference, and the customization of different luminous display colours realizes the quick customization of oneself cell-phone shell product, has greatly improved user experience.
In the invention, the printing ink protrusions are made of white light shading materials which are completely opaque, so that the light leakage phenomenon among different light guide plate areas is avoided, the effect of regional display is avoided being influenced, the absorption loss is avoided, and the effect of local regional display is achieved.
In the present invention, a point light source is first changed into a surface light source by using a light guide plate, light from the front side is emitted through a surface cover pattern of a different region, and light from the back side is reflected by using a reflective sheet to prevent light loss of the light guide plate.
In an alternative embodiment, the material of the cover plate is glass, PC material or PMMA material.
In an alternative embodiment, the ink pattern drawing of the bottom of the cover plate is based on a UV printing method.
In an alternative embodiment, the light blocking ink bumps are implemented using a multi-pass printing or UV local deceleration printing process.
The cover plate is convenient to process, the ink pattern drawing technology is mature, and the using effect is good.
In an alternative embodiment, the light blocking ink protrusion thickness is between 0.2mm and 0.6mm to complement the thickness of a common light guide plate.
In an alternative embodiment, the width of the local protrusions is usually controlled between 0.2mm and 1.0mm, which is convenient for the realization in the actual production process.
As shown in fig. 3, the mobile phone case with different light emitting modes includes a sub-area light emitting mode 1, a sub-area light emitting mode 2, and an overall light emitting mode;
as can be seen from fig. 3, in the split-area light emitting mode 1, the light guide plate is turned on, and a part of the pattern is highlighted on the corresponding glass cover plate, and a part of the pattern (upper right corner) cannot be displayed.
In the regional light emitting mode 2, the light guide plate is lighted, and the pattern on the corresponding glass cover plate is highlighted. Due to the existence of the shading local convex area which plays a role in optical isolation, the light of the light guide plate can not cause the display of the lower part of the pattern (cartoon mouse), and simultaneously, due to the peripheral reflection and the peripheral reflection, the whole light intensity can be only emitted through the front pattern, so that the effect of regional high-brightness display is realized.
The whole light emitting mode can highlight all patterns.
In conclusion, the invention provides an improved design method of the flashing mobile phone shell with multiple patterns and high brightness, effectively utilizes the existing power supply of the mobile phone or the forehead radiation energy when the mobile phone makes and receives calls, realizes different changes of the flashing patterns of the mobile phone shell, effectively avoids the energy loss of light, improves the light intensity, and ensures that the application of the flashing mobile phone shell is not limited to night and can also see better bright light effect in the daytime.

A method for realizing regional display of a light-emitting mobile phone shell is characterized by comprising a cover plate, a light guide plate and a light reflecting sheet; each group of light-emitting components comprises a plurality of LED lamp groups welded on the FPC circuit board according to a preset distance;
the cover plate is positioned above the light guide plate, and the bottom of the cover plate is provided with ink patterns; wherein, the part of the ink pattern needing light transmission is printed or printed by adopting light-transmitting ink, and the part of the ink pattern needing no light transmission is printed or printed by adopting light-shielding ink; the bottom of the cover plate is provided with a shading printing ink bulge; the light-shielding printing ink is a light-tight white light-shielding material;
the light guide plate is divided into different light guide plate areas according to the different ink patterns and the edges of the ink bulges;
each light guide plate area is provided with a light emitting component, and different initial parameters are set on different light guide plate areas based on different display brightness of the ink patterns;
the reflector is arranged at the bottom of the light guide plate.
2. The method for implementing an illuminated cellular telephone handset housing zoned display of claim 1, wherein the cover plate is made of glass, PC material, or PMMA material.
3. The method for implementing an illuminated cellular phone case zoned display of claim 1, wherein the ink patterning of the cover bottom is based on a UV printing process.
4. The method of implementing an illuminated mobile phone case zoned display of claim 1, wherein the opaque ink bumps are implemented using a process of multiple printing or UV local deceleration printing.
5. The method for implementing an illuminated cellular phone case zoned display of claim 1, wherein the opaque ink relief thickness is between 0.2mm and 0.6 mm.
6. The method for implementing an illuminated cellular phone case partition display according to claim 1, wherein the width of the local protrusions is generally controlled to be between 0.2mm and 1.0 mm.
